The following was written in response to a query we received on our Samadhan WhatsApp group in March 2025. So please read the following in the same context.

𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗰𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀
There are in large 2 reasons for which we return to this world birth after another:
ONE: "To resolve a pending Karma"
TWO: "To attain a Purpose"
🍀Mostly, our life is covered with a 'mixture' of both parts: We do resolve many past life karmic accounts (with the souls in our contact) while we work towards our 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞-𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞. But so it is true that the process of resolving involves—𝕥𝕠𝕝𝕖𝕣𝕒𝕥𝕚𝕟𝕘 𝕖𝕞𝕠𝕥𝕚𝕠𝕟𝕒𝕝 𝕙𝕦𝕣𝕥, 𝕗𝕒𝕔𝕚𝕟𝕘 𝕔𝕙𝕒𝕝𝕝𝕖𝕟𝕘𝕖𝕤, 𝕠𝕣 𝕔𝕠𝕡𝕚𝕟𝕘 𝕥𝕙𝕣𝕠𝕦𝕘𝕙 𝕙𝕖𝕒𝕝𝕥𝕙 𝕠𝕣 𝕗𝕚𝕟𝕒𝕟𝕔𝕚𝕒𝕝 𝕚𝕤𝕤𝕦𝕖𝕤... All this can easily deviate us from our actual "purpose" of coming here.
🌳Therefore, it is so very important that we resolve the 'pending karma' by the simple and peaceful means. Forgiveness meditation is the best of all, since it does not involve a physical interaction, but 𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬/𝐯𝐢𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 for healing the karmic bonds.
𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀
To understand how forgiveness meditation works, first learn what KARMA is and HOW a karmic exchange is created.
🪴KARMA is any action performed at various levels of creation. There are 3 levels of creation: 𝐓𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭, 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐝, 𝐃𝐞𝐞𝐝 (𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧)... Therefore, the thoughts you CREATE & hold, the words you SPEAK, and the deeds you ACT... are all a part of your KARMA.
"𝘼𝙡𝙡 𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙗𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙨 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙖 𝙏𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝𝙩"
And therefore, all our karma begins at the 'thought' level... Thus, if you are to HEAL and settle a karmic account, it has to be done first 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭... Sending them 𝚙𝚘𝚜𝚒𝚝𝚒𝚟𝚎 𝚎𝚗𝚎𝚛𝚐𝚢/𝚝𝚑𝚘𝚞𝚐𝚑𝚝𝚜 𝚊𝚗𝚍 𝚙𝚞𝚛𝚎 𝚟𝚒𝚋𝚛𝚊𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗𝚜 during meditation begins to heal the bond at the root level.
🍁The best part of forgiveness meditation is that—you do not need to be in a physical touch with the souls with whom you are seeking to sending forgiveness... 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐯𝐢𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 beyond space & time... and the bond will begin to heal from your side. Whether your karmic bond a hundred or a thousand year old, it begins to heal... Thought is nothing but pure '𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲' travelling as "𝚟𝚒𝚋𝚛𝚊𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗𝚜" that can reach beyond space & time.

With this assurance, now let's guide you to the method with a step-by-step healing process of 'forgiveness meditation'.
𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟭: 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
Find a Quiet Space: Choose a calm environment free from distractions.
Get Comfortable: Sit or lie down with a relaxed posture.
Center Yourself: Take 5-10 deep breaths, inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth. Feel light. Now 𝐟𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐰𝐨 𝐞𝐲𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐬 (centre of your forehead). 𝐅𝐞𝐞𝐥 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 'the soul' sitted, radiating out the 'light' of peace & love... Experience this for some time.

Just like before doing anything worthwhile, your intention should be 𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫 & 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠. Intend to heal yourself, forgive & seek forgiveness from every soul with whom you ever had a karmic exchange. Silently affirm: “ 𝘢𝘮 𝘢 𝘱𝘶𝘳𝘦, 𝘱𝘰𝘸𝘦𝘳𝘧𝘶𝘭 & 𝘭𝘰𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘴𝘰𝘶𝘭"
𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟯: 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 & 𝗢𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀
Mantra to repeat in mind: “𝘐 𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘨𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘮𝘺𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧 & 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 𝘴𝘰𝘶𝘭 𝘸𝘩𝘰 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘤𝘢𝘶𝘴𝘦𝘥 𝘩𝘶𝘳𝘵, 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘭𝘺 𝘰𝘳 𝘶𝘯𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘭𝘺. 𝘔𝘢𝘺 𝘸𝘦 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘣𝘦 𝘢𝘵 𝘱𝘦𝘢𝘤𝘦.”

Visualise: Imagine someone you have hurt sincerely saying, “𝙸 𝚏𝚘𝚛𝚐𝚒𝚟𝚎 𝚢𝚘𝚞.”
𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤: Respond internally: “𝘐 𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘦𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘨𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴. 𝘛𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘬 𝘺𝘰𝘶. 𝘔𝘢𝘺 𝘸𝘦 𝘣𝘰𝘵𝘩 𝘣𝘦 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘦𝘥.”

Broaden your view: Envision all beings, all the souls with whom you ever had a karmic exchange. Now repeat step 3 & 4.
𝐓𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭: “𝘔𝘢𝘺 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘣𝘦𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘴 𝘣𝘦 𝘧𝘳𝘦𝘦 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘴𝘶𝘧𝘧𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨. 𝘔𝘢𝘺 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 𝘴𝘰𝘶𝘭 𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘥 𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘨𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘱𝘦𝘢𝘤𝘦. 𝘔𝘢𝘺 𝘸𝘦 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘣𝘦 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘦𝘥 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭 𝘭𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘥”
𝐇𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Spend 1–2 minutes "radiating out" this thought/vibrations universally.
🌈Visualise this experience with total focus. Vibrations of 𝚙𝚎𝚊𝚌𝚎, 𝚕𝚘𝚟𝚎 & 𝚏𝚘𝚛𝚐𝚒𝚟𝚎𝚗𝚎𝚜𝚜 are radiating out from your soul (or through eyes) and reaching every soul.

✶𝙍𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧: Practise daily, weekly, or whenever you feel to. Forgiveness is a gradual journey. It is a 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬, not a one-time act. It’s about freeing your heart from guilt, freeing others from theirs, by accepting life and its process. Have 'patience' and 'faith' along the way to healing. This method☝️will surely work when done accurately and full-heartedly.
