✤Depending on person to person, emotional hurt can be challenging to overcome, but here are some practical suggestions and daily life practices that can help:
Acknowledge and validate your feelings: It's important to allow yourself to clearly feel and process the emotions you're experiencing. Recognise them and find out the 'root' emotion which is causing the hurt. Free your mind from attachments and think as a third person.
Talk to someone: Talking to a trusted friend, a wise family member, or therapist can help you process your feelings and gain a clear and detached perspective.
Practice self-care: Taking care of yourself physically and emotionally is essential. This can include getting enough sleep, eating well, exercising, and engaging in activities that bring you joy.
Focus on the present moment: Try to stay in the present and focus on what is happening right NOW. The opportunities and all the good things you have right now. Avoid dwelling on the past or worrying about the future. Avoid getting into loneliness or any such situation which might trigger the thoughts about past.
