⭐We all have heard the words "𝖘𝖔𝖚𝖑" "𝖘𝖕𝖎𝖗𝖎𝖙" "𝖇𝖊𝖎𝖓𝖌" and "𝖈𝖔𝖓𝖘𝖈𝖎𝖔𝖚𝖘𝖓𝖊𝖘𝖘" all of which by the way, points to the same entity that is 𝕖𝕥𝕖𝕣𝕟𝕒𝕝𝕝𝕪 𝕔𝕠𝕟𝕤𝕔𝕚𝕠𝕦𝕤... Now, as we say "eternally conscious" then the question is "what is the soul conscious about?"

The answer is that the 𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐥 (𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐮𝐬) 𝐢𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟. The fact that we can THINK, CHOOSE, ACT, and EXPERIENCE proves that we are actually conscious of all those four doings. They are the doings of the soul. The soul is both 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐫 and 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐨𝐛𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐫. A simple way of explaining is "Take away everything that I HAVE...and what remains is what I AM."

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀

It is understood even by the ancient sages that consciousness is what remains as the "𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐨𝐛𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐫" after we take away the body, the mind, the intellect, and all our thoughts & beliefs... What finally remains is "𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬" that I EXIST.

🍁There is no reason, no cause of what is the eternal truth. The SOUL is that eternal truth. God exisit always. We exist always. There was no time when you and me were not, and there shall be no such time.

How to expand consciousness?

🌿There are many ways/paths a soul can take to elevate or say "expand" its consciousness... 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐞𝐱𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞: 𝘖𝘶𝘳 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘤𝘪𝘰𝘶𝘴𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘴 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘸𝘦 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦𝘥. The more "knowledge" we gain, the more our consciousness expand... and the more it expand, the better decisions/choices we make, the better life we create. 🌳𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 you make should be made with the "𝚊𝚠𝚊𝚛𝚎𝚗𝚎𝚜𝚜" that I AM AN ETERNAL SOUL (not a physical body made of matter). When i am aware of being a SOUL, 𝐢 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐦 𝐨𝐫 𝐜𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐦 any other being. Because we all are eternal part of ONE consciousness. WE ARE ALL ONE... and we have 𝚜𝚙𝚒𝚛𝚒𝚝𝚞𝚊𝚕 𝚕𝚘𝚟𝚎 for each other.

When we say "soul consciousness" we simply mean that "i am AWARE of the self being "𝚊 𝚙𝚘𝚒𝚗𝚝 𝚘𝚏 𝚌𝚘𝚗𝚜𝚌𝚒𝚘𝚞𝚜𝚗𝚎𝚜𝚜" or a "𝚙𝚘𝚒𝚗𝚝 𝚘𝚏 𝚕𝚒𝚐𝚑𝚝" who is experiencing life, doing karma through this body. Living in this awareness is called soul consciousness.

☘️And the other 𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐲 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 is simply when we forget the self...and falsely identify the self with our physical body. When we forget & become body-conscious... 𝐌𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 that we begin to act with "body-consciousness", then the vices of lust, anger, greed, ego & attachment slowly comes in life. God has now come and reminded us the truth we forgot.
