The following was written in response to a query we received on our Samadhan WhatsApp group in June 2025. So please read the following in the same context.

The following is in response to your query we received on Tuesday.
🪷It is a dire and delicate situation with your son/child. From what you have mentioned, this looks like a result of a past life karma coming back in this form. Your son can find 𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲, when all things are done together with the intention to HEAL the soul and help him to settle the karma quickly and peacefully, while giving 'loving' support.
Before you can help your son, you must 'empower' yourself. Free yourself from stress and fear... and 𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫-𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝙥𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙚, 𝙡𝙤𝙫𝙚, 𝙟𝙤𝙮, 𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙜𝙮, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙬𝙞𝙨𝙙𝙤𝙢.
Practical Suggestions
The following are our 'suggestions' for you:
1. 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗔𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 (𝗦𝘄𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗮𝗻)
Every morning as you wake up (and at night before sleep), sit in intense focus and repeat the following affirmations in mind:
में शांत स्वरुप आत्मा हूँ (i am a 'peaceful' soul)
में पवित्र आत्मा हूँ (i am a 'pure' soul)
में प्रेम स्वरुप आत्मा हूँ (i am a 'loveful' soul)
में सर्वशक्तिवान आत्मा हूँ (i am a 'powerful' soul)
🍀I would highly suggest you to listen to these guided commentaries when you practise affirmations👉

2. 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝟳 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲
Our "introductory" seven days RajYog course gives the essence of all spiritual knowledge given by Shiv Baba (the supreme soul) in the Murlis (spoken through the medium of Brahma baba, after whom the name "Brahma Kumaris" was given)
There are 𝟐 𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬 you can take this course:
ONE: "Online"
Here is our official 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞 section: https://www.shivbabas.org/rajyoga-course
TWO: "In-person at a BK centre"
If you are living close to a BrahmaKumaris centre, we would recommend you to visit the centre, ask the sisters living there to guide you to this course.
Find your neaby centres (in India) using our 𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 >> https://www.brahmakumaris.com/centers
or visit the International centre locator (outside India)
3. 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲
Once you understand and complete the 7 days course, it would be 'great' if you take your son to the take every day for the 𝐦𝐮𝐫𝐥𝐢 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬 (in general, there are 2 classes every day: in Morning at 7am & Evening 7pm)
Just take him to the centre and let him talk with the sisters and brothers around. The 𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐭𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐩𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 of the RajYog centre will itself help in the "healing process".
Also, take him to sit in the 𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦 (𝐁𝐚𝐛𝐚'𝐬 𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦)
4. 𝗕𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝗲, 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁
You know that your son is going through an inner-struggle. In this time, you should act with love, kindness, and patience.
𝐋𝐎𝐕𝐄: Do not judge him, but send the 'vibrations of love'. Just as a seed grows intro a tree when 'water' is given regularly, any illness can be 'healed' when unconditional, pure LOVE is showered.
𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐃𝐍𝐄𝐒𝐒: When having any conversation with your son, please BE KIND in your thoughts and words. Encourage him with your words, and 'inspire' him with your actions.
𝐏𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐄: The process of 'healing' will take time... as it is clearing past life karma, and multiple layers of sanskaar... So please be "patient" with yourself, and with your family.
5. 𝗛𝗲𝗹𝗽𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘀 & 𝗩𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼𝘀
