This is a common struggle that most likely involves ๐๐๐๐๐ข๐ฃ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐, ๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐ข๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐. Let us take them one by one:
Analyzing Past
This is sourced from "regret, lack of clarity, attachment to a personal view (ego), or an emotional hurt associated with a past event or a person". This must be ๐๐๐๐๐๐ as soon as possible, before one goes deep and gets free from the hold of 'reality'.
Worrying About Future
This is sourced from the feeling of 'uncertainty' about the ๐๐๐๐ข๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ and its ๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐๐ฌ. This uncertainty can be ๐ฑ๐ฆ๐ณ๐ด๐ฐ๐ฏ๐ข๐ญ, ๐ฎ๐ถ๐ต๐ถ๐ข๐ญ, ๐ฐ๐ณ ๐ฑ๐ณ๐ฐ๐ง๐ฆ๐ด๐ด๐ช๐ฐ๐ฏ๐ข๐ญ. โคStop consuming or limit the triggers like social media, negative news, or draining conversations. Instead, focus on activities that bring you ๐ฃ๐จ๐ฒ and direct you to your ๐ฅ๐ข๐๐-๐ฉ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ฉ๐จ๐ฌ๐. Be aware and ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ of what you ๐ฌ๐๐, ๐ก๐๐๐ซ, ๐ฌ๐ฉ๐๐๐ค, ๐๐ง๐ ๐ซ๐๐๐โas this shapes and guides your life.
Write A Diary
โคJournaling your thoughts can help you gain 'clarity' and let go of mental clutter.
