In today’s fast-paced corporate environment, office-work pressure has become an almost unavoidable reality. Tight deadlines, overflowing emails, back-to-back meetings, and the constant push to exceed expectations can leave even the most resilient employees feeling drained and overwhelmed. Learning to find a BALANCE between work & mental peace, and to manage this stress is 'essential' not only for work-productivity but for your mental and physical well‑being.
In this post, we have published our brief guidance/response given for a specific situation (as described in the QUERY)

I am actually given 'extra work' in the office, of a person who is on medical leave...and there is no hope of her joining office anytime soon. So alongwith guidance, I want to know if there is a spiritual technique so that either the person on leave should join soon, or some other person be deputed to look after her work.
𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗘
"There is no spiritual technique here... you cannot influence another person's life like this"... But certainly the work can be 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 among other employees. That would be 'fair' to everyone. And you can make this happen by requesting your superior to "distribute the work" and explaining to them how this cannot be done by you alone, as you have your own work to finish. 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐲, 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐤 𝐰𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐲.
🌈With this, we also suggest you to practise 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (law of attraction) >> "Visualise/Imagine that this work has been distributed among others and 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥 the FREEDOM of having no burden... feel lighter and create the "happy thought" of 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞 for being freed from this burden"
((read closely & do 'exactly' as guided above☝️))

Until this happens, you are the one who is doing the extra work... Hence, what you should FOCUS on, is how you can 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 '𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲' (as you now have extra work to do, in a limited time)
𝗠𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁: "𝙺𝚎𝚎𝚙 𝚢𝚘𝚞𝚛 𝚖𝚒𝚗𝚍 𝚏𝚛𝚎𝚎 𝚏𝚛𝚘𝚖 𝚞𝚗𝚌𝚎𝚜𝚜𝚊𝚛𝚢 𝚝𝚑𝚘𝚞𝚐𝚑𝚝𝚜"
When the mind is calm (at peace), you will see how fast you can work... without feeling tired.
🪷Particularly in your kind of work (office job), tiredness is related to the MIND (not the body)... and fortunately, the mind can be 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐝 easily with a 10 minute break, when you can sit in a quiet room in 𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (use a 'guided commentary' with a 'soft meditation-music' to help you elevate your Yog/meditation experience)
𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲: Guided meditation by BK Shivani
☝️Meditation during 𝟓 𝐭𝐨 𝟏𝟎 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐬 is what we recommend... You may convince your superior to let you have these 5-10 minute breaks whenever you need.
🌻This is like '𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠' your mind (& soul)... and these minute-moments of your 𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲 from the supreme soul (god)... will have a lasting influence on your mind power, and overall energy and focus.
🪻You will see the benefits when you begin this practise... Stay 'consistent' and 'disciplined'.
