𝘏𝘦𝘭𝘱 𝘶𝘴 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘥𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘦 𝘵𝘢𝘴𝘬 𝘰𝘧 𝘩𝘦𝘭𝘱𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘰𝘯𝘦. "𝙎𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙞𝙨 𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜" The following was written in response to a query we received on our Samadhan WhatsApp group in July 2024. ———————————— This subject of "RajYog" (meditation) is as vast as it is deep. We therefore, cannot explore all of it here, but surely can give you the nectar-essence that you need to 𝕜𝕟𝕠𝕨, 𝕦𝕟𝕕𝕖𝕣𝕤𝕥𝕒𝕟𝕕 & 𝕡𝕣𝕒𝕔𝕥𝕚𝕤𝕖 in daily life. ★ First Point ★ 𝙍𝙖𝙟𝙔𝙤𝙜 (𝙢𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣) 𝙞𝙨 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙖 𝙩𝙚𝙣 𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙪𝙩𝙚 𝙥𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙨𝙚, 𝙗𝙪𝙩 𝙖 𝙬𝙖𝙮 𝙤𝙛 𝙡𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜 The experience of being ONE with god, our 𝚜𝚙𝚒𝚛𝚒𝚝𝚞𝚊𝚕 𝚏𝚊𝚝𝚑𝚎𝚛 (the supreme soul)—is what we call "𝐘𝐨𝐠" (connection) 🌳What we experience during those 10 minutes of meditation is greatly a result of the kind of '𝚛𝚎𝚕𝚊𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗𝚜𝚑𝚒𝚙' we share with god (Shiv baba)—and our 𝕤𝕥𝕒𝕥𝕖 𝕠𝕗 𝕞𝕚𝕟𝕕 during meditation is a result of what we do throughout the day—𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 𝐰𝐞 𝐤𝐞𝐞𝐩, 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐬 𝐰𝐞 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐤 & 𝐝𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐬 𝐰𝐞 𝐝𝐨... So you see, it is not about those 10 minutes, but how you ARE and what you DO throughout the day. 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 If you do unrighteous karma, engage too much in the worldly matters or social media, be angry, or speak lies OR if you do not understand the 'knowledge' accurately... then no matter how much you try, meditation with god cannot be experienced. For how will you experience a connection with the 𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐞, 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞 & 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐭𝐡; when your own thoughts & actions are taking you away from it? 🌻It is surely important to KNOW WHO GOD IS in order to have a relationship, isn't it? Just as it is in 𝐡𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧 relationships, the more we know each other, the stronger the bond grows. 🌈Only when your life reflects the 𝗚𝗼𝗱-𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀, will you be able 𝐭𝐨 𝐞𝐧𝐣𝐨𝐲 𝐚 𝐝𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭 & 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 with the father, Shiv Baba. You will not even need to sit and try—because 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙬𝙝𝙤𝙡𝙚 𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙚 𝙗𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙨 𝙖 '𝙢𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣' 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙖 '𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚' 𝙩𝙤 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙡𝙙. 𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙡𝙙 𝙗𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙨 𝙖 "𝙜𝙞𝙛𝙩" >> and you are now a gift to everyone whose life you touch. Do you now understand the knowledge? Do you see that we are not God's children for 10 minutes a day, for for 𝚎𝚝𝚎𝚛𝚗𝚒𝚝𝚢... When we behave like God's children, we "experience" the same. 🍁Therefore, pay more attention to what you are 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐝𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠 throughout the day—rather than trying more... This is not difficult. Remembering our father, our creator, is not difficult. It is the most 𝚗𝚊𝚝𝚞𝚛𝚊𝚕 thing we can do. Remember "𝙒𝙝𝙚𝙣 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙚𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙬𝙝𝙤 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙖𝙧𝙚, 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙨𝙝𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙚𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙂𝙤𝙙 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣 𝙮𝙤𝙪" and you can experience WHO YOU ARE by acting out what you are. You have asked this only because you read our response with 𝚊𝚝𝚝𝚎𝚗𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗 & thought on that. Only after a good thinking can you come up with a question such as "𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘴𝘰𝘶𝘭-𝘱𝘶𝘳𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘢𝘮𝘦 𝘢𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘮𝘰𝘯/𝘤𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘱𝘶𝘳𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘥𝘳𝘢𝘮𝘢" 🌱Now as you can see, there are 2 questions here. Even as they are separate, they come together and 𝚖𝚎𝚛𝚐𝚎 in a single question "𝕨𝕙𝕒𝕥 𝕚𝕤 𝕥𝕙𝕖 𝕡𝕦𝕣𝕡𝕠𝕤𝕖 𝕠𝕗 𝕝𝕚𝕗𝕖"—the question which is being asked many times in the history. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗹-𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲? As you have read from a recently published response on this group, every soul comes in this world with a special, unique purpose, and in that purpose is merged the higher purpose of life, the common purpose of drama; that is—𝐰𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 & 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐰𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞. 🌳As explained on many responses before—𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐢𝐬 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡. Our consciousness level is 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀, 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀, 𝘀𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗸𝗮𝗮𝗿, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 from past lives. This is how 𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐞𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐬 have higher consciousness compared to all others. 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗹𝘀? 𝔸𝕟𝕤𝕨𝕖𝕣: Here again, there are 2 parameters: A highly evolved being both 𝐊𝐍𝐎𝐖𝐒 and 𝐀𝐂𝐓𝐒 on what it knows at the same time. Let me explain in clear words by giving you an example. 🌻One is KNOWING >> the more we gain 𝕤𝕡𝕚𝕣𝕚𝕥𝕦𝕒𝕝 𝕜𝕟𝕠𝕨𝕝𝕖𝕕𝕘𝕖 and understand it... 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫 & 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬. The higher our perspective becomes, the more we can see around, and hence the better choices we make. Because when you know the consequences of every action (karma) you will only do the 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐞𝐨𝐮𝐬 karma, isn't it. 🍁Second is ACTING OUT what you already know. This is the actual hurdle. Here is where most of us fail. We KNOW what is right and what is wrong for us, but do we always choose the right option? 🍎Having the KNOWLEDGE is one thing, but only by acting on that knowledge can you BECOME 𝕒 𝕤𝕠𝕦𝕣𝕔𝕖 𝕠𝕗 𝕝𝕚𝕘𝕙𝕥 to this world. ✶𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲: By now, if you are reading the messages on this group, you would know that WE ALL ARE ONE >> and quite literally >> WE ARE ONE BEING... All of us are pure consciousness, only vibrating differently. 🌷So when we all are one, LOVE becomes natural. But do we remember WE ARE ONE (spiritually) when we come out in actions?? Do we not forget this highest secret when we get too involved with situations and thoughts? Do we not fail to see the SOUL when we only see the body? 🌿ACTING on the knowledge is the parameter that separates a 𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐦𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫, a highly evolved being, from the rest... From the rest who are also walking the same path... the path towards becoming GOD! 🍇Finally, here is the most surprising statement of all—"𝙀𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝙨𝙤𝙪𝙡 𝙞𝙨 𝙩𝙧𝙮𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙤 𝙗𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙚 𝙂𝙤𝙙". Because God is nothing but our own highest version, our highest goodness & joy, our deepest wisdom, and our most loving part. That is to say—we are GOD when we speak and enact the highest wisdom, when we express our highest goodness, and when we share love in abundance. ☘️This is such a broad statement that requires a whole new article to explain. Right now I am going through mix emotions, afraid, scared, fearful, hopeful but feeling helpless as I have recently learned about my husband’s sickness. I have been practising Rajyoga meditation since last year and a half. …my husband Hitesh have recently been diagnosed with Rectal Cancer. It is a stage 3 cancer and per doctors, he will have to go through Chemo-radiation and 3 surgeries. The source of it is not external reasons or your past actions & choices, but the BEING that you are. YOU are the source of what you seek. We will explore this ahead>> Remember: "𝙂𝙤𝙙 𝙡𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙗𝙚𝙘𝙖𝙪𝙨𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙙𝙞𝙙 𝙬𝙤𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙛𝙪𝙡 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙨 𝙞𝙣 𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙚, 𝙗𝙪𝙩 𝙨𝙞𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙮 𝙗𝙚𝙘𝙖𝙪𝙨𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙚𝙭𝙞𝙨𝙩" Does a parent wait for their child to do wonderful things, before they start loving? Or do they love their child right from the birth?—So you see then, what we understand as the 'highest love' or the 𝚞𝚗𝚒𝚟𝚎𝚛𝚜𝚊𝚕 𝚕𝚘𝚟𝚎 is not reasoned or inducible, but 𝐞𝐱𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥!! 𝙈𝙚𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜: You do not love yourself 'because' you do something external (karma) that validates the love and self-respect—as this love is 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 (created/caused/given birth), but is 𝐞𝐱𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 (sourced from your existence as the soul). 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹? Answer: You cannot change what you do not 'accept' and 'understand'... Only when you 𝐨𝐛𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞 your mistakes, then 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭 (acknowledge) them honestly, and then 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝 the pattern—'how' & 'why' the mistake happened... can you CHANGE it and not repeat. It is ONE thought away... The process of self-transformation is always ONE thought away. The thought of 'I WANT TO CHANGE THIS' comes naturally when you 'realise' that 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐞 to reach where i wish to go. 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲: If you have a smoking habit. You follow the first 3 steps and recognise how it is affecting your health... then realising that smoking is not helping me attain a 'healthy life'—you will instantly 𝐥𝐞𝐭 𝐢𝐭 𝐠𝐨. Not because you suddenly stopped loving to smoke, but that 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐛𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟. 🪷So you see... how essential "loving yourself" is... in the process of self-transformation, and indeed in doing anything worthwhile. 𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟, 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐧𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐝𝐨 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐲 𝐜𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐦, in short term or long. You would not hurt another, nor put poison (smoke/alcohol) into your body; for you know of its consequence. You will not hurt another when you are surrounded by love... The root cause of all conflicts is "lack of love". Whether it is lacking love for the self, for your own family, country-people, or humanity in general. Only when you lack this love can you attack another, inviting a retaliation! But when you love yourself, you wont hit another with a brick, only inviting them to hit you back. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 "𝗕𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴" As now you understand the meaning and the importance of 𝚜𝚎𝚕𝚏-𝚕𝚘𝚟𝚎, we come to your other point of '𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘣𝘦𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘥 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧 𝘥𝘦𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘨𝘪𝘧𝘵𝘴 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘨𝘰𝘥'. 🪻Dear soul... I can tell you of a 'million' reasons for why god loves you 𝕖𝕥𝕖𝕣𝕟𝕒𝕝𝕝𝕪 & 𝕕𝕖𝕖𝕡𝕝𝕪. You are judging yourself on a very very limited view—of this particular birth of yours, and only seeing the bad things/choices you made. But what about all those wonderful things you the soul have done in previous lives and this. 🌈I tell you this—we all have done more good than bad. And, 𝐧𝐨 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠 (𝐠𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐩𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰). Remember this when you deal with any form of relationship. You were sent here because god wanted to give you the greatest gift called LIFE... there is no greater gift than 𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞 a life-experience of your choice. Yet, only when you 'create' love for yourself, can you 'extend' that to others. Only when your own hands are full, can you feed another. And only when you are HAPPY yourself, can you spread JOY to others. 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗟𝗼𝘃𝗲? Now that you understand all that i wanted you to, here is the way to create self-love. This method will work even when you are surrounded by the darkest of clouds. For this is the ray of light you need. 🌱There are only 2 ways to experience self-love, and in general, experiencing the divine self that you are: ONE: "𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 (𝐆𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐎𝐮𝐭)" TWO: "𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 (of your truth) constantly (Affirmations)" Out of the two, we will see the better one: '𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴' (𝗚𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝘂𝘁) "𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘣𝘦𝘴𝘵 𝘸𝘢𝘺 𝘵𝘰 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘭𝘰𝘷𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧, 𝘪𝘴 𝘣𝘺 𝘨𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘴" ✶𝙀𝙭𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣: This is very subtle but when you understand this, your life and perspective will change forever! 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞: We have explained this when i wrote about "the purpose of life"—We are here, 𝙩𝙤 𝙚𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙧𝙚-𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙬𝙝𝙤 𝙬𝙚 𝙖𝙧𝙚. We are here to create & experience the 𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐞, 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞, 𝐰𝐢𝐬𝐝𝐨𝐦 & 𝐣𝐨𝐲 that we are! Original Email Received in Feb 2019 Dear concern This is for your kind information that my mother used to go in local om shanti center in near by area from last 1yr, and feel like those Didi's are available in the center ,force almost everyone to give more then required money to them for going to mount Abu or any near by City like they are going to gurgaon tomorrow i.e. 20/9/2018 for janki Dadi satsang, they almost made my mother cry for not agreeing to give dakshina amount of RS. 500 exactly in addition to convince, and daily they make people feel insulted by any of the reasons. Our Email Response Dear Divine Brother/Sister Your letter is received by us. You are received. No Gaurav, it is not permitted by Shiv baba to demand money, not even a single rupee for any cause. It is law within our family of Brahma Kumari and Kumar, to arrange money for service by ourself. We never should ask anyone from outside for money. They may give a room for daily murli class. Money should not be asked. But if those sisters at any centre are doing this, they are doing a GREAT disservice in Yagya. They are unaware of God has come. They should and will be punished. But surely now as we have knowledge of both good and bad, we must choose the good always. All souls are pure and perfect when they first come into the corporeal world (to play their part in World Drama). Then they do karma and according to their karma is decided their next birth. Rudra Mala is the garland of Shiva (the Supreme Soul). All the 7 billion human souls come in this mala, hence it is also called a Mala (garland) of all souls. This mala is depicted around the Supreme soul (Shiva). Whereas  Rund Mala Vishnu's Garland , which has a number of 9 lakhs at the beginning of Satyuga. Rudra Mala is of Paramdham (supreme abode) is an incorporeal mala of incorporeal souls, then Rund Mala  is the garland of souls who are in corporeal world in the Golden age. It is called ''Vishnu's mala'' because in the golden age, there is a divine rule of the couple - 'Lakshmi and Narayan' who combinly are known as ''Vishnu''. Rudra Mala is Ruhani Mala (the garland of spirits) and Rund Mala will be called 'Jismani Mala'. One is  Brother’s garland (soul to soul relationship). And the second is a garland of Brothers and Sisters. One is the garland of liberation (Mukti) the second is  the garland of liberation in life (Jeevan mukti).  First Nirvikala Mala will come in Paramdham, then becoming  Sakari Mala ( corporeal garland ) will come in Vishnu loka ( world of Vishnu – the golden age ). There is a third  the garlands of Brahmins  which is not yet completed and remain on top. The end will be formed when Rudra's garland will be made. Then there is also a devotee mala  which starts in dwapar yug (copper age)  also referred as  mala of Ravana. This is a mala (garland) formed of devotees.

You can of course have your preferences. What acceptance means is that it is not causing any disturbance in your mind. You are not being judgemental about the other person. We can never know the entire truth of one’s life. Acceptance means to understand that I am a soul and a child of God, and so is the other person. We are all playing our role as per world drama. This is called being soul conscious. When you are in this consciousness, you see the divinity in everyone and acceptance becomes a natural way of life. Choosing the right When it comes to choosing a life partner, have your terms and conditions regarding how that person should be, matching your living values, likes and dislikes (not necessary, but best if it does match), family atmosphere and background, and most important if you two really have a deep inner connection which you may call love.
