Repeated thoughts of health manifest a healthy body. Take a minute and reflect on your response to a physical illness. Does falling sick make you overthink? Do you question why it happened, how could it happen to you? Do the thoughts of not having perfect physical health, distress you? Medical science has proved beyond doubt, that our emotional state plays a huge role in determining levels of our physical well-being. This means worry, anxiety, pain or fear about an existing illness will only aggravate it.
