Improving The Energy (Part 2)

Take Self-Responsibility For Self-Change

Energy exchanges are commonly decided by what kind of attitude we carry towards self change. If we want people to send us good and positive energy, then we need to be nice and perfect souls with minimum weaknesses. This is because people see us constantly in interactions, and when they see imperfections in us, they tend to send us negative energy more easily. If we become perfect, they also transform themselves more easily and adjust to the differences they have with us of any type.

➤This is how energy exchanges improve. But this requires a sacrifice of the ego and the power to mould. Also, we need to learn the art of giving space to the other person to be themselves. Otherwise, they tend to go into a shell and close themselves off from receiving positive energy from us. Spiritual wisdom teaches us how to take care of people’s hearts by carrying forgiveness for them and not letting small situations create negative energy exchanges between us and them.

A spiritually intelligent person will improve the energy exchange between them and others by understanding others and empathizing with them. They will not see others only on the surface and make judgments based on that. This is one of the main reasons for negative energy exchanges. Also, based on their understanding, they will make an honest effort to satisfy others. Only when two people are content with each other are they constantly positive with each other.

➤And when they are positive, they radiate goodness to each other all the time and create an atmosphere of peace, love, and joy, which radiates to others constantly. The more understanding between each other, the more positive energy is shared and radiated. This is a constant service that such souls do and also inspire others to do the same.

"Learning brings about change in practice"

Thought:

We learn a lot from everything we do, from the people we meet, and from the situations we find ourselves in. But often we make the same mistakes over and over again. Even though we understand the problem, we fail to bring about real change.

Process:

When I think I've learned from a mistake, I need to ask myself if I truly understood it or if there's more I need to learn. This helps me not to repeat the same mistakes over and over again, and this is the key to real change.
