Stable In Appreciation
When people appreciate us for who we are or what we do, what they say about us is not truly about us. They actually reflect their quality to be able to see niceness in us. It is their opinion about us, their perspective, and is subject to change. Let us thank them for their gesture but not get carried away or get addicted to appreciation. Your social media post got very few Likes. Your boss did not recognize the efforts you put on a project over the weekend. Your family has rarely acknowledged your care and love for them. Do these factors demotivate you? Do you sense a subtle but sure need for appreciation? Receiving a compliment is one thing, seeking it is completely another.
➥ Appreciation is subjective. One person might praise us while another can bring us down. Getting addicted to praise can affect our life’s decisions - we will constantly do things to impress people. When someone appreciates us, it reflects that person’s beautiful personality to see the goodness in us. So appreciation is more about them, not us. This understanding helps us remain stable and humble. It keeps our ego in check. Do not consume appreciation. Instead, say Thank you to God and surrender the compliment to Him. Also humbly thank the person who was kind to praise you.
➥ Always remind yourself that you are a humble being and be an embodiment of that. Radiate love and care to everyone. Play your roles and responsibilities sincerely. When people are happy with your qualities and your talents, they appreciate you. But you don’t get affected or excited as you do what you do selflessly and not for recognition, you remain your authentic self.
➥ Each time you are appreciated, immediately remind your mind that you are God's instrument. You were chosen to do it, those people were destined to get it and you were as fortune to be a part of that scene. You thank God, surrender the praise to God, thank people for the opportunity and you also confess to people that their appreciation is a reflection of their own goodness, it shows their nature to notice goodness in others. Remain stable in appreciation, do not expect it, do not accept it for yourself, it does not affect you. Make humility your natural way of living.

"The right solution is found by the mind which is free from worry"
Expression: The right solution lies in seeing the right (actual) problem. If you consider a wrong problem, even its best solution is a 'wrong' solution; since the problem itself was not a real problem, but a 'perspective' of yours on the given situation. So see the entire truth and not hold a limited perspective.
➥ No matter how hard one worries about a problem, there can be no solution found. When the mind is free from worry, it is able to be calm. Then there will be no struggle but very naturally the right decision is made, which would be for the benefit of the self and that of others too. On the contrary, a mind that is worried would make decisions that are harmful, even after a lot of thinking and rethinking.
Experience: When I keep the mind free from worry in the most difficult situation, I am able to experience inner calm, inspite of the outer disturbance, because there is no disturbance in my natural thinking process. There is a lot of peace within, which enables me to be free from negative feelings for everyone. I also naturally have good wishes for myself and others, so whatever I do would be for everyone's benefit.
