Complete "Non-violence"

It means living with a constant awareness of the impact we have on ourselves and others. In thought, it starts with compassion—replacing criticism and anger with understanding and forgiveness. In words, it means speaking truthfully but with kindness, avoiding blame or harshness, so our language uplifts rather than wounds. In action, it involves choosing peaceful responses, practicing patience, and offering help instead of harm.
By aligning our thoughts, speech, and deeds with non-violence, we create an environment of trust, respect, and healing that ripples outward to touch every aspect of life, and radiate out to all souls.
