🍇Overcoming jealousy begins with acknowledging and understanding the root causes of this feeling. It is 𝕚𝕟𝕤𝕖𝕔𝕦𝕣𝕚𝕥𝕚𝕖𝕤, 𝕔𝕠𝕞𝕡𝕒𝕣𝕚𝕤𝕠𝕟, 𝕠𝕣 𝕗𝕖𝕒𝕣 𝕠𝕗 𝕚𝕟𝕒𝕕𝕖𝕢𝕦𝕒𝕔𝕪. Practice cultivating 𝚜𝚎𝚕𝚏-𝚊𝚠𝚊𝚛𝚎𝚗𝚎𝚜𝚜 and 𝚜𝚎𝚕𝚏-𝚕𝚘𝚟𝚎, recognizing your own strengths, qualities, and achievements.

🍁Shift your focus from what others have to 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗱𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲. When you feel heavy, SHARE your feelings with family or a trusted friend... This can bring 𝚌𝚕𝚊𝚛𝚒𝚝𝚢 and 𝚜𝚞𝚙𝚙𝚘𝚛𝚝. Instead of feeling bad about other's progress, get "𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧" from them and do even greater in your own life.

1● Soul is eternal and all-knowing. We are not limited to this bodily existence. We come here only to 𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘺 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘳𝘰𝘭𝘦, 𝘵𝘰 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘦, 𝘵𝘰 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘯 & 𝘨𝘳𝘰𝘸. For this, we set a "purpose" for every birth we take.

2● We all have 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 (virtues) and we are all loved by the spiritual father (creator)... Our value does not depend on what we have achieved in this world. But rather, 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐰𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐨𝐮𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬 of those with whom we spend time (moments) here in this world.

3● Worldly achievements does not count to the soul's real purpose... None of us is here to make worldly achievements... NO... The real purpose is always "spiritual" since the core purpose of coming to this world is 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟-𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 (to learn, to experience & to re-create our-self)

4● Remember the second point "We All have unique qualities" >> So when you keep 𝐣𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐲 for someone, you are forgetting that "You are Special" and "𝘠𝘰𝘶 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘲𝘶𝘦 𝘲𝘶𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘦𝘴 & 𝘢 𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘭 𝙥𝙪𝙧𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙚 𝘵𝘰 𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘺 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘭𝘥"

5● Jealousy keeps us from seeing our own 𝗴𝗶𝗳𝘁𝘀 (talents, virtues, qualities, capabilities) and reduce our energy... Leaving jealousy is simple >> "𝐁𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐞𝐞, 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞 & 𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐠𝐢𝐟𝐭𝐬"

6● You are a part of "Samadhan" group for long enough to understand that "𝐰𝐞 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐚 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞 & 𝐚 𝐣𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞" >> and 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗴𝗶𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗶𝗳𝘁𝘀 (𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀) 𝘄𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘆.

Yes you will see that externally, some have many 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬... and even good relationships... But, it is so because their purpose of this birth is such & their Karmic accounts are such... Yet, those who are poor are more blessed... Because they are constantly in the care of God... and they get to experience the joy of "creating" their own gifts rather than enjoying what was created by others.

7● 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 always helps to get our thoughts calm, clear, positive, and organised. We highly suggest you to learn & start practising "RajYog" (meditation) every day whenever you get time.
