The following was written in response to a query we received on our Samadhan WhatsApp group in October 2024.

🌴As with many things in life, staying in a constant 𝕒𝕨𝕒𝕣𝕖𝕟𝕖𝕤𝕤 of WHO AM I, the consciousness of being the 𝐩𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 centred between the eyes >> is achieved with 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐞.

☘️There is nothing you can do in ONE day that will make you remain in the soul-consciousness for the rest of the days you live upon the Earth.

🍀Life is to be lived in every moment. A single moment does not define an entire life. Regular practise therefore, is the way. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐝𝐨 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐥𝐲 & 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐝𝐚𝐲 (regularly), is what makes up your life.

But ahead of that >> and perhaps something more important >> is to 𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲. 𝙈𝙚𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜: "Make every thought, every word you speak, and every deed you do--a reflection of your inner divinity!"

🌟When your 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬, 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐬 are in 𝚊𝚕𝚕𝚒𝚐𝚗𝚖𝚎𝚗𝚝 with the 𝕕𝕚𝕧𝕚𝕟𝕖 𝕢𝕦𝕒𝕝𝕚𝕥𝕚𝕖𝕤 of the soul >> you are indeed living in 𝚜𝚘𝚞𝚕-𝚌𝚘𝚗𝚜𝚌𝚒𝚘𝚞𝚜𝚗𝚎𝚜𝚜. When you start living in this way >> there is no more struggle and effort in experiencing 'soul-consciousness'.

➕Now, take an example of a 𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐩—you must have seen one. It used to be a popular household item til 1990s and was used often during power-cuts.

🔥Do you know how that lamp kept burning? Yes, there must be a constant supply of 𝐨𝐱𝐲𝐠𝐞𝐧 and an 𝐨𝐢𝐥-𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞.

⭐Then what keeps the 𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐥 burning? Isn't it the 𝗼𝘅𝘆𝗴𝗲𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗚𝗼𝗱'𝘀 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆, and the 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗸𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗮? Both (oxygen & oil) are necessary for the fire to keep burning, the soul's light to keep shinning.

🌻How do we get that oxygen?—by remembrance of Shiv Baba (the supreme soul). This is what '𝗬𝗼𝗴' or '𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧' is... It is simply a 𝘷𝘪𝘴𝘶𝘢𝘭 𝘳𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘮𝘣𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘶𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘮𝘦 𝘴𝘰𝘶𝘭, while visualising and experiencing our own essence. 𝐅𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 & 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 to a single point is STEP ONE of this process.

🌳It is literally 𝐫𝐞-𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 >> that is >> 𝐫𝐞-𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 with God, the source of all, where we belong. This sense of '𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠' will help you greatly in the process of life... Ask the question "𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙙𝙤 𝙞 𝙗𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙣𝙜?" and you will always have the right answer—𝘞𝘦 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘣𝘦𝘭𝘰𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰 𝘎𝘰𝘥, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘴𝘸𝘦𝘦𝘵 𝘩𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘬𝘪𝘦𝘴.

🌈We come here only briefly—𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞, 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 & 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧. The joy of living is the 𝚓𝚘𝚢 𝚘𝚏 𝚌𝚛𝚎𝚊𝚝𝚒𝚗𝚐! Only here (on Earth) can we create a moment, an experience, a story, plan the events of life, set a goal, and achieve it. 𝙒𝙚 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙣, 𝙩𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙝, 𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙣, 𝙡𝙤𝙨𝙚, 𝙡𝙤𝙫𝙚, 𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙜𝙞𝙫𝙚, 𝙝𝙚𝙡𝙥, 𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙮, 𝙜𝙚𝙩 𝙝𝙪𝙧𝙩, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙜𝙚𝙩 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙚𝙙... Dear God this is wonderful! How else would we experience anything up there in our 𝕤𝕠𝕦𝕝-𝕨𝕠𝕣𝕝𝕕 where 'time' does not exist—where everything exist all at once!

🍁There is so much wonder in this creation... My spiritual job is not only to answer questions, 𝕓𝕦𝕥 𝕥𝕠 𝕘𝕦𝕚𝕕𝕖 𝕪𝕠𝕦𝕣 𝕥𝕙𝕚𝕟𝕜𝕚𝕟𝕘... and indeed 𝐭𝐨 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤!! So think more.. and think deeply. Understand more & largely.. come up with an even deeper question.
