This is a very common issue that is seen all around the world, and particularly in India now. Children are given smartphones too early, without teaching them how to use it. They are prone to social media & video-game addiction, which ultimately reduce their potential, attention, and focus on others things in life. This is a 'brief guide' for every parent or gaurdian who wishes to help their loved one overcome phone addiction smoothly.

The following are our precise 5 STEPS that you can follow in order to help anyone in overcoming phone-related addicition with a kind & positive approach.
