Original Query: Ever since I have lost my dad in 2019, I have become extremely possessive of my mom. I overthink a lot about her well-being and get anxious quickly when even her slightly goes wrong. I want to get back to normal. Please help me🙏🏻

Dear Saranya,

Since you are hopeful and willing to know the truth, I am here to give you that in concise words.

🌱There are only 𝟐 𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐜 𝐡𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 that sponsors the rest of emotions and all our thoughts & actions. They are 𝗟𝗢𝗩𝗘 and 𝗙𝗘𝗔𝗥.

☘️But it isn't always one way or another. 𝐋𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐢𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐞: Your thoughts are sourced by 𝐛𝐨𝐭𝐡 of these emotions, mixed together. One one hand, you have LOVE for your mother and so you wish her to remain here with you. On the other hand, you also keep FEAR not only of her death, but more so of finding yourself alone. Think on this.

🌈What if you knew that YOU ARE NEVER ALONE... the concept of being alone physically is possible, but there is no way you are left alone spiritually. "𝘞𝘦 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘯𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘥𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘦 𝘸𝘦𝘣". 🌿One of them is not physically present with you right now, the other one is. That is the only difference. Because 𝐧𝐨 𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐥 𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐚𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 >> you the SOUL can never be separate. Every soul is assigned a guide angel whose role is to guide that soul from one life to another.

🍇Even in this life you will meet many angels who will help you become 𝕓𝕖𝕥𝕥𝕖𝕣, 𝕤𝕥𝕣𝕠𝕟𝕘𝕖𝕣 & 𝕨𝕚𝕤𝕖𝕣. So enjoy every moment of your life, 𝕓𝕖 𝕜𝕚𝕟𝕕 to all, and do whatever you wish to do for your mother right now... 𝙇𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝙙𝙖𝙮 𝙖𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙡𝙖𝙨𝙩 --and you will never regret. The End Of Fear

🍁When this ignorance of not knowing that I AM A SOUL ends, it also bring an end to the FEAR that follow ignorance. Because you know now that 𝐧𝐨 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐬, 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦. Just as the energy merely changes its form. Your soul will one day leave this body & take another. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐟𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐥, 𝐮𝐧𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐝 & 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠?
