The following was our response to a query asked on our "Samadhan" WhatsApp group:

🌴Ritika, you have described your experience beautifully. We will sparkle the light with the answer to the first question "what is this phenomenon called". In the message you have described what we call an "𝗢𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲" (𝐎𝐁𝐄). If you are conneted to the Samadhan platform for long enough of time, you would have read our responses where 𝐍𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 (𝐍𝐃𝐄) was mentioned and our answer for based on the knowledge i derived from the interviews of NDE survivors.

Before we explain on the OBE, must the reader keep in mind that all such 𝚜𝚙𝚒𝚛𝚒𝚝𝚞𝚊𝚕 𝚎𝚡𝚙𝚎𝚛𝚒𝚎𝚗𝚌𝚎𝚜 are concerning the 𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐥 & 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐥'𝐬 𝐣𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲. We are not this perishable physical body, but children (a part of) the 𝚎𝚝𝚎𝚛𝚗𝚊𝚕 𝚌𝚘𝚗𝚜𝚌𝚒𝚘𝚞𝚜𝚗𝚎𝚜𝚜 GOD.

"𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘸𝘩𝘰 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘢𝘳𝘦, 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘰𝘶𝘭... 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘷𝘦𝘴 𝘪𝘵𝘴 𝘱𝘩𝘺𝘴𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘭 𝘤𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 (𝘣𝘰𝘥𝘺) 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘶𝘳𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘯 𝘰𝘳𝘥𝘦𝘳 𝘵𝘰 𝘷𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘢𝘯 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦." The soul is now "out of its body" and therefore the phenomenon if you may, is named as 𝕆𝕦𝕥 𝕠𝕗 𝔹𝕠𝕕𝕪 𝔼𝕩𝕡𝕖𝕣𝕚𝕖𝕟𝕔𝕖.

𝗥𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗢𝗕𝗘

As you understand what an OBE is, must you also learn WHEN and WHY it happens.

🍁The truth is... it can and does happen with all souls... All of us have an Out of Body Experience (OBE) many many times. Because all of us take 𝘀𝗹𝗲𝗲𝗽... Yes. What we call '𝘀𝗹𝗲𝗲𝗽' is the time when a part of the 𝚜𝚘𝚞𝚕'𝚜 𝚌𝚘𝚗𝚜𝚌𝚒𝚘𝚞𝚜𝚗𝚎𝚜𝚜 departs from the body and takes the taste of what it really is.

🌳𝐋𝐞𝐭 𝐦𝐞 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐧... When we enter the world, take a body/birth, the 𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 (setup of DRAMA) does not allow us to remember who we actually are. The purpose of life itself is to "𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 & 𝗿𝗲-𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲" who we are (as we have explained in nuggets before on this group)

🌈If we remember who we are after coming here, the very purpose of life is defeated.

Purpose of Life

The purpose of life is to "𝗿𝗲-𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲" and how can we re-create who we are, if we already KNOW who we are! Must I first "un-create" myself in order to re-create again. We must 𝕗𝕠𝕣𝕘𝕖𝕥, in order to 𝕣𝕖𝕞𝕖𝕞𝕓𝕖𝕣. The purpose of this great divine creation you see... is 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗷𝗼𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿-𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 again and again... With each birth you take, you 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐭 your previous incarnation, but take the learnings, and thus get a chance to make better choices (create a better life) in the next birth... 𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘯𝘰 𝘶𝘭𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘨𝘰𝘢𝘭 𝘸𝘦 𝘮𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘢𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘦𝘷𝘦... 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐮𝐬, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐣𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐬, 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐣𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲 𝐢𝐬 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠.

"𝙇𝙞𝙛𝙚 𝙞𝙨 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙙𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣, 𝙗𝙪𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙥𝙖𝙩𝙝 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙨". Because the path you walk defines WHO YOU ARE... and that again, is the real purpose: "Self-definition" and "Re-creation"

☘️So the answer to the WHEN question is given... OBE can happen any time of the day, but happens to all of us 𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐩. In the 𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺-𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 when the mind is silenced and the 𝚏𝚒𝚟𝚎 𝚜𝚎𝚗𝚜𝚎𝚜 are cut off.

🍀Now, answer to WHY is signalled when you described another of your experience with seeing some numbers repeatedly. This and the seeing of numbers are signs of a 𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠... a start of the 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗽𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲 of your life. This is when the soul is 𝚛𝚎𝚏𝚒𝚗𝚎𝚍 (purified) enough to become conscious and 𝚊𝚠𝚊𝚛𝚎 enough to have such spiritual experiences.

𝗔𝗻𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗿: Your soul is not unknown to any other soul... Now this is something very advance, even for the topic we are discussing today. But still, i would like to mention.

🍇The ultimate spiritual secret is that WE ARE ONE BEING... You must have heard and read about "one world family" but this is not even being a family. We all are literally ONE BEING, 𝚍𝚒𝚟𝚒𝚍𝚎𝚍 𝚒𝚗𝚝𝚘 𝚒𝚗𝚏𝚒𝚗𝚒𝚝𝚎 𝚙𝚘𝚒𝚗𝚝𝚜 𝚘𝚏 𝚌𝚘𝚗𝚜𝚌𝚒𝚘𝚞𝚜𝚗𝚎𝚜𝚜. The centre point of this 𝕔𝕠𝕟𝕤𝕔𝕚𝕠𝕦𝕤𝕟𝕖𝕤𝕤 𝕗𝕚𝕖𝕝𝕕 is what we call GOD.

⭐God divided itself into infinite parts 𝐬𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐆𝐨𝐝 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐆𝐨𝐝 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐬 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐢𝐭𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟... (this much is enough for now & we come back to your question)... In the ᗯOᖇᒪᗪ Oᖴ SOᑌᒪS, we all, all of us know each other completely. So you may have never met someone here on Earth, but there are 2 other possibilities:

➙ You have a "𝕤𝕠𝕦𝕝-𝕔𝕠𝕟𝕥𝕣𝕒𝕔𝕥" with another soul (or souls)

➙ You have a "𝕜𝕒𝕣𝕞𝕚𝕔 𝕒𝕔𝕔𝕠𝕦𝕟𝕥" with them.

☝️For these reason we meet some souls, develop a relationship with them & energy-exchange happens.

𝐐𝟐: 𝘊𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘪𝘵 𝘣𝘦 𝘢 𝘮𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘢𝘨𝘦 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘉𝘢𝘣𝘢 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘐'𝘮 𝘮𝘦𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘷𝘦𝘺?

𝗔𝗻𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗿: We cannot answer that... But the best choice for you is to 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐞 anyway. Tell them what you saw and experienced. If they believe, it was meant to be conveyed. Simple.

𝐐𝟑: 𝘐𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘱𝘰𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘢𝘭 𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘮 𝘰𝘳 𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘳𝘨𝘺 𝘥𝘳𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘨𝘦 𝘢𝘴𝘴𝘰𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘴𝘶𝘤𝘩 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦𝘴?

𝗔𝗻𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗿: The obvious answer is NO.

But as it is very everthing else, you must not keep this on your mind all the time. Take these experiences as a "𝐠𝐢𝐟𝐭" and preserve them in your heart. But focus on the important aspect of your life, taking the right steps, living with 𝚊𝚠𝚊𝚛𝚎𝚗𝚎𝚜𝚜, and doing the needful.
