Foreword
🌻The reason people go to a doctor, is that a doctor is able to diagnose and then give (or suggest) a right medicine in order to relieve the symptoms. But what most of the doctors would fail to tell you, is that you do not need medicine for most of the common health issues.
🍎Now in your case, you have not mentioned the 'reason' why your husband is taking these medicines. But you do notice how because of those medicines, the natural 𝐬𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐜𝐲𝐜𝐥𝐞 is disturbed, and so he could not sleep well.
𝗡𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗪𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴
If you know a little about how a human body function, must you know that there is nothing more important than "𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝘀𝗹𝗲𝗲𝗽" in order to heal the body. During sleep, the soul (you) become detached from your body... This is the time when all organs of your 𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐲 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐚 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭. This is when the "natural healing process" begins.
"𝙃𝙪𝙢𝙖𝙣 𝙗𝙤𝙙𝙮 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙨 𝙞𝙩𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙛 𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙣 𝙡𝙚𝙛𝙩 𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙤𝙪𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙙 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙢𝙛𝙪𝙡 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙨"
🍁The other way of putting this is—𝙿𝚎𝚊𝚌𝚎/𝚂𝚒𝚕𝚎𝚗𝚌𝚎 is the natural healer. This is the reason people nowadays suffer from more illnesses (physical issues) than ever—Because they live a noisy day, eat/drink unhealthy, and take unnecessary stress. These 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 causes them to not have a peaceful deep sleep. And it is during the 'deep sleep' when our mind unwinds down to tranquility, and our body turns to a '𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐦𝐨𝐝𝐞'.

Good Diet
Something quite obvious and yet very important. Even doctors would suggest you having a 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐲 & 𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐥. We must eat as healthy as practically possible.
𝗔𝘃𝗼𝗶𝗱:
❌Oil-fried
❌Fatty food with saturated fats
❌Sugar (preservative/sweets)
❌Processed (packaged) food
❌Excess salt & meat
𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲:
✅Fruits (all)
✅Green vegetables & boiled vegs
✅Whole-grains & Nuts
✅Beans (lentils, black, kidney, cheakpeas)
✅Protein-rich food
✅Exercise (at least 10 minutes a day)
Also—𝐰𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 is utmost important to keep the body hydrated.
