๐ŸŒฑAs you mentioned, it is just the fear of some food that is causing the tummy issue. It is not the food iself! Now it is most important to note here... the role of consciousness behind what we experience in the outside world.


๐ŸŒดThe simple solution of this therefore, is to consciously create POSITIVE thoughts right before you start eating >> this is a practise, and making this a daily routine will automatically train your mind >> not to create fear, but '๐š•๐š˜๐šŸ๐šŽ' and '๐š“๐š˜๐šข' while the food is processed. A simple and more natural way to create such positive thoughts is to be 'grateful' for the food we are getting.


Food, like anything else, carries and preserves emotions (vibrations) >> so make sure also that you eat RIGHT FOOD which is pure vegetarian and is cooked in a ๐š๐š˜๐š˜๐š ๐šŠ๐š๐š–๐š˜๐šœ๐š™๐š‘๐šŽ๐š›๐šŽ and in a good/positive state of mind. What we eat and keep in our body, does influence the vibrations of our body and the kind of thoughts we create.


๐ŸŒณThe root cause which is causing 'fear' is your sanskar of ๐š˜๐šŸ๐šŽ๐š›๐š๐š‘๐š’๐š—๐š”๐š’๐š—๐š... Hence the FIRST STEP of solution is to ๐˜€๐˜๐—ผ๐—ฝ ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด, ๐—น๐—ถ๐˜€๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ป๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐—ผ๐—ฟ ๐˜„๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ฐ๐—ต๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด anything which creates the feeling of fear in you. This definitely includes not watching news or drama serials while eating. A calm state of mind while eating is what lifts you. Not to mention eating pure vegetarian cooked with a pleasant state of mind does good also to both our physical and emotional health.
