We all feel sometimes that the mind needs to a refreshment and stop creating negative thoughts. How do we train the mind to stay calm amidst chaos, stay focussed and create positive thoughts.

🌷In order to enjoy the best of life, it is vital to keep the heart clean, the mind calm and the thinking clear. Free from all waste and negative thougths. Waste thoughts are thoughts that take you to PAST or too ahead of FUTURE. One should live like every day is a new day and not worry of what happened in the PAST (or worry for what would happen in far way future) >> because past is NOT in our control to change. It happened already... And future is for us to make it better (with good attention, our karma, choices and focussed hard work)
Everytime you fight with your negative thoughts, it is like forgetting that I the soul am naturally peaceful and i have the knowlegde that "Everything happen for a good cause" and worrying is not the solution to any problem... Such fundamental wisdom if you keep in your mind >> then POSITIVITY, LOVE, PEACE and JOY becomes a natural way of living
🌸Convince yourself deeply that the only way to find happiness, it to NOT LOSE IT. We are naturally peaceful, pure and blissful beings. We are children of God and we inherit the same innate qualities.
Firstly, that the easy solution to this is a "gradual practise" of training your mind to convert every negative thought to POSITIVE... This is a conscious training. In this, watching motivational videos, nature scenes, being happy, regular outgoing or exercise, and spending time around family can help.

🌷This “𝚘𝚟𝚎𝚛-𝚝𝚑𝚒𝚗𝚔𝚒𝚗𝚐” habit is root cause of all that. If you can overcome this habit, life becomes much 𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐞𝐫, 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠.
What causes Overthinking?
Answer: It could be a '𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐤𝐚𝐫' of a soul to create many thoughts at once, to worry or over think... Not able to ‘control’ on thoughts & emotions is a weakness in itself. Thus it goes to bring a change in our sanskaar.
👉 Whatever is making you create unneccessary thoughts, you need to reflect on that, and try to create a POSITIVE thought which cancels the negative thought. For example: If negative thought comes "what if this happens" - then at the same time, you create its opposing POSITIVE thought "Everything will happen for good" or "Good things will happen to me"
🌴This is a better way to constantly train your mind to annihilate (cancel) the negative thoughts and replace them with positive ones. Overthinking only occurs due to 'negative & waste thoughts' while POSITIVE thoughts are 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞, 𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫, 𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐧𝐮𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫.
