Your question is one of the most commonly asked. Every spiritual seeker or practisioner must learn (at some point in life) to 𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 their 𝚜𝚙𝚒𝚛𝚒𝚝𝚞𝚊𝚕 𝚕𝚒𝚏𝚎 & 𝚍𝚒𝚜𝚌𝚒𝚙𝚕𝚒𝚗𝚎𝚜—with their 𝚠𝚘𝚛𝚕𝚍𝚕𝚢 𝚕𝚒𝚏𝚎 𝚊𝚗𝚍 𝚒𝚝𝚜 𝚙𝚞𝚛𝚜𝚞𝚒𝚝𝚜. And they must—in order to ensure a peaceful survival. A 𝗷𝗼𝗯 provides the resources for life's maintenance.

🍀But indeed, sometimes, we do feel 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 and 𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬 working a job, or (in general) doing anything that does not seem to serve our spiritual path and purpose. Does this sound familiar?

🪴What you are about to read, might sound familiar to our old members of 𝕊𝕒𝕞𝕒𝕕𝕙𝕒𝕟. I have written some of this in our past answers/responses. I will provide links to our posts where you can read those answers (links are given--end of this message)

🍁The 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭 of this response is this message—"𝘈𝘭𝘭 𝘰𝘧 𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘴𝘱𝘪𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘶𝘢𝘭". Reading your message, i pondered whether what title could be given to this question. It occured to me, perhaps "Balance between loukik & aloukik" or "Balance b/w spiritual & worldly life" would be accurate. But as i thought out, i was resassured—nothing could be more accurate than "All life is spiritual"

Explanation

Life is lived by the soul, the 𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐭. All our 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (world & worldy experiences) is/are sourced from within. And thus, 𝕒𝕝𝕝 𝕠𝕗 𝕝𝕚𝕗𝕖 𝕚𝕤 𝕤𝕡𝕚𝕣𝕚𝕥𝕦𝕒𝕝.

🌿Whether it is sitting in 'meditation' on the top of a holy mountain, or taking a 'dive' into the ocean... doing 'tapasya' for years, or living a life of 'selfless service'... raising the world consciousness, or raising children... writing 'spiritual books' or simply keeping a 'smile' on your face... touching millions of lives, or living a life os 'solitude'... I tell you this—none of what you do escapes godliness, as all of life is a '𝚜𝚙𝚒𝚛𝚒𝚝𝚞𝚊𝚕 𝚙𝚛𝚘𝚌𝚎𝚜𝚜'. And the aim of this spiritual process, is 𝗴𝗼𝗱-𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻!

🌻Every day (and every moment) is bringing us closer to our ultimate purpose. You asked "how would i focus on spiritual growth" and we told you this—"𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠". Nothing stops the growth. 𝘈𝘴 𝘭𝘰𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘴 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘬𝘦𝘦𝘱 𝘸𝘢𝘭𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨, 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘴𝘩𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘤𝘩 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘨𝘰𝘢𝘭.

There must be a careful "balance" as you pursuit worldly things—𝙨𝙪𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙫𝙖𝙡, 𝙚𝙣𝙟𝙤𝙮𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨, 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙨, 𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙚𝙮, 𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨, 𝙤𝙧 𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙣𝙚𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨.

🍎Everyone knows that in order to make spiritual progress, 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞 must be maintained. Since any 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 is only possible when we are here (in this world of duality)—as we have nicely explained on our posts:

🌼Here it is👉 If doing a job (working at the workplace)—you are 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙡𝙤𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙪𝙖𝙡 𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙩𝙮, 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙜𝙚𝙩𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙟𝙤𝙗-𝙨𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙨𝙛𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙤 𝙜𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙪𝙥 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙪𝙖𝙡 𝙥𝙪𝙧𝙨𝙪𝙞𝙩... then GO ON... keep the job. It can provide you the 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐲 that you can use not only to pay bills and take care of your family, but also can use the money 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩 𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬 in need.

✤ 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆 ✤

So money isnt bad, as most of the religions would have you believe. In fact, only by having 'enough money' can you start helping others. And mine is one good example. What if i was short of money...would i be able to give so much of my day and time to run websites, answer queries & write detailed guidance? No... it is because of the 𝕗𝕚𝕟𝕒𝕟𝕔𝕚𝕒𝕝 𝕤𝕖𝕔𝕦𝕣𝕚𝕥𝕪 that i have this option open.

🌷Also—by doing these services, do i not grow myself? Indeed, in all 𝟑 𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬 i grow—𝙬𝙞𝙨𝙙𝙤𝙢, 𝙚𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚, 𝙗𝙡𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙨. Wisdom is 𝘳𝘦𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘥, experience is 𝘨𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘥, blessings are 𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘯𝘦𝘥. So this job (if you may) became a 'medium' for my 𝚜𝚙𝚒𝚛𝚒𝚝𝚞𝚊𝚕 𝚐𝚛𝚘𝚠𝚝𝚑, and the growth of thousands of souls who read these responses (not only on our 12 WhatsApp groups, but also on our FORUM and other channels)
