Answer: Make effort with your third eye of knowledge to see souls as brothers seated on their immortal thrones. Consider all to be brothers and give them knowledge. First consider yourself to be a soul and then explain to your brothers. Instil this habit in yourself and you will receive your fortune of the kingdom of the world. It is with this habit that the consciousness of the body will be removed. Storms of Maya and bad thoughts will not come and others will be struck very well by the arrows of knowledge. Om Shanti . The spiritual Father, who gives each of you the third eye of knowledge, sits here and explains to you spiritual children. No one, except the Father, can give you the third eye of knowledge. Continue to serve each other with this nourishment. You offer spiritual hospitality to everyone on the basis of shrimat. To give someone the Father’s introduction is also the true state of well-being. You sweet children know that you are receiving the nourishment of liberation-in-life from the unlimited Father. In the golden age, Bharat was liberated-in-life; it was pure. The Father gives very great and elevated nourishment. This is why there is the song: If you want to know about supersensuous joy, ask the gopes and gopis. This nourishment of knowledge and yoga is first class and wonderful and it is only the one spiritual Surgeon who has this nourishment. No one else knows about this nourishment. The Father says: Sweet children, I have brought gifts on the palms of My hands for you. These gifts of liberation and liberation-in-life remain with Me. You remember that Beloved in order to call Him here. You call out to Him even more when there is lot of sorrow. This is why there is the saying: Everyone remembers God at the time of suffering and no one remembers him at the time of happiness. At this time, the Father is the Almighty Authority. Day by day, Maya is also becoming a tamopradhan almighty authority. Therefore, the Father says: Sweet children, now become soul conscious. Consider yourselves to be souls and remember Me, your Father, and, together with this, imbibe divine virtues and you will become like Lakshmi and Narayan. This is now the confluence age. The Boatman is taking you from this shore across to the other side. There is not only one boat; the whole world is like a big ship. He takes that across. You sweet children should have so much happiness. For you, there is nothing but happiness. Wah! The unlimited Father is teaching us! You have not heard this before nor have you studied this. God speaks: I teach you Raja Yoga. I am teaching you spiritual children Raja Yoga, and so you should study it fully. You should study it and also imbibe it fully. Everyone is always numberwise in studying anyway. You should look at yourself: Am I the highest, average or the lowest? The Father says: Check yourself: Am I worthy of claiming a high status? Do I do spiritual service? The Father says: Children, become serviceable and follow the Father. I have come for the sake of service. I do service every day. This is why I have taken this one’s chariot. When this one’s chariot becomes ill, I sit in this one and write the murli. I cannot speak through the mouth, and I therefore write it down instead so that you children don’t miss a murli. Therefore, I am also on service. This is spiritual service. The Father explains to you sweetest children: Children, you too should engage yourselves in the Father’s service: On Godfatherly Service. The Father, the Master of the whole world, has come to make you into the masters of the world. Those who make good effort are called mahavirs. It is seen who the mahavirs are who follow Baba’s directions. The Father’s order is: Consider yourselves to be souls and see others as brothers. Forget those bodies. Baba does not see bodies either. The Father says: I only see souls. However, there is the knowledge that a soul cannot speak without a body. I have come into this body; I have taken it on loan. Only when a soul is in a body can he study. Baba sits here (middle of the forehead). This is the immortal throne. A soul is an immortal image. A soul does not become smaller or larger. Bodies become smaller or larger. The middle of the forehead is the throne of each soul. Everyone’s body is different. The immortal thrones of some are those of men and the immortal thrones of others are those of women. The immortal thrones of some are those of children. The Father sits here and teaches spiritual drill to you children. Whenever you talk to anyone, first of all consider yourself to be a soul. I, the soul, am talking to this brother. Give the Father’s message to remember Shiv Baba. It is by having remembrance that the alloy will be removed. When alloy is mixed in, the value of the gold decreases. When alloy becomes mixed into you souls, you even become valueless. You have to become pure again. You souls have now each received a third eye of knowledge. See your brothers through that eye. By having the vision of brotherhood your sense organs will not become mischievous. If you want to claim your fortune of the kingdom and become the masters of the world, make effort. Consider everyone to be your brother and donate knowledge to them. This habit will then become firm. All of you are true brothers. The Father has come from up above and you too have come from up above. The Father, together with the children, is doing service. The Father gives you courage to do service. You then have courage. Therefore, you should practise this: I, the soul, am teaching my brother. It is the soul that studies. This is called spiritual knowledge which you receive from the spiritual Father. The Father comes and gives you this knowledge at the confluence age: Consider yourselves to be souls. You came bodiless and adopted bodies here and played your parts for 84 births. You now have to go back again. Therefore, consider yourselves to be souls and have the vision of brotherhood. You have to make this effort. You have to make your own effort. What concern do we have with others? Charity begins at home, that is, first consider yourself to be a soul and explain to your brothers and the arrow will strike the target well. You have to fill yourselves with this force. Only when you make effort will you claim a high status. The Father has come to give you the fruit, and so you should make effort. You also have to tolerate a few things. Just remain silent when anyone says anything wrong. What can others do if you remain silent? Clapping takes place with two hands. If the first one claps with the mouth but the other one remains silent, then the first one will automatically become silent. Only when there is the clapping of two hands is there noise. You children have to bring benefit to each other. The Father explains: Children, if you want to remain constantly happy, become “Manmanabhav”: consider yourselves to be souls and remember the Father. Look at souls, your brothers. Give this knowledge to your brothers. When you conduct meditation, if you consider yourself to be a soul and continue to see others as brothers, good service will then be done. Baba has said: Explain to your brothers. All the brothers take their inheritance from the Father. You Brahmin children only receive this spiritual knowledge once. You are now Brahmins and will then become deities. You cannot leave this confluence age. Otherwise, how could you go across? You cannot jump over it. This is the wonderful confluence age. You children have to instil the habit of staying on the spiritual pilgrimage. This is for your benefit. You have to give the Father’s teachings to your brothers. The Father says: I am giving you souls this knowledge. I only see souls. When a human being talks to another human being, he looks at the face. You speak to souls and so you have to look at the soul. Although you give knowledge with your body, you have to break the consciousness of the body. You souls understand that the Supreme Soul, the Father, is giving you this knowledge. The Father says: I too look at souls. Souls also say: We are looking at the Supreme Soul, the Father. We are receiving knowledge from Him. This is called the give and take of spiritual knowledge of one soul with another. Knowledge is within the soul. The knowledge has to be given to the soul. This is like power. If your knowledge is filled with power, it will instantly strike the target when you explain to others. The Father says: Practise this and see if the arrow strikes the target. Instil this new habit and the consciousness of the body will be removed and fewer storms of Maya will come. You will not have any bad thoughts. The criminal eye will not remain either. We souls have been around the cycle of 84 births. The play is now about to end. You now have to stay in remembrance of Baba. Change from tamopradhan to satopradhan with remembrance and you will become the masters of the satopradhan world. It is so easy! The Father knows that it is His part to give teachings to the children. This is not a new thing. I have to come every 5000 years. I am bound by this bondage. I sit here and explain to you children: Sweet children, remain on the pilgrimage of remembrance and your last thought will lead you to your destination. This is the final period. BrahmaKumaris murli today in Hindi Aaj ki Gyan Murli madhuban 24-01-2019 प्रात:मुरली ओम् शान्ति "बापदादा" मधुबन "मीठे बच्चे - रूहानी सर्जन तुम्हें ज्ञान-योग की फर्स्टक्लास वन्डरफुल खुराक खिलाते हैं, यही रूहानी खुराक एक दो को खिलाते सबकी खातिरी करते रहो " प्रश्नः- विश्व का राज्य भाग्य लेने के लिए कौन सी एक मेहनत करो? पक्की-पक्की आदत डालो? उत्तर:- ज्ञान के तीसरे नेत्र से अकाल तख्तनशीन आत्मा भाई को देखने की मेहनत करो। भाई-भाई समझ सभी को ज्ञान दो। पहले खुद को आत्मा समझ फिर भाईयों को समझाओ, यह आदत डालो तो विश्व का राज्य भाग्य मिल जायेगा। इसी आदत से शरीर का भान निकल जायेगा, माया के तूफान वा बुरे संकल्प भी नहीं आयेंगे। दूसरों को ज्ञान का तीर भी अच्छा लगेगा। ओम् शान्ति। ज्ञान का तीसरा नेत्र देने वाला रूहानी बाप बैठ रूहानी बच्चों को समझाते हैं। ज्ञान का तीसरा नेत्र सिवाए बाप के और कोई दे नहीं सकता। अभी तुम बच्चों को ज्ञान का तीसरा नेत्र मिला है। तुम जानते हो अब यह पुरानी दुनिया बदलने वाली है। बिचारे मनुष्य नहीं जानते कि कौन बदलाने वाला है और कैसे बदलाते हैं क्योंकि उन्हों को ज्ञान का तीसरा नेत्र ही नहीं है। तुम बच्चों को अभी ज्ञान का तीसरा नेत्र मिला है जिससे तुम सृष्टि के आदि मध्य अन्त को जान गये हो। यह है ज्ञान की सैक्रीन। सैक्रीन की एक बूंद भी कितनी मीठी होती है। ज्ञान का भी एक ही अक्षर है मन्मनाभव। अपने को आत्मा समझ बाप को याद करो। बाप शान्तिधाम और सुखधाम का रास्ता बता रहे हैं। बाप आये हैं बच्चों को स्वर्ग का वर्सा देने, तो बच्चों को कितनी खुशी रहनी चाहिए। कहते भी हैं खुशी जैसी खुराक नहीं। जो सदैव खुशी मौज में रहते हैं उनके लिए वह जैसे खुराक होती है। 21 जन्म मौज में रहने की यह जबरदस्त खुराक है। यही खुराक सदैव एक दो को खिलाते रहो। तुम श्रीमत पर सभी की रूहानी खातिरी करते हो। सच्ची-सच्ची खुश-खैराफत भी यह है - किसको बाप का परिचय देना। मीठे बच्चे जानते हैं बेहद के बाप द्वारा हमको जीवनमुक्ति की खुराक मिलती है। सतयुग में भारत जीवनमुक्त था, पावन था। बाप बहुत बड़ी ऊंची खुराक देते हैं तब तो गायन है अतीन्द्रिय सुख पूछना हो तो गोप-गोपियों से पूछो। यह ज्ञान और योग की कितनी फर्स्ट क्लास वन्डरफुल खुराक है और यह खुराक एक ही रूहानी सर्जन के पास है। और किसको इस खुराक का मालूम ही नहीं है।बाप कहते हैं मीठे बच्चों तुम्हारे लिए हथेली पर सौगात ले आया हूँ। मुक्ति, जीवनमुक्ति की यह सौगात मेरे पास ही रहती है। कल्प-कल्प मैं ही आकर तुमको देता हूँ। फिर रावण छीन लेता है। तो अभी तुम बच्चों को कितना खुशी का पारा चढ़ा रहना चाहिए। तुम जानते हो हमारा एक ही बाप, टीचर और सच्चा-सच्चा सतगुरू है जो हमको साथ ले जाते हैं। मोस्ट बिलवेड बाप से विश्व की बादशाही मिलती है, यह कम बात है क्या! सदैव हर्षित रहना चाहिए। गॉडली स्टूडेन्ट लाइफ इज दी बेस्ट। यह अभी का ही गायन है। फिर नई दुनिया में भी तुम सदैव खुशियाँ मनाते रहेंगे। दुनिया नहीं जानती कि सच्ची-सच्ची खुशियाँ कब मनाई जायेंगी। मनुष्यों को तो सतयुग का ज्ञान ही नहीं है। तो यहाँ ही मनाते रहते हैं। परन्तु इस पुरानी तमोप्रधान दुनिया में खुशी कहाँ से आई! यहाँ तो त्राहि-त्राहि करते रहते हैं। कितना दु:ख की दुनिया है।बाप तुम बच्चों को कितना सहज रास्ता बताते हैं, गृहस्थ - व्यवहार में रहते कमल फूल समान रहो। धन्धा-धोरी आदि करते भी मुझे याद करते रहो। जैसे आशिक और माशुक होते हैं, वह तो एक दो को याद करते रहते हैं। वह उनका आशिक, वह उनका माशुक होता है। यहाँ यह बात नहीं है, यहाँ तो तुम सभी एक माशुक के जन्म-जन्मान्तर से आशिक हो रहते हो। बाप तुम्हारा आशिक नहीं बनता। तुम उस माशुक को आने लिए याद करते आये हो। जब दु:ख जास्ती होता है तो जास्ती सुमिरण करते हैं, तब तो गायन भी है दु:ख में सुमिरण सब करें, सुख में करे न कोय। इस समय बाप भी सर्वशक्तिवान है, दिन-प्रतिदिन माया भी सर्वशक्तिवान-तमोप्रधान होती जाती है इसलिए अब बाप कहते हैं मीठे बच्चे देही-अभिमानी बनो। अपने को आत्मा समझ मुझ बाप को याद करो और साथ-साथ दैवीगुण भी धारण करो तो तुम ऐसे (लक्ष्मी-नारायण) बन जायेंगे। इस पढ़ाई में मुख्य बात है ही याद की। ऊंच ते ऊंच बाप को बहुत प्यार, स्नेह से याद करना चाहिए। वह बाप ही नई दुनिया स्थापन करने वाला है। बाप कहते हैं मैं आया हूँ तुम बच्चों को विश्व का मालिक बनाने इसलिए अब मुझे याद करो तो तुम्हारे अनेक जन्मों के पाप कट जायें। पतित-पावन बाप को ही बुलाते हैं ना। अब बाप आये हैं, तो जरूर पावन बनना पड़े। बाप दु:ख-हर्ता, सुख-कर्ता है। बरोबर सतयुग में पावन दुनिया थी तो सभी सुखी थे। अब बाप फिर से कहते हैं बच्चे, शान्तिधाम और सुखधाम को याद करते रहो। अभी है संगमयुग, खिवैया तुमको इस पार से उस पार ले जाते हैं। नईया कोई एक नहीं, सारी दुनिया जैसे एक बड़ा जहाज है, उनको पार ले जाते हैं।तुम मीठे बच्चों को कितनी खुशियाँ होनी चाहिए। तुम्हारे लिए तो सदैव खुशी ही खुशी है। बेहद का बाप हमको पढ़ा रहे हैं, वाह! यह तो कब न सुना, न पढ़ा। भगवानुवाच, मैं तुमको राजयोग सिखाता हूँ। तुम रूहानी बच्चों को राजयोग सिखा रहा हूँ तो पूरी रीति सीखना चाहिए। धारणा करनी चाहिए। पूरी रीति पढ़ना चाहिए। पढ़ाई में नम्बरवार तो सदैव होते ही हैं। अपने को देखना चाहिए - मैं उत्तम हूँ, मध्यम हूँ वा कनिष्ट हूँ? बाप कहते हैं अपने को देखो मैं ऊंच पद पाने के लायक हूँ? रूहानी सर्विस करता हूँ? क्योंकि बाप कहते हैं बच्चे सर्विसएबुल बनो, फालो करो। मैं आया ही हूँ सर्विस के लिए, रोज़ सर्विस करता हूँ, इसलिए ही तो यह रथ लिया है। इनका रथ बीमार पड़ जाता है तो मैं इनमें बैठ मुरली लिखता हूँ। मुख से तो बोल नहीं सकते तो मैं लिख देता हूँ, ताकि बच्चों के लिए मुरली मिस न हो तो मैं भी सर्विस पर हूँ ना। यह है रूहानी सर्विस।बाप मीठे-मीठे बच्चों को समझाते हैं, बच्चे तुम भी बाप की सर्विस में लग जाओ। आन गॉड फादरली सर्विस। सारे विश्व का मालिक बाप ही तुमको विश्व का मालिक बनाने आये हैं। जो अच्छा पुरुषार्थ करते हैं उनको महावीर कहा जाता है। देखा जाता है कौन महावीर हैं जो बाबा के डायरेक्शन पर चलते हैं। बाप का फरमान है अपने को आत्मा समझ भाई-भाई देखो। इस शरीर को भूल जाओ। बाबा भी इन शरीरों को नहीं देखते हैं। बाप कहते हैं मैं आत्माओं को देखता हूँ। बाकी यह तो ज्ञान है कि आत्मा शरीर बिगर बोल नहीं सकती। मैं भी इस शरीर में आया हूँ, लोन लिया हुआ है। शरीर के साथ ही आत्मा पढ़ सकती है। बाबा की बैठक यहाँ है। यह है अकाल तख्त, आत्मा अकालमूर्त है। आत्मा कब छोटी बड़ी नहीं होती है, शरीर छोटा बड़ा होता है। जो भी आत्मायें हैं, उन सभी का तख्त यह भृकुटी का बीच है। शरीर तो सभी के भिन्न-भिन्न होते हैं। किसका अकाल तख्त पुरुष का है, किसका अकाल तख्त स्त्री का है, किसका अकाल तख्त बच्चे का है। बाप बैठ बच्चों को रूहानी ड्रिल सिखलाते हैं। जब कोई से बात करो तो पहले अपने को आत्मा समझो। हम आत्मा फलाने भाई से बात करते हैं। बाप का पैगाम देते हैं कि शिवबाबा को याद करो। याद से ही जंक उतरनी है। सोने में जब अलाय (खाद) पड़ती है तो सोने की वैल्यु ही कम हो जाती है। तुम आत्माओं में भी जंक पड़ने से वैल्युलेस हो गये हो। अब फिर पावन बनना है। तुम आत्माओं को अब ज्ञान का तीसरा नेत्र मिला है, उस नेत्र से अपने भाईयों को देखो। भाई-भाई को देखने से कर्मेन्द्रियाँ कभी चंचल नहीं होंगी। राज्य-भाग्य लेना है, विश्व का मालिक बनना है तो यह मेहनत करो। भाई-भाई समझ सभी को ज्ञान दो तो फिर यह आदत पक्की हो जायेगी। सच्चे-सच्चे ब्रदर्स तुम सभी हो। बाप भी ऊपर से आये हैं, तुम भी आये हो। बाप बच्चों सहित सर्विस कर रहे हैं। सर्विस करने की बाप हिम्मत देते हैं। हिम्मते मर्दा... तो यह प्रैक्टिस करनी है - मैं आत्मा भाई को पढ़ाता हूँ। आत्मा पढ़ती है ना। इसको प्रीचुअल नॉलेज कहा जाता है, जो रूहानी बाप से ही मिलती है। संगम पर ही बाप आकर यह नॉलेज देते हैं कि अपने को आत्मा समझो। तुम नंगे (अशरीरी) आये थे फिर यहाँ शरीर धारण कर तुमने 84 जन्म पार्ट बजाया है। अब फिर वापिस चलना है इसलिए अपने को आत्मा समझ भाई-भाई की दृष्टि से देखना है। यह मेहनत करनी है। अपनी मेहनत करनी है, दूसरे में हमारा क्या जाता। चैरिटी बिगेन्स एट होम अर्थात् पहले खुद को आत्मा समझ फिर भाईयों को समझाओ तो अच्छी रीति तीर लगेगा। यह जौहर भरना है। मेहनत करेंगे तब ही ऊंच पद पायेंगे। बाप आये ही हैं फल देने लिए तो मेहनत करनी पड़े। कुछ सहन भी करना पड़ता है।कोई उल्टी-सुल्टी बात बोले तो तुम चुप रहो। तुम चुप रहेंगे तो फिर दूसरा क्या करेगा! ताली दो हाथ से बजती है। एक ने मुख की ताली बजाई, दूसरा चुप कर दे तो वह आपेही चुप हो जायेंगे। ताली से ताली बजने से आवाज हो जाता है। बच्चों को एक दो का कल्याण करना है। बाप समझाते हैं बच्चे, सदैव खुशी में रहने चाहते हो तो मन्मनाभव। अपने को आत्मा समझ बाप को याद करो। भाईयों (आत्माओं) तरफ देखो। भाईयों को भी यह नॉलेज दो। योग कराते हो तो भी अपने को आत्मा समझ भाईयों को देखते रहेंगे तो सर्विस अच्छी होगी। बाबा ने कहा है भाईयों को समझाओ। भाई सभी बाप से वर्सा लेते हैं। यह रूहानी नॉलेज एक ही बार तुम ब्राह्मण बच्चों को मिलती है। तुम ब्राह्मण हो फिर देवता बनने वाले हो। इस संगमयुग को थोड़ेही छोड़ेंगे, नहीं तो पार कैसे जायेंगे! कूदेंगे थोड़ेही। यह वन्डरफुल संगमयुग है। तो बच्चों को रूहानी यात्रा पर रहने की आदत डालनी है। तुम्हारे ही फायदे की बात है। बाप की शिक्षा भाईयों को देनी है। बाप कहते हैं मैं तुम आत्माओं को ज्ञान दे रहा हूँ, आत्मा को ही देखता हूँ। मनुष्य-मनुष्य से बात करेंगे तो उनके मुँह को देखेंगे ना। तुम आत्मा से बात करते हो तो आत्मा को ही देखना है। भल शरीर द्वारा ज्ञान देते हो परन्तु इसमें शरीर का भान तोड़ना होता है। तुम्हारी आत्मा समझती है परमात्मा बाप हमको ज्ञान दे रहे हैं। बाप भी कहते हैं आत्माओं को देखता हूँ, आत्मायें भी कहती हैं हम परमात्मा बाप को देख रहे हैं। उनसे नॉलेज ले रहे हैं, इसको कहा जाता है प्रीचुअल ज्ञान की लेन-देन, आत्मा की आत्मा के साथ। आत्मा में ही ज्ञान है, आत्मा को ही ज्ञान देना है। यह जैसे जौहर है। तुम्हारे ज्ञान में यह जौहर भर जायेगा तो किसको भी समझाने से झट तीर लग जायेगा। बाप कहते हैं प्रैक्टिस करके देखो, तीर लगता है ना। यह नई आदत डालनी है तो फिर शरीर का भान निकल जायेगा। माया के तूफान कम आयेंगे। बुरे संकल्प नहीं आयेंगे। क्रिमिनल आई भी नहीं रहेगी। हम आत्मा ने 84 का चक्र लगाया। अब नाटक पूरा होता है। अब बाबा की याद में रहना है। याद से ही तमोप्रधान से सतोप्रधान बन, सतोप्रधान दुनिया के मालिक बन जायेंगे। कितना सहज है। बाप जानते हैं बच्चों को यह शिक्षा देना भी मेरा पार्ट है। कोई नई बात नहीं। हर 5000 वर्ष बाद हमको आना होता है। मैं बंधायमान हूँ। बच्चों को बैठ समझाता हूँ मीठे बच्चे रूहानी याद की यात्रा में रहो तो अन्त मते सो गति हो जायेगी। यह अन्त काल है ना। मामेकम् याद करो तो तुम्हारी सद्गति हो जायेगी। यह देही-अभिमानी बनने की शिक्षा एक ही बार तुम बच्चों को मिलती है। कितना वन्डरफुल ज्ञान है। बाबा वन्डरफुल है तो बाबा का ज्ञान भी वन्डरफुल है। कब कोई बता न सके। अभी वापस चलना है इसलिए बाप कहते हैं मीठे बच्चों यह प्रैक्टिस करो। अपने को आत्मा समझ आत्मा को ज्ञान दो। तीसरे नेत्र से भाई-भाई को देखना है, यही बड़ी मेहनत है। अच्छा! Vegetables grows on land, naturally. Land is the provider of food and shelter. Hence in some religions, the land is said as The Mother. Nature is our mother, who provides us everything in plenty. Fruits and vegetables grown on land has all the essential nutrients for our body. Plus this does not harm anyone. It is naturally grown or can be grown. On the other hand, killing of animals is a man's sinful action. Taking other being's life is sin, isn't it? Animals kill and eat other animals to live because survival alone is their aim of life. But we are human beings. Survival is not the ultimate aim. Instead, we have sympathy and compassion for other beings. We are much higher conscious souls than the souls of animals and birds. We should then act as their care-takers, and not kill them to fill our stomach. God has given plenty of resources like vast land, where we can grow vegetables, rain due to which they wil grow and many harvest facilities are present. In the interest of everyone, human beings must understand now the importance of being vegetarian and that too conscious. Conscious Eating Preparing the food and eating the food while in a state of peace and relaxation soothes the body and allows the digestive organs to function efficiently as they assimilate and distribute nutrients to the cells. In addition to helping the digestive system, pure thoughts infuse the food with positive energy. This energy enters our cells like a peaceful tune, inspiring them to dance harmoniously. All matter responds to the energy of our thoughts. Why not make our food, which is deposited in the body three times a day, sing with high spiritual energy? Tips to prepare food while in a good state of mind 1. Take a shower to cleanse the energies you may have picked up during the day. Water refreshes both the body and the spirit. Then turn on some gentle music in the kitchen. Set the intention to make your mealtime preparation a quiet, meditative process. Stay present and enjoy the silence as you chop, clean and cook. 2. Meditate for 5-10 minutes before you prepare your food. In your meditation, nurture a simple thought. For example, "I, the soul, am fresh, pure, clean light." As you meditate on this thought, savour it. Visualise it. Feel it. Experience it. Then enter into your kitchen with the intention to hold that experience and thought as you prepare your meal. Learn RajYoga meditation. 3. Take a few moments of silence before you cook. Invite God into the kitchen with you to pour the pure energy of spiritual love over your food. As you cook, imagine God as a waterfall of divine pure, loving light above you. In each moment, see that light as it pours over your mind and heart as well as the food. Hold this vision as you prepare your meal. Tips on the state of mind while Eating the food 1. While you eat, simply eat and be fully present. Resist the urge to check your cell phone or search the web. Set the intention to eat calmly. Chew each bite at least 40 times. By counting the bites, you not only improve your digestion but you become present, peaceful and focused. 2. Before you eat, take a moment to become aware that you are a soul and that the body is an instrument that allows you, the soul, to travel through the physical world and experience the sights, sounds and scenes of life on the planet. Eating is a way of filling the body with good, healthy fuel. 3. With each bite you eat, imagine that you are filling that food with pure, healing light. As you swallow, visualise that light pouring into every cell of the body… healing the body and bringing it into balance and harmony. Set the intention to rest your mind on one simple thought as you eat. As you eat, simply hold the thought, "I am a peaceful soul." Allow yourself to really feel it and experience peace. The praise “You are the Ocean of Love” belongs to only the one Father. It cannot be a drop of love; it refers to knowledge. You recognize the Father and come here to claim your inheritance. The Father only gives you knowledge for salvation. You listen to just a little and you receive salvation. From here, you children have to go to the new world. You know that you become the masters of Paradise. At this time there is the kingdom of Ravan over the whole world. The Father has come to give you the kingdom of the world. All of you were the masters of the world. There are pictures of that even now. However, it isn’t a matter of hundreds of thousands of years; that is wrong. Only the Father is said to be always righteous. The whole world becomes righteous through the Father. It is now unrighteous. You children are now claiming your inheritance from the Father. However, it is also fixed in the drama that those who listened to knowledge and became amazed by listening to it then related it to others but then also ran away. Oh Maya! You are so powerful that you turn them away from the Father. Why would she not be powerful, since she has ruled the kingdom for half the cycle? You now know what Ravan is. You should have a lot of intoxication. Whoever made effort in the previous cycle and whoever claimed a status will do so again. You have been made to conquer Maya many times. Then you were also defeated by her. This drama is predestined, therefore, you children should be very happy that you are to go to the land of immortality from the land of death. Student life is the best. At this time your life is the best life. No human beings know this. God Himself comes and teaches you. This is the best student life. It is souls that study, and then it is said: This one’s name is so-and-so. It is a soul that is a teacher. It is souls that listen and imbibe. It is souls that listen but, because there is body consciousness, they don’t understand. In the golden age, you would also understand that you, the soul, have received that body and that you have now reached old age. You now know that you are Brahmin teachers (Brahmni). According to the drama, you buzz the knowledge to whoever comes to you. Then, among them, too, some are weak and they decay. Sannyasis cannot give this example. They would not make others the same as themselves. You have an aim and objective. This is the story of the true Narayan, the story of immortality. All of those stories are yours. Only the one Father tells you the truth. All the rest are false. In the world, people relate the story of the true Narayan and then distribute prasad (holy food). There is such a vast difference between those limited things and these unlimited things. The Father is giving you directions. You note them down. However, all the books and scriptures etc. will be destroyed. None of the old things will remain. People think that 40,000 years of the iron age still remain and this is why they continue to build huge buildings and spend money. Will the ocean leave anything alone? It will swallow everything up with one tidal wave. Bombay didn’t exist previously and it will not remain. Look at all the things that have emerged in the last 100 years. Earlier, the Viceroy used to travel in a four-horse carriage. Look what has happened in the last few years! Heaven is very small. Your palaces will be by the river banks. There are now the omens of Jupiter over you children. You children should have the happiness that you are becoming so wealthy. When someone goes bankrupt, there are said to be bad omens over him. You are now happy with the omens over you. God, the Father, is teaching you. Would God be teaching anyone? You children know that this student life of yours is the best. We are becoming Narayan from ordinary men; we are becoming the masters of the world. We came here and then became trapped in the kingdom of Ravan. We will now go to the land of happiness. Although a father may be poor, he too would not eat anything until his children had something to eat because children are the heirs. He has love for them. There, there is no question of anyone being poor; they have plenty of food. There is unlimited wealth there. Look at their way of dressing; it is so beautiful. This is why Baba says: When you have time, go and sit in front of the picture of Lakshmi and Narayan. You can also sit in front of it at night. Go to sleep while looking at the picture of Lakshmi and Narayan. Oho! Baba is making us become like them! Practise this and see how much you enjoy yourself. Then, wake up in the morning and share your experience. Everyone should have the pictures of Lakshmi and Narayan and the ladder. You students know who is teaching you. There is His picture too. Everything depends on the study. You will become the masters of heaven, but your status depends on how you study. Baba says: Make this effort: I am a soul, not a body. I am claiming my inheritance from Baba. There is no difficulty in this. It is very easy for the mothers. Men go to their businesses etc. You can do a lot of service using the picture of this aim and objective. You will benefit many and they will love you a lot. They would say: You are our mother. You mothers have become instruments to benefit the world. Check yourself to see how many you bring benefit to. To how many did you give the Father’s message? The Father is the Messenger. No one else would be called the Messenger. The Father is giving you a message which you then have to give to others: Remember the unlimited Father and the inheritance. Also remember the cycle of 84 births. You are the children of the Father, the Messenger, and you give everyone the message. Tell everyone that they have two fathers. The unlimited Father gave you the inheritance of happiness and peace. We were in the land of happiness and all the rest were in the land of peace. We went into liberation-in-life. We now have to return home and we will then become the masters of the world there. There is a song: Baba, we receive the sovereignty of the world from You. The earth, sea and sky are all in our hands. At this time, we are claiming our unlimited inheritance from the Father. You are incognito warriors, the Shiv Shakti Army. Baba has told you to make a museum similar to that. You should create a first-class model of heaven. You children know that you are now establishing your own kingdom. उत्तर:- जो बहुतों के कल्याण के निमित्त बनते हैं, जिनका कल्याण हुआ वह कहेंगे तुम तो हमारी माता हो। तो अपने आपको देखो हम कितनों का कल्याण करते हैं? बाप का मैसेज कितनी आत्माओं को देते हैं? बाप भी पैगम्बर है। तुम बच्चों को भी बाप का पैगाम देना है। सबको बोलो दो बाप हैं। बेहद के बाप और वर्से को याद करो। गीत:- तू प्यार का सागर है..... ओम् शान्ति।रूहानी बाप बैठ रूहानी बच्चों को रोज़-रोज़ समझाते हैं कि बच्चे आत्म-अभिमानी होकर बैठो। ऐसे नहीं बुद्धि बाहर में भटकती रहे। एक बाप को ही याद करना है। वही ज्ञान का सागर है, प्रेम का सागर है। कहते हैं एक ज्ञान की बूँद भी बस है। बाप कहते हैं मीठे-मीठे बच्चे रूहानी बाप को याद करो तो तुमको यह वर्सा मिल जायेगा। अमरपुरी वैकुण्ठ में चले जायेंगे। बाकी इस समय जो सिर पर पापों का बोझ है वह उतारना है। कायदे प्रमाण, विवेक अनुसार तुम बच्चों को समझाया जाता है। जो ऊंच ते ऊंच थे वही फिर अन्त में नीचे तपस्या कर रहे हैं। राजयोग की तपस्या एक बाप ही सिखलाते हैं। हठयोग बिल्कुल अलग है। वह है हद का, यह है बेहद का। वह है निवृत्ति मार्ग, यह है प्रवृत्ति मार्ग। बाप कहते हैं तुम विश्व के मालिक थे। यथा राजा रानी तथा प्रजा.. प्रवृत्ति मार्ग में पवित्र देवी-देवता थे फिर देवतायें वाम मार्ग में जाते हैं। उसके भी चित्र हैं। बहुत गन्दे चित्र बनाते हैं जो देखने में भी लज्जा आती है क्योंकि बुद्धि ही एकदम खत्म हो जाती है। बाप का ही गायन है तू प्यार का सागर है। अब प्यार की बूँद नहीं होती। यह है ज्ञान की बात। तुम बाप को पहचानकर बाप से वर्सा लेने आते हो। बाप सद्गति का ही ज्ञान देते हैं। थोड़ा ही सुना और सद्गति में आ गये। यहाँ से तुम बच्चों को जाना है नई दुनिया में। तुम जानते हो हम वैकुण्ठ के मालिक बनते हैं। इस समय सारे विश्व पर रावण राज्य है। बाप आया है विश्व का राज्य देने। तुम सब विश्व के मालिक थे। अब तक चित्र खड़े हैं। बाकी लाखों वर्ष की कोई बात नहीं। यह रांग है। बाप को ही सदैव राइटियस कहा जाता है। बाप द्वारा सारी विश्व राइटियस बन जाती है। अभी है अनराइटियस। अभी तुम बच्चे बाप से वर्सा ले रहे हो। परन्तु यह भी ड्रामा में नूँध है। जो ज्ञान सुनते-सुनते आश्चर्यवत सुनन्ती, कथन्ती, भागन्ती हो जाते हैं। अहो मम माया तुम कितनी जबरदस्त हो जो बाप से बेमुख करा देती हो। क्यों नहीं जबरदस्त होगी, आधाकल्प उनका राज्य चलता है। रावण क्या है, यह भी तुम जानते हो। यहाँ भी कोई बच्चे समझदार हैं, कोई बेसमझ हैं।तुम जानते हो अभी हमारे ऊपर बृहस्पति की दशा है, तब हम स्वर्ग में जाने का पुरूषार्थ कर रहे हैं। मनुष्य जो मरते हैं वह तो कोई स्वर्ग में जाने का पुरूषार्थ नहीं करते हैं। सिर्फ ऐसे ही कह देते हैं स्वर्ग पधारा। तुम जानते हो सच-सच स्वर्ग में जाने का पुरूषार्थ हम कर रहे हैं अथवा स्वर्ग का मालिक बनने का पुरूषार्थ कर रहे हैं। ऐसे कभी कोई नहीं कहेंगे कि यह स्वर्ग जा रहे हैं। कहेंगे यह क्या कहते हो, मुख बन्द करो। मनुष्य तो हद की बातें सुनाते हैं। बाप तुम्हें बेहद की बातें सुनाते हैं। तुम बच्चों को बहुत पुरूषार्थ करना चाहिए। बहुत नशा चढ़ना चाहिए। जिन्होंने कल्प पहले पुरूषार्थ किया, जो पद पाया है वही पायेंगे। अनेक बार तुम बच्चों को माया पर जीत पहनाई है। फिर तुमने हार भी खाई है। यह भी ड्रामा बना हुआ है। तो बच्चों को बड़ी खुशी होनी चाहिए। मृत्युलोक से अमरलोक में जा रहे हो। स्टूडेन्ट लाइफ इज़ दी बेस्ट। इस समय तुम्हारी बेस्ट लाइफ है, इसे कोई भी मनुष्य नहीं जानते। भगवान खुद आकर पढ़ाते हैं, यह है दी बेस्ट स्टूडेन्ट लाइफ। आत्मा ही पढ़ाती है फिर कहेंगे इनका नाम फलाना है। आत्मा ही टीचर है ना। आत्मा ही सुनकर धारण करती है, आत्मा ही सुनती है। परन्तु देह-अभिमान के कारण समझते नहीं। सतयुग में भी समझेंगे कि हम आत्मा को यह शरीर मिला है, अब वृद्ध अवस्था हुई है। झट साक्षात्कार होगा - अभी हम यह पुराना चोला छोड़ नया लेते हैं। भ्रमरी का मिसाल भी अभी का है। अब तुम जानते हो हम ब्राह्मणियाँ हैं। ड्रामा प्लैन अनुसार जो भी तुम्हारे पास आते हैं उन पर भूँ-भूँ करते हो फिर उनमें भी कोई कच्चे कोई सड़ जाते हैं। सन्यासी लोग तो यह मिसाल दे न सके। वो थोड़ेही आप समान बनायेंगे। तुम्हारे पास तो एम आब्जेक्ट है। यह सत्य नारायण की कथा, अमरकथा... यह सब तुम्हारी है। एक ही बाप सत्य सुनाते हैं। बाकी सब है झूठ। वहाँ सत्य नारायण की कथा सुनाकर प्रसाद खिलाते रहते हैं। कहाँ वह हद की बातें, कहाँ यह बेहद की बातें। तुमको बाप डायरेक्शन देते हैं। तुम नोट करते हो बाकी किताब शास्त्र आदि तो सब खत्म हो जायेंगे। पुरानी कोई भी चीज़ नहीं रहेगी। मनुष्य समझते हैं कलियुग में अजुन 40 हज़ार वर्ष पड़े हैं इसलिए बड़े-बड़े मकान आदि बनाते रहते हैं। खर्चा करते रहते हैं। क्या समुद्र छोड़ेगा? एक ही लहर से हप कर लेगा। न यह बाम्बे थी, न रहेगी। अभी 100 वर्ष के अन्दर यह सब क्या-क्या निकला है। आगे वाइसराय भी 4 घोड़े की गाड़ी में आते थे। अब थोड़े समय में क्या-क्या हो गया है। स्वर्ग तो बहुत छोटा है। नदी के किनारे पर तुम्हारे महल होंगे।अभी तुम बच्चों पर बृहस्पति की दशा है। बच्चों को खुशी होनी चाहिए हम इतने साहूकार बनते हैं। कोई देवाला मारते हैं तो राहू की दशा कहा जाता है। तुम अपनी दशा पर हर्षित रहो। भगवान बाप हमको पढ़ाते हैं। भगवान किसको पढ़ाते हैं क्या? तुम बच्चे जानते हो हमारी यह स्टूडेन्ट लाइफ दी बेस्ट है। हम नर से नारायण विश्व के मालिक बनते हैं। यहाँ हम रावण राज्य में आकर फँसे हैं। फिर जाते हैं सुखधाम में। तुम संगमयुगी ब्राह्मण हो। ब्रह्मा द्वारा स्थापना होती है। एक थोड़ेही होगा। बहुत होंगे ना। तुम खुदाई खिदमतगार बनते हो। खुदा जो खिदमत करते हैं स्वर्ग स्थापन करने की, उसमें तुम मदद करते हो। जो जास्ती मदद करेंगे वह ऊंच पद पायेंगे। कोई भूख नहीं मर सकते। यहाँ फकीर लोगों के पास भी जाँच करते हैं तो हज़ारों रूपये निकल आते हैं। भूख कोई मर न सके। यहाँ भी तुम बाप के बने हो। भल बाप गरीब होते हैं परन्तु बच्चों को जब तक खाना न मिले तो खुद नहीं खाते क्योंकि बच्चे वारिस हैं। उन पर लॅव रहता है। वहाँ तो गरीब की बात नहीं। अथाह अनाज रहता है। बेहद की साहूकारी रहती है। वहाँ की पहरवाइस देखो कितनी सुन्दर है। तब बाबा कहते हैं जब फुर्सत मिले तो लक्ष्मी-नारायण के चित्र के सामने जाकर बैठो। रात को भी बैठ सकते हो। इन लक्ष्मी-नारायण को देखते-देखते सो जाओ। अहो बाबा हमें ऐसा बनाते हैं! तुम ऐसा अभ्यास करके देखो, कितना मजा आता है। फिर सुबह को उठकर अनुभव सुनाओ। लक्ष्मी-नारायण का चित्र और सीढ़ी का चित्र सबके पास होना चाहिए। स्टूडेन्ट जानते हैं, हमको कौन पढ़ाते हैं। उनका चित्र भी है। सारा मदार है पढ़ाई के ऊपर। स्वर्ग का मालिक तो बनेंगे। बाकी पद का मदार है पढ़ाई पर। बाबा कहते हैं यह पुरूषार्थ करो - मैं आत्मा हूँ शरीर नहीं। मैं बाबा से वर्सा लेता हूँ। कोई भी तकलीफ नहीं। माताओं के लिए तो बहुत सहज है। पुरूष लोग तो धन्धे पर चले जाते हैं। इस एम आब्जेक्ट के चित्र पर तुम बहुत सर्विस कर सकते हो। बहुतों का कल्याण करेंगे तो तुमको बहुत प्यार करेंगे। कहेंगे तुम तो हमारी माता हो। जगत के कल्याण के लिए तुम मातायें निमित्त हो। अपने को देखना है हमने कितनों का कल्याण किया है। कितनों को बाप का पैगाम दिया है। बाप भी पैगम्बर है और कोई को भी पैगम्बर नहीं कहेंगे। तुमको बाप मैसेज देते हैं जो तुम सबको सुनाओ। बेहद के बाप और वर्से को याद करो, 84 के चक्र को भी याद करो। तुम पैगम्बर बाप के बच्चे पैगाम देने वाले हो। सबको बोलो दो बाप हैं। बेहद के बाप ने सुख और शान्ति का वर्सा दिया है। हम सुखधाम में थे तो बाकी सब शान्तिधाम में थे। फिर जीवनमुक्ति में आते हैं। अब हमको वापिस जाना है फिर वहाँ हम ही विश्व के मालिक होंगे। एक गीत भी है बाबा तुमसे हमको सारे विश्व की बादशाही मिलती है। सारा धरती, समुद्र, आकाश हमारे हाथ में होगा। इस समय हम बाप से बेहद का वर्सा ले रहे हैं। तुम हो गुप्त वारियर्स, शिव शक्ति सेना। यह है ज्ञान कटारी, ज्ञान बाण। उन्हों ने देवियों को स्थूल हथियार दे दिये हैं। भक्ति मार्ग में कितने मन्दिर बनाये हैं, कितने चित्र आदि हैं, तब बाप कहते हैं भक्ति मार्ग में तुमने सब पैसे आदि खत्म कर दिए हैं। अब यह सब खत्म होने वाले हैं, डूब जायेंगे। तुमको साक्षात्कार भी कराया था कि वहाँ कैसे जाकर खानियों से हीरे जवाहर ले आते हैं क्योंकि यह सब दब जाते हैं। बड़े-बड़े राजाओं के पास तहखाने (अन्डरग्राउन्ड) होते हैं। वह सब दब जायेंगे फिर तुम्हारे कारीगर लोग जाकर ले आयेंगे। नहीं तो इतना सोना आदि कहाँ से आयेगा। स्वर्ग की सीन अजमेर में देखते हैं ना। बाबा ने कहा था म्युज़ियम भी ऐसा ही बनाओ। स्वर्ग का फर्स्टक्लास माडल बनाना चाहिए। तुम बच्चे जानते हो अभी हम अपनी राजधानी स्थापन कर रहे हैं। आगे कुछ भी नहीं जानते थे, अब जानते जा रहे हैं। ऐसे नहीं हम हर एक के अन्दर को जानते हैं। कोई-कोई विकारी भी आते थे। कहा जाता था क्यों आते हो? There is no need to increase your bondages. There is no expense incurred in attaining this kingdom. You are claiming the sovereignty of the world without any expense. They spend so much on their armaments and armies etc. You don’t have any expense at all. Whatever you give to the Father, you are not really giving, but you are, in fact, taking from Him. The Father is incognito. He continues to give you shrimat to open museums, hospitals and universities from where one can receive knowledge. You become constantly free from disease by having yoga. Many people go on pilgrimages. All of those are physical pilgrimages whereas this is a spiritual pilgrimage. You become the masters of the world through this. People keep stumbling along on physical pilgrimages. You should also have the picture of the ladder with you. Continue to do service and you won’t even need food etc. It is said: There is no nourishment like happiness. When you don’t have money, you feel hungry all the time. It is as though the stomachs of wealthy kings are always full. Their activity is very royal. Their way of speaking is also first-class. You understand what you are becoming. There, people eat and drink with great royalty. They would never eat between meals. They eat very peacefully, with great royalty. You should learn all virtues. Check the praise of the Incorporeal, the deities and yourself. You are now becoming those with Baba’s virtues and you will then become those who have the virtues of the deities. So you now have to imbibe those virtues. You are now imbibing divine virtues. They remember Him as the Ocean of Peace and the Ocean of Love. Those sannyasis etc. learn it by heart. That One is the Ocean of Knowledge. He explains to you all the secrets through Brahma. Has Shiv Baba ever gone to school or spiritual gatherings? The Father knows everything. People ask: Does Baba know any science? Baba says: What am I going to do with science? People call out to Me to come and make the impure ones pure, so why would I learn science for that? They ask: Has Shiv Baba studied such-and-such a scripture? Oh! but it is said of Him that He is the Ocean of Knowledge. Those scriptures belong to the path of devotion. They have put the conch shell and discus etc. in the hands of Vishnu. They don’t know the meaning of them at all. In fact, those ornaments should be given to Brahma and the Brahmins. There are no bodies in the subtle region. Many people have visions of Brahma while sitting at home. They also have visions of Krishna. That means they are told to go to Brahma and they can become like Krishna or would go into the lap of Krishna. They just have a vision of a prince. If you study well, you can become that. That is your aim and objective. A sample would be shown of just one. That is called a model. You know that Baba has come to tell you the story of the true Narayan and to change you from an ordinary man into Narayan. First of all, you will definitely become princes. It is shown in the scripture that Krishna ate the butter, but that was in fact the globe of the sovereignty of the world. How could the moon etc. be shown in his mouth? The two cats are shown fighting each other and butter is shown being taken from in between them by the one who became the master of the world. Look at yourself and see whether you have become like that or not. This study is for claiming a royal status. This would not be called a praja pathshala (a study place to become subjects). This is the pathshala for becoming Narayan from an ordinary man. This is a Godly University. God is teaching you. Baba has said: Write: Ishwariya Vishwa Vidhyalaya (Godly World University). Write University in brackets. However, you forget to write that. No matter how much literature you give people, they don’t understand anything from that. Here, you have to explain personally. You receive the unlimited inheritance from the unlimited Father. You have been receiving limited inheritances for birth after birth. You can do service using the badge. Even if someone does laugh at you, the point of the two fathers is still good. There are many who explain to their children in this way. Children also explain to their father. A wife would bring her husband here. In some cases, they even fight one another. You now know that all of you are souls, sons. You each have a right to the inheritance. In the world, the daughter gets married and goes to another home. That is called donating the kumari. She is given to someone else. You don’t have to do that any more. There, in heaven, too, a kumari goes to another home, but she remains pure. This is the impure world whereas that golden age is Shivalaya, the pure world. You children now have the omens of Jupiter over you. You will definitely go to heaven. This is fixed, but, you do have to claim a high status by making effort. You have to ask your heart: Do I do service like so-and-so? It should not be that you want a teacher. You yourself have to become a teacher. Achcha. You children have to make effort. What would Baba do by taking money from anyone? You can go and open museums etc. All the buildings etc. here will be destroyed. Baba is the Businessman and also the Stockbroker. He liberates you from the chains of sorrow and gives you happiness. The Father now says: A lot of time has gone by and little now remains. You will see how much upheaval there will be. BrahmaKumaris murli today in Hindi Aaj ki gyan murli Madhuban 22-01-2019 प्रात:मुरली ओम् शान्ति "बापदादा" मधुबन "मीठे बच्चे - तुम्हें अब इस शरीर को भूल अनासक्त, कर्मातीत बन घर चलना है इसलिए सुकर्म करो, कोई भी विकर्म न हो'' प्रश्नः- अपनी अवस्था की जाँच करने के लिए किन तीन की महिमा को सदा याद रखो? उत्तर:- 1. निराकार की महिमा 2. देवताओं की महिमा 3. स्वयं की महिमा। अब जाँच करो कि निराकार बाप के समान पूज्य बने हैं, उनके सब गुणों को धारण किया है! देवताओं जैसी रायल चलन है! देवताओं का जो खान पान है, उनके जो गुण हैं वह हमारे हैं? आत्मा के जो गुण हैं उन सब गुणों को जान उनका स्वरूप बने हैं? ओम् शान्ति। बच्चों को समझाया गया है कि आत्माओं का निवास स्थान है टावर आफ साइलेन्स यानी शान्ति की चोटी। जैसे हिमालय पहाड़ी की चोटी है ना। वह बहुत ऊंची होती है। तुम रहते भी ऊंच ते ऊंच हो। वो लोग पहाड़ी पर चढ़ने की प्रैक्टिस करते हैं, रेस करते हैं। पहाड़ी पर चढ़ने में भी कोई होशियार होते हैं। सब नहीं चढ़ सकते। तुम बच्चों को इसमें रेस आदि करने की दरकार नहीं। आत्मा जो पतित है, उनको पावन बन ऊपर जाना है। इसको कहा जाता है टावर ऑफ साइलेन्स। और वह फिर है टावर आफ साइंस। उनके बड़े-बड़े बाम्बस होते हैं, उनका भी टावर होता है। वहाँ रखते हैं खौफनाक चीज़ें। जहर आदि बाम्बस में डालते हैं। बाप कहते हैं बच्चे तुमको तो उड़ना है घर की तरफ। वह फिर घर बैठे ऐसे बाम्बस फेकते हैं जो सब खत्म कर देंगे। तुमको तो यहाँ से ऊपर जाना है टावर ऑफ साइलेन्स। वहाँ से तुम आये हो फिर जायेंगे तब जब सतोप्रधान बन जायेंगे। सतोप्रधान से तमोप्रधान में आये हो फिर सतोप्रधान बनना है। जो सतोप्रधान बनने का पुरूषार्थ करते वह फिर औरों को भी रास्ता बताते हैं। तुम बच्चों को अब सुकर्म करना है। कोई भी विकर्म नहीं करना है। बाप ने कर्मों की गति भी समझाई है। रावण राज्य में तुम्हारी दुर्गति हुई है। अब बाप सुकर्म सिखाते हैं। 5 विकार बड़े दुश्मन हैं। मोह भी विकर्म है। कोई भी विकार कम नहीं है। मोह रखने से भी देह-अभिमान में फँस पड़ते हैं इसलिए बाप कन्याओं को बहुत समझाते हैं। कन्या पवित्र को कहा जाता है, माताओं को भी पवित्र बनना है। तुम सब ब्रह्माकुमार कुमारियाँ हो। भल बुढ़िया हो परन्तु ब्रह्मा के तो बच्चे हो ना।बाप समझाते हैं मीठे-मीठे बच्चों, अब कुमार कुमारी की स्टेज से भी ऊपर जाओ। जैसे पहले शरीर में आये फिर निकलकर जाना है, मेहनत करनी है। अगर ऊंच पद पाने चाहते हो तो और कोई की स्मृति न आये। हमारे पास है ही क्या। हाथ खाली आये हैं ना, कुछ भी नहीं। अपना यह शरीर भी नहीं है। अब इस शरीर को भूलना है। अनासक्त, कर्मातीत बन जाना है। ट्रस्टी बनो। बाप कहते हैं भल घूमो फिरो, बाकी फालतू खर्चा मत करो। मनुष्य दान भी बहुत करते हैं। अखबार में पड़ता है फलाना बहुत दानी है। हॉस्पिटल, धर्मशाला आदि बनाई है। जो बहुत दान करते हैं उनको फिर गवर्मेन्ट से टाइटिल मिलता है। पहले-पहले टाइटिल होते हैं हिज होलीनेस, हर होलीनेस। होली पवित्र को कहा जाता है। जैसे देवतायें पवित्र थे ऐसे बनना है। फिर आधाकल्प पवित्र रहेंगे। बहुत कहेंगे यह कैसे हो सकता है। वहाँ भी बच्चे पैदा होते हैं। तो फट से बोलो वहाँ रावण नहीं है। रावण द्वारा ही विकारी दुनिया होती है। राम बाप आकर पावन बनाते हैं। वहाँ पतित कोई हो नहीं सकता। कोई कहते हैं पवित्रता की बात भी नहीं करनी चाहिए। शरीर कैसे चल सकेगा। यह पता ही नहीं है कि पवित्र दुनिया भी थी। अब अपवित्र दुनिया है। यह खेल है, वेश्यालय, शिवालय.. पतित दुनिया, पावन दुनिया। पहले है सुख फिर है दु:ख। कहानी है कैसे राजाई ली फिर कैसे गंवाई। यह अच्छी तरह से समझना है। हमने हार खाई है, हमको ही जीत पानी है। बहादुर बनना चाहिए। अपनी अवस्था को जमाना चाहिए। घरबार होते, सम्भाल करते पवित्र जरूर बनना है। कोई भी अपवित्र काम नहीं करना है। मोह भी बहुतों में होता है। अपने को देखना चाहिए हमने प्रतिज्ञा की है कि आपके सिवाए किसको भी प्यार नहीं करेंगे फिर दूसरों को क्यों प्यार करते हो! जो प्यारे ते प्यारी चीज़ है वह याद आनी चाहिए। फिर और सब देह के सम्बन्ध भूल जायेंगे। सबको देखते ऐसे समझो हम अब स्वर्ग में जा रहे हैं। यह सब कलियुगी बंधन है। हम दैवी सम्बन्ध में जा रहे हैं। और कोई मनुष्य की बुद्धि में यह ज्ञान नहीं। तुम बाप की याद में अच्छी तरह रहो तो खुशी का पारा चढ़ा रहेगा। जितना हो सके बन्धन कम करते जाओ। अपने को हल्का कर दो। बन्धन बढ़ाने की ज़रूरत नहीं। इस राज्य पाने में खर्चे की ज़रूरत नहीं। बिगर खर्चे विश्व की राजाई लेते हो। उन्हों का बारूद, लश्कर आदि पर कितना खर्चा होता है। तुम्हारे पास खर्चा कुछ भी नहीं। तुम जो कुछ बाप को देते हो वह देते नहीं परन्तु लेते हो। बाप तो है गुप्त। वह श्रीमत देते रहते हैं कि म्युज़ियम खोलो, हॉस्पिटल, युनिवर्सिटी खोलो, जिससे तुम नॉलेज प्राप्त करते हो। योग से तुम सदैव के लिए निरोगी बन जाते हो। हेल्थ, वेल्थ उनके साथ हैपीनेस तो है ही - 21 जन्मों के लिए। एक सेकेण्ड में मुक्ति जीवनमुक्ति कैसे मिलती है वह आकर समझो। द्वार पर ही समझा सकते हो। जैसे दरवाजे पर भीख मांगने आते हैं ना। तुम भी जैसे भीख देते हो जिससे मनुष्य एकदम मालामाल बन जाते हैं। कोई भी हो बोलो तुम क्या भीख मांगते हो। हम तुमको ऐसी भीख देते हैं जो तुम जन्म-जन्मान्तर भीख मांगने से ही छूट जायेंगे। बेहद के बाप और सृष्टि चक्र को जानने से तुम यह बनते हो।तुम्हारा यह बैज भी कमाल कर सकता है। सेकेण्ड में बेहद का वर्सा इनसे तुम कोई को भी दे सकते हो। सर्विस करनी चाहिए। बाप सेकेण्ड में विश्व का मालिक बनाते हैं। फिर है पुरूषार्थ पर। छोटे बड़े सबको कहा जाता है बाप को याद करो। ट्रेन में भी तुम बैज पर सर्विस कर सकते हो। बैज सदा लगाकर रहो, इस पर तुम सबको समझा सकते हो कि तुमको दो बाप हैं। दो से ही वर्सा मिलता है। ब्रह्मा से वर्सा नहीं मिलता है। वह तो दलाल है। इन द्वारा बाप तुमको सिखलाते हैं और वर्सा देते हैं। मनुष्य, मनुष्य देखकर समझाना चाहिए। यात्रा पर भी बहुत जाते हैं। वह सब है जिस्मानी यात्रायें। यह है रूहानी। इससे तुम विश्व के मालिक बनते हो। जिस्मानी यात्रा से तो धक्के खाते रहते हैं। सीढ़ी का चित्र भी साथ में हो। सर्विस करते रहो फिर उनको भोजन आदि की भी दरकार नहीं रहेगी। कहा जाता है खुशी जैसी खुराक नहीं। धन नहीं होगा तो उनको घड़ी-घड़ी भूख लगती रहेगी। धनवान राजाओं का जैसे पेट भरा रहता है। बड़ी रॉयल चलन होती है। बातचीत भी फर्स्टक्लास। तुम समझते हो हम क्या बन रहे हैं! वहाँ खान पान आदि बड़ी रॉयल्टी से होता है। बे-टाइम कभी खाते नहीं। बड़ा रायॅल्टी से शान्ति से खाते हैं। तुम्हें सब गुण सीखने चाहिए। निराकार की महिमा देवताओं की महिमा और अपनी महिमा तीनों की जाँच करो। अब तुम बाबा के गुणों वाले बन रहे हो फिर बनेंगे देवताओं के गुण वाले। तो वह गुण अभी धारण करने चाहिए। अब तुम दैवीगुण धारण कर रहे हो। गाते हैं शान्ति का सागर, प्रेम का सागर.. जैसे बाप पूजा जाता है वैसे तुम भी पूजे जाते हो। बाप तुमको नमस्ते करते हैं। तुम्हारी तो पूजा भी डबल होती है। यह सब बातें बाप ही समझाते हैं। तुम्हारी महिमा भी समझाते हैं कि पुरूषार्थ कर ऐसा बनो। दिल से पूछना चाहिए कि हम ऐसे बने हैं? जैसे हम अशरीरी आये हैं वैसे अशरीरी होकर जाना है। शास्त्रों में भी है, लाठी भी छोड़ो। परन्तु इसमें लाठी की बात नहीं। यहाँ तो शरीर को छोड़ने की बात है। बाकी सब हैं भक्ति मार्ग की बातें। यहाँ सिर्फ बाप को याद करना है। बाप बिगर दूसरा न कोई।तुम बच्चों को ज्ञान मिला है, तुम जानते हो मनुष्य कितना गुरूओं की जंजीरो में फँसे हुए हैं। अनेक प्रकार के गुरू हैं। अब तुम्हें न गुरू चाहिए, न कुछ पढ़ना ही है। बाप ने एक ही मंत्र दे दिया है - मामेकम् याद करो। वर्से को याद करो और दैवीगुण धारण करो। गृहस्थ व्यवहार में रहते पवित्र बनना है। यहाँ आते हो रिफ्रेश होने के लिए। यहाँ समझेंगे हम बाबा के सम्मुख बैठे हैं। वहाँ समझेंगे कि बाबा मधुबन में बैठे हैं। जैसे हमारी आत्मा तख्त पर बैठी है वैसे बाबा भी इस तख्त पर बैठे हैं। बाबा कोई गीता शास्त्र आदि हाथ में नहीं लेते हैं। ऐसे भी नहीं इसने कोई कण्ठ किया हुआ है। वह तो सन्यासी आदि कण्ठ करते हैं। यह तो है ज्ञान का सागर। ब्रह्मा द्वारा सब राज़ समझाते हैं। शिवबाबा कभी कोई स्कूल में सतसंग में गया है क्या? बाप तो सब कुछ जानते ही हैं। कोई कहे भला साइंस जानते हैं? बाबा कहते हैं साइंस से हमको क्या करना है। मुझे बुलाते ही हैं कि आकर पतितों को पावन बनाओ, इसमें साइंस क्यों सीखूंगा। कहेंगे शिवबाबा फलाना शास्त्र पढ़े हैं? अरे उनके लिए तो कहा जाता है ज्ञान का सागर। यह तो भक्ति मार्ग के शास्त्र हैं। विष्णु के हाथ में शंख, चक्र आदि दे दिया है। अर्थ का कुछ भी पता नहीं। वास्तव में यह अलंकार ब्रह्मा को और ब्राह्मणों को देना चाहिए। सूक्ष्मवतन में तो यह शरीर ही नहीं। ब्रह्मा का साक्षात्कार भी घर बैठे बहुतों को होता है। कृष्ण का भी होता है। इसका अर्थ है इस ब्रह्मा के पास जाओ तो कृष्ण जैसा बन जायेंगे वा कृष्ण की गोद में आ जायेंगे। वह सिर्फ प्रिन्स का साक्षात्कार होता है। अगर तुम अच्छी रीति पढ़ेंगे तो यह बन सकते हो। यह है एम आबजेक्ट। सैम्पुल तो एक का बतायेंगे ना। उसको मॉडल कहते हैं। तुम जानते हो बाबा आया है सत्य नारायण की कथा सुनाने, नर से नारायण बनाने। पहले तो जरूर प्रिन्स बनेंगे। शास्त्रों में दिखाया है कृष्ण ने माखन खाया, वास्तव में यह है विश्व की बादशाही का गोला। बाकी चन्द्रमा आदि कैसे मुख में दिखायेंगे। कहते भी हैं दो बिल्ले आपस में लड़े, बीच में जो सृष्टि का मालिक बना उनको माखन दिखा दिया है। अब अपने को देखो हम ऐसे बने हैं वा नहीं। यह पढ़ाई है ही राजाई पद के लिए। प्रजा पाठशाला थोड़ेही कहेंगे। यह है नर से नारायण बनने की पाठशाला। गॉडली युनिवर्सिटी। भगवान पढ़ाते हैं। बाबा ने कहा लिखो ईश्वरीय विश्व विद्यालय, ब्रैकेट में लिखो युनिवर्सिटी। परन्तु यह लिखना भूल जाते हैं। तुम कितना भी लिटरेचर दो तो भी कुछ समझेंगे नहीं। इसमें सम्मुख समझाना पड़ता है। बेहद के बाप से बेहद का वर्सा मिलता है। जन्म जन्मान्तर तुम हद का वर्सा लेते आये हो। तुम बैज पर सर्विस कर सकते हो। भल कोई हंसी भी करे। दो बाप की बात अच्छी है। ऐसे बहुत अपने बच्चों को समझाते हैं। बच्चे भी बाप को समझा लेते हैं। स्त्री पति को ले आती है। कहाँ-कहाँ फिर झगड़ते हैं। अब तुम जानते हो, तुम सब आत्मायें बच्चे हो। वर्से के हकदार हो। लौकिक सम्बन्ध में बच्ची शादी करके दूसरे घर में जाती है, उनको कन्या दान कहा जाता है। दूसरे को देते हैं ना। अभी तो वह काम नहीं करना है। वहाँ स्वर्ग में भी कन्या दूसरे घर में जाती है परन्तु पवित्र रहती है। यह है पतित दुनिया और वह सतयुग है शिवालय, पावन दुनिया। तुम बच्चों पर अब है बृहस्पति की दशा। तुम स्वर्ग में तो ज़रूर जायेंगे यह तो पक्का-पक्का है। बाकी पुरूषार्थ से ऊंच पद पाना है। दिल से पूछना है कि हम फलाने मिसल सर्विस करते हैं। ऐसे नहीं ब्राह्मणी (टीचर) चाहिए, टीचर तुम खुद बनो। अच्छा!बच्चों को पुरूषार्थ करना है। बाकी बाबा किससे पैसे ले करके क्या करेंगे। तुम जाकर म्युजियम आदि खोलो। मकान आदि तो सब यहाँ खत्म हो जायेंगे। बाबा तो व्यापारी है ना। शर्राफ भी है। दु:ख की जंजीरों से छुड़ाए सुख देने वाला है। अब बाप कहते हैं बहुत गई थोड़ी रही.. तुम देखते रहेंगे, बहुत हंगामे होंगे। अच्छा!मीठे-मीठे सिकीलधे बच्चों प्रति मात-पिता बापदादा का यादप्यार और गुडमार्निंग। रूहानी बाप की रूहानी बच्चों को नमस्ते। धारणा के लिए मुख्य सार:- 1) ट्रस्टी और अनासक्त बनकर रहो। कोई भी फालतू (व्यर्थ) खर्चे मत करो। स्वयं को देवताओं जैसा पवित्र बनाने का पुरूषार्थ करते रहो। 2) एक प्यारे ते प्यारी चीज (बाप) को याद करो। जितना हो सके कलियुगी बन्धन को हल्का करते जाओ, बढ़ाओ मत। सतयुगी दैवी सम्बन्ध में जा रहे हैं, इस खुशी में रहो। वरदान:- नॉलेजफुल बन सर्व व्यर्थ के प्रश्नों को यज्ञ में स्वाहा करने वाले वाले निर्विघ्न भव जब कोई विघ्न आते हैं तो क्या - क्यों के अनेक प्रश्नों में चले जाते हो, प्रश्नचित बनना अर्थात् परेशान होना। नॉलेजफुल बन यज्ञ में सर्व व्यर्थ प्रश्नों को स्वाहा कर दो तो आपका भी टाइम बचेगा और दूसरों का भी टाइम बच जायेगा। इससे सहज ही निर्विघ्न बन जायेंगे। निश्चय और विजय जन्म सिद्ध अधिकार है - Baba says: Do not remember the past. Make effort not to make the same mistake again in the future. Om Shanti . The spiritual Father sits here and explains to you children. The Father Himself says: No one knows when I come because I am incognito. No one can tell when a soul enters a womb. There cannot be a time or date for that. The time and date are given for the moment it comes out of the womb. Similarly, you cannot tell the time or date when Baba entered. You can’t tell when He entered the chariot. When Baba used to look at someone, they would become intoxicated and be lost in that stage. They would think that there was someone who had entered or that there was some power that had come. Where did the power come from? I didn’t do any special chanting or tapasya. That is called incognito; there is no time or date. You cannot say when the subtle region was established. The main thing is: Manmanabhav. The Father says: O souls, you called out to Me, your Father, to come and make you impure beings pure and to make the world pure. The Father explains: According to the drama plan, there definitely has to be a change when I come. Whatever has happened from the golden age onwards will repeat. The golden and silver ages will definitely repeat at every second that passes. The era also continues to pass by. They say that the golden age passed, but they didn’t see it. The Father has explained that you passed through that age. You are the ones who became separated from Me first. So, you should think about how you have taken 84 births and how you will have to take them again, identically, that is, how you will have to play your parts of happiness and sorrow. In the golden age, there is happiness. When a building grows old, the roof sometimes falls in, sometimes something happens somewhere else in the building. So, there is then the concern to repair it. When it has become very old, it is understood that that building is no longer fit to live in. You would not say this about the new world. You are now becoming worthy of going to the new world. Everything is at first new and it then becomes old. You children now think about this. No one else can even understand these things. They continue to relate the Gita and the Ramayana etc. and remain busy in that. You and I were also busy in that business. The Father has now made you so sensible. Baba says: Children, this old world is now to end. You now have to go to the new world. It isn’t that everyone will go there. It is not the law either that everyone can sit in the land of liberation because, otherwise, annihilation would take place. You know that this is the most auspicious, beneficial confluence age of the old world and the new world. Change now has to take place and you will then go to the land of peace. There is no question of even having any feeling of happiness there. It is remembered that there were obstacles in the sacrificial fire, and so there will continue to be obstacles. There will also be obstacles after a cycle. You have now become strong. This task of establishment and destruction is not a small thing. In what do you have obstacles? The Father says: Lust is the greatest enemy. It is because of this that there are assaults. There is the example of Draupadi. All the conflict is because of celibacy. You definitely had to become tamopradhan from satopradhan. You had to come down the ladder and the world definitely had to become old. Only you understand and churn all of these things. You have to study and also teach others. You have to become teachers. It is definitely because you have knowledge in your intellects that you study and then become teachers. Then the Government passes those who study with the Teacher and become clever. The Father has made you into teachers. What could the one Teacher do? All of you are spiritual teachers. So you should have this knowledge in your intellects. The knowledge of becoming a deity from a human being is very accurate. The more you remember the Father now, the more light you will continue to receive. People will continue to have visions. Only by having remembrance will you souls become pure and it will then be possible for others to have a vision. The Father, the Helper, is also here. The Father always helps the children. It is numberwise in a study. Each one of you can understand how much knowledge your intellect has imbibed. If you have imbibed knowledge, then demonstrate it by explaining to someone. This is wealth and if you don’t give others this wealth, no one would believe that you had any wealth. If you donate wealth, you will be called a great donor. Maharathis and mahavirs are the same; not all can be the same. So many people come to you. Would you sit and beat your head with each one? Those people hear many things through the newspapers and so they get heated. Then, when they come to you and hear knowledge from you, they realize what they have done by following the dictates of others and that this knowledge is very good. It takes time to put each one right. Here, too, it has taken so much effort. Nevertheless, there are some who are maharathis (elephant riders), some who are horse riders (cavalry) and others who are foot solders. These are their parts in the drama. You understand that, eventually, you will win. You will become whatever you became in the previous cycle. You children have to make effort. The Father advises you: Try to explain. First of all, go to Shiv Baba’s temple and do service there. You can ask: Who is this? Why do you pour water on that idol? You know this very well. There is a saying that a cook went to borrow some burning charcoal and stayed there and became the master. This example refers to you. You go there to awaken them. They send you invitations, and so when you receive such an invitation, you should be happy. Big titles are given in Kashi etc. There are so many temples on the path of devotion. That is also a type of business. When they find a good woman, they make her learn the Gita by heart and put her forward and then they take the income she receives. Otherwise, they would have nothing. Many people learn occult powers. You should go to such places. You children should never try to interpret the meaning of the scriptures. You have to go and give the Father’s introduction. The Bestower of Liberation and Liberation-in-Life is only One. You have to praise Him. He says: Consider yourself to be a soul and remember Me alone. However, ‘Manmanabhav’ doesn’t mean that you have to go and bathe in the Ganges. ‘Mamekam’ means: Remember Me alone. I promise you that I will liberate you from all your sins. Sin began at the time Ravan came. So you have to make a lot of effort to claim a high status. People beat their heads so much day and night to earn a position. This too is a study. There is no question of having any books here. You have the cycle of 84 births in your intellects. This is not a difficult thing. You are not told the details of every birth. Your 84 births have ended and you souls now have to return home. Souls that have become impure definitely have to be made pure again. Continue to tell everyone to remember the one Father constantly. Children say: Baba, I am unable to stay in yoga. Ah! but I am personally telling you to remember Me, and so why do you speak of yoga? It is because you speak of yoga that you forget Me. Who would not be able to remember their father? How do you remember your physical parents? That One is also your Mother and Father. This one is also studying. Saraswati too is studying. Only the one Father is teaching everyone. To the extent that you study, accordingly you can then explain to others. The Father says: Children, you cannot attain Me by reading the scriptures or by chanting or doing tapasya. What benefit is there in that? You still continue to come down the ladder. You don’t have any enemies. Nevertheless, you still definitely have to explain how sin and charity are accumulated. It was after the kingdom of Ravan began that you started to commit sin. There are even such children who are unable to explain what the new world is and what the old world is. The Father now says: Remember the unlimited Father. He alone is the Purifier. You don’t need to go anywhere. On the path of devotion, you would always go out of your home to worship elsewhere. The husband would tell his wife: You have a picture of Krishna at home too, so why are you going out there? What is the difference there? The husband was said to be her god and yet she wouldn’t even listen to him! On the path of devotion, they build temples very far away and high up so that people have that faith in them. You explain how people stumble around so much going to the temples. That is just a system they have created. They go to Shiva Kashi on pilgrimage, but there is no attainment through that. You now receive shrimat from the Father. You don’t have to go anywhere. In fact, God, the Husband of all husbands, is only the One. The One whom your husband, maternal and paternal uncles remember is God, the Husband of All, and God, the Father of All. He says to you: Constantly remember Me alone and your sins will be absolved. The light of each of you is now being ignited, and so people are able to see light in you. So, the names of you children should also be glorified. The Father glorifies the names of the children. Daughter Sudesh is very clever at explaining. She has made a lot of effort and has thereby gone ahead of the older ones. She can make more effort in this too and go ahead of others. Everything depends on effort. One shouldn’t have heart failure. Even if you come at the end, you can still attain liberation-in-life in a second. Day by day, many such ones will continue to emerge. You have a part of victory fixed for you in the drama. There will also be obstacles. There aren’t obstacles like this in any other spiritual gatherings. Here, there is upheaval because of the vices. It is remembered: Why should we renounce nectar and drink poison? The one deity religion is being established through knowledge. The kingdom of Ravan cannot exist in the golden age. The explanation is so clear. They have shown the kingdom of Ravan next to the kingdom of Rama. You also show the time period. This is the confluence age. The world is now changing. It is the one Father who inspires establishment, sustenance and destruction. This is very easy, but when they don’t imbibe it completely they remember everything else, and they forget knowledge and yoga. You are the children of God, the Highest on High. Day by day, you are becoming solvent. You receive wealth. The expenses are also paid for. Baba says: The pot will continue to become full. You will incur expense as you did in the previous cycle. The drama will not allow you to spend any more or less. Baba has unshakeable faith in the drama. Whatever has passed was in the drama. You shouldn’t say, “If it had been like this, I wouldn’t have done that.” That stage has not yet been developed. One thing or another continues to emerge through your lips. You then feel it. Baba says: Do not think about the past. Make effort in future not to make such mistakes again. This is why Baba says: Write your chart. There is a lot of benefit in that. Baba saw a person who was writing his whole life story because he thought his children would learn from it. Here, there is benefit in following shrimat. There cannot be falsehood here. There is the example of Narad. There is a lot of benefit in keeping a chart. Baba gives you orders and so you children should follow those orders. The attainment of truth is happiness and fearlessness. Those who speak the truth are fearless; they can never have any fear. बच्चों को भी उसमें अटल बनना है? उत्तर:- बाबा को ड्रामा पर अटल निश्चय है। बाबा कहेंगे जो पास्ट हुआ ड्रामा। कल्प पहले जो किया था वही करेंगे। ड्रामा तुम्हें ऊपर नीचे नहीं करने देगा। परन्तु अभी तक बच्चों की अवस्था ऐसी बनी नहीं है इसलिए मुख से निकलता - ऐसे होता तो ऐसा करते, पता होता तो यह नहीं करते.. बाबा कहते बीती को चितओ नहीं, आगे के लिए पुरूषार्थ करो कि ऐसी कोई भूल फिर से न हो। ओम् शान्ति। रूहानी बाप रूहानी बच्चों को बैठ समझाते हैं। बाप खुद कहते हैं मैं जब आता हूँ तो किसको पता नहीं पड़ता क्योंकि मैं हूँ गुप्त। गर्भ में भी जब आत्मा प्रवेश करती है तो प्रवेश होने का मालूम थोड़ेही पड़ता है। तिथि तारीख निकल न सके। जब गर्भ से बाहर निकलती है तब वह तिथि तारीख निकलती है। तो बाबा की प्रवेशता की तिथि तारीख का भी पता नहीं लगता, कब प्रवेश किया, कब रथ में पधारे - कुछ पता नहीं पड़ता। कोई को देखते थे तो वह नशे में चले जाते थे। समझा कुछ प्रवेशता है या कुछ ताकत आई है। ताकत कहाँ से आई? मैंने खास कोई जप तप तो नहीं किया। इसको कहा जाता है गुप्त। तिथि तारीख कुछ नहीं। सूक्ष्मवतन की भी स्थापना कब होती है, यह कुछ नहीं कह सकते। मुख्य बात है मनमनाभव। बाप कहते हैं हे आत्मायें तुम मुझ अपने बाप को बुलाती हो कि आकर पतितों को पावन बनाओ, पावन दुनिया बनाओ। बाप समझाते हैं ड्रामा प्लैन अनुसार जब मुझे आना होता है तो चेन्ज जरूर होती है। सतयुग से लेकर जो कुछ पास हुआ सो फिर रिपीट करेंगे। सतयुग त्रेता फिर ज़रूर रिपीट करेंगे। सेकेण्ड-सेकेण्ड पास होता जाता है। संवत भी पास होता जाता है। कहते हैं सतयुग पास्ट हुआ। देखा तो नहीं। बाप ने समझाया है तुमने पास किया है। तुम ही पहले-पहले हमसे बिछुड़े हो। तो इस पर गौर करना है, कैसे हमने 84 जन्म लिये हैं जो फिर हूबहू लेने पड़ेंगे अर्थात् दु:ख और सुख का पार्ट बजाना पड़ेगा। सतयुग में होता है सुख, जब मकान पुराना होता है तो कहाँ से छत बहती है, कहाँ से कुछ होता रहता है। तो फुरना हो जाता है कि इसकी मरम्मत करनी है। जब बहुत पुराना हो जाता है तो समझा जाता है यह मकान रहने लायक नहीं है। नई दुनिया के लिए ऐसे नहीं कहेंगे। अब तुम नई दुनिया में चलने के लायक बनते हो। हर चीज़ पहले नई फिर पुरानी होती है।अब तुम बच्चों को यह ख्याल में आता है और कोई तो इन बातों को समझ न सके। गीता रामायण आदि सुनाते रहते हैं, उसमें ही बिज़ी रहते हैं। तुम हम भी इन्हीं धन्धों में बिज़ी थे। अब बाप ने कितना समझदार बनाया है। बाबा कहते हैं बच्चे अब यह पुरानी दुनिया खत्म होने वाली है, अब नई दुनिया में चलना है। ऐसे भी नहीं सब चलेंगे। सब मुक्तिधाम में बैठ जायें यह भी कायदा नहीं है, प्रलय हो जाए। तुम जानते हो यह पुरानी दुनिया और नई दुनिया का बहुत ही कल्याणकारी संगमयुग है। अब चेन्ज होनी है फिर शान्तिधाम में जायेंगे। वहाँ सुख के भासना की भी कोई बात नहीं। गायन है यज्ञ में विघ्न पड़े सो तो पड़ते रहते हैं। कल्प के बाद भी पड़ते रहेंगे। तुम अब पक्के हो गये हो। यह स्थापना विनाश का कोई छोटा काम नहीं है। विघ्न किस बात में पड़ते हैं? बाप कहते हैं काम महाशत्रु है इस पर ही अत्याचार होते हैं। द्रोपदी की भी बात है ना। ब्रह्मचर्य पर ही सारी खिटपिट है। सतोप्रधान से तमोप्रधान बनना है ज़रूर। सीढ़ी उतरनी है, पुरानी दुनिया होनी है ज़रूर। इन सब बातों को तुम ही समझते हो और सिमरण भी करते हो और पढ़कर पढ़ाना भी है, टीचर बनना है। ज़रूर नॉलेज बुद्धि में है तब पढ़कर टीचर बनते हैं। फिर टीचर से जो सीखकर होशियार होते हैं तो गवर्मेन्ट उनको पास करती है। तुम भी टीचर हो। बाप ने तुमको टीचर बनाया है। एक टीचर क्या कर सकते हैं। तुम सब हो रूहानी टीचर। तो बुद्धि में नॉलेज होनी चाहिए। ज्ञान तो बिल्कुल एक्यूरेट है - मनुष्य से देवता बनने का।अभी जितना तुम बच्चे बाप को याद करते हो तो लाइट आती रहती है। मनुष्यों को साक्षात्कार होता रहेगा क्योंकि आत्मा प्योर बनेगी ही याद से फिर किसको साक्षात्कार भी हो सकता है। बाप मददगार भी बैठा है, बाप हमेशा बच्चों का मददगार है। पढ़ाई में नम्बरवार हैं। हर एक अपनी बुद्धि से समझ सकते हैं मेरे में कितनी धारणा है। अगर धारणा है तो किसको समझाकर दिखाओ। यह है धन, धन देते नहीं तो कोई मानेंगे भी नहीं कि इनके पास धन है। धन दान करेंगे तो महादानी कहेंगे। महारथी, महावीर बात एक ही है। सब एक जैसे तो हो न सकें। तुम्हारे पास कितने आते हैं। एक-एक से बैठ माथा मारना होता है क्या? वो लोग अखबार द्वारा बहुत बातें सुनते हैं तो बहुत चमकते हैं। फिर जब तुम्हारे पास आकर सुनते हैं तो कहते हैं हमने परमत पर क्या किया, यहाँ तो बहुत अच्छा है। एक-एक को ठीक करने में मेहनत लगती है। यहाँ भी कितनी मेहनत लगी है। फिर भी कोई महारथी, कोई घोड़ेसवार, कोई प्यादा। यह ड्रामा में पार्ट है, यह तो समझते हो आखरीन जीत तुम्हारी होनी है, जो कल्प पहले बने थे वही बनेंगे। पुरूषार्थ तो बच्चों को करना ही है। बाप राय देते हैं समझाने की कोशिश करो। पहले तो शिवबाबा के मन्दिर में जाकर सर्विस करो। तुम पूछ सकते हो - यह कौन हैं? इस पर क्यों पानी चढ़ाते हैं? तुम अच्छी तरह जानते हो। कहते हैं गई टांडे पर (आग लेने) और मालिक होकर बैठ गई। यह दृष्टांत भी तुम्हारा ही है। तुम जाते हो जगाने के लिए। तुमको निमंत्रण देकर बुलाते हैं, तो ऐसा निमंत्रण आये तो खुशी होनी चाहिए। काशी आदि में बड़े-बड़े टाइटल देते हैं। भक्ति में कितने ढेर मन्दिर हैं, यह भी एक धन्धा है। कोई अच्छी स्त्री देखी तो उनको गीता कण्ठ कराए आगे कर देते हैं, फिर जो कमाई होती है वह मिल जाती है। है कुछ भी नहीं। रिद्धि सिद्धि बहुत सीखते हैं। ऐसे स्थानों पर जाना चाहिए। तुम बच्चों को कभी शास्त्रार्थ नहीं करना चाहिए। तुमको तो जाकर बाप का परिचय देना है। मुक्ति जीवनमुक्ति दाता एक है, उनकी महिमा करनी है। वह कहते हैं अपने को आत्मा समझ मुझे याद करो। बाकी मनमनाभव का अर्थ यह नहीं है कि गंगा में जाकर स्नान करो। मामेकम् का अर्थ है मुझ एक को याद करो - मैं प्रतिज्ञा करता हूँ मैं तुमको सब पापों से मुक्त करूंगा। जब से रावण आया है तब से पाप शुरू हुए हैं। तो ऊंच पद पाने का बहुत पुरूषार्थ करना है। पोजीशन के लिए मनुष्य रात दिन कितना माथा मारते हैं, यह भी पढ़ाई है, इसमें कोई किताब आदि उठाने की बात नहीं है। 84 का चक्र तो बुद्धि में आ गया है। कोई बड़ी बात नहीं है। एक-एक जन्म की डीटेल थोड़ेही बताते हैं। 84 जन्म पूरे हुए अब हम आत्माओं को वापस घर जाना है। आत्मा जो पतित बनी है उनको पावन ज़रूर बनना है। सबको यही कहते रहो मामेकम् याद करो। बच्चे कहते हैं बाबा योग में नहीं रह सकते। अरे तुमको सम्मुख कह रहा हूँ - मुझे याद करो फिर योग अक्षर तुम क्यों कहते हो। योग कहने से ही तुम भूलते भी हो। बाप को याद कौन नहीं कर सकता। लौकिक माँ बाप को कैसे याद करते हो, यह भी माँ बाप हैं ना। यह भी पढ़ते हैं। सरस्वती भी पढ़ती है। पढ़ाने वाला एक बाप ही है। तुम जितना पढ़ते हो फिर औरों को समझाते हो। बाप कहते हैं बच्चे शास्त्र पढ़ने, जप तप करने से मुझे प्राप्त नहीं कर सकते हो, बाकी फायदा क्या है। सीढ़ी तो उतरते ही आते हो।तुम्हारा कोई दुश्मन नहीं। फिर भी तुमको समझाना है ज़रूर कि पाप और पुण्य कैसे जमा होता है। रावण राज्य के बाद ही तुमने पाप करना शुरू किया है। ऐसे भी बच्चे हैं जिनको नई दुनिया, पुरानी दुनिया क्या है यह भी समझाने नहीं आता है। अब बाप कहते हैं कि बेहद के बाप को याद करो, वही पतित-पावन है। बाकी तुमको कहाँ भी जाने की ज़रूरत नहीं है। भक्ति मार्ग में सदैव पैर घर से बाहर निकलता था। पति स्त्री को कहते हैं कृष्ण का चित्र घर में भी है फिर बाहर क्यों जाती हो? क्या फ़र्क है? पति परमेश्वर है इसको भी नहीं मानते। भक्ति मार्ग में बहुत दूर-दूर ऊंचा मन्दिर बनाते हैं, जो मनुष्यों का भाव बैठे। तुम समझाते हो मन्दिरों में कितना धक्का खाते हैं। यह एक रसम पड़ी है। शिव काशी में तीर्थ करने जाते हैं परन्तु प्राप्ति कुछ भी नहीं। अब तुमको तो बाप की श्रीमत मिलती है। तुमको कहाँ भी जाना नहीं है। पतियों का पति परमेश्वर वास्तव में वह एक ही है। जिसको तुम्हारे पति, काके, मामे सब याद करते हैं वह है पति परमेश्वर अथवा पिता परमेश्वर। वह तुमको कहते हैं मामेकम् याद करो तो तुम्हारे विकर्म विनाश होंगे। तुम्हारी ज्योत अब जग रही है तो तुम्हारे से मनुष्यों को लाइट देखने में आती है। तो बच्चों का भी नाम बाला होना चाहिए। बाप बच्चों का नाम तो बाला करते हैं ना। सुदेश बच्ची समझाने में बड़ी तीखी है। पुरूषार्थ बहुत अच्छा किया है तो पुरानों से भी आगे गई है। इसमें भी जास्ती पुरूषार्थ कर आगे चली जायेगी। सारा मदार पुरूषार्थ पर है। हार्टफेल नहीं होना चाहिए। पिछाड़ी में आया तो भी सेकेण्ड में जीवनमुक्ति पा सकते हैं। दिनप्रतिदिन ऐसे बहुत निकलते रहेंगे। ड्रामा में तुम्हारा विजय का पार्ट तो है ही। विघ्न भी पड़ने हैं। और कोई सतसंगों में ऐसे विघ्न नहीं पड़ते हैं। यहाँ विकारों पर ही हंगामा होता है। गायन भी है अमृत छोड़ विष काहे को खाए। ज्ञान से एक देवी-देवता धर्म की स्थापना हो जाती है। सतयुग में रावण राज्य हो न सके। समझानी कितनी साफ है। राम राज्य के बाजू में ही रावण राज्य भी दिखाया है। तुम टाइम भी दिखाते हो। यह है संगम। दुनिया बदल रही है। स्थापना, पालना, विनाश कराने वाला एक बाप है। है बहुत सहज, परन्तु धारणा पूरी होती नहीं और सब बातें याद रहती हैं बाकी ज्ञान और योग भूल जाता है। तुम ऊंच ते ऊंच भगवान की सन्तान हो। दिन प्रतिदिन तुम सालवेन्ट होते जाते हो। धन मिलता है ना। खर्चा भी आता जाता है। बाबा कहते हैं हुण्डी भरती जायेगी। कल्प पहले मिसल ही तुम खर्चा करेंगे। कम ज्यादा ड्रामा करने नहीं देगा। ड्रामा पर बाबा का अटल निश्चय है। जो पास्ट हुआ ड्रामा। ऐसे नहीं कहना चाहिए ऐसा होता था, यह नहीं करते थे। अभी वह अवस्था आई नहीं है। कुछ न कुछ मुख से निकल जाता है, फिर फील होता है। बाबा कहते हैं बीती को चितओ नहीं, आगे के लिए पुरूषार्थ करो कि ऐसी भूल फिर न हो इसलिए बाबा कहते हैं चार्ट लिखो, इसमें बहुत कल्याण है। बाबा ने एक को देखा सारी जीवन कहानी लिख रहे थे, समझते हैं बच्चे सीखेंगे। यहाँ फिर श्रीमत पर चलने में ही कल्याण है। यहाँ झूठ भी चल न सके। नारद का मिसाल। चार्ट से फायदा बहुत है। बाबा फरमान करते हैं तो बच्चों को फरमान पर चलना चाहिए। अच्छा!मीठे-मीठे सिकीलधे बच्चों प्रति मात-पिता बापदादा का यादप्यार और गुडमार्निंग। रूहानी बाप की रूहानी बच्चों को नमस्ते। धारणा के लिए मुख्य सार:- 1) ज्ञान धारण कर दूसरों को समझाना है। ज्ञान धन दान करके महादानी बनना है। किसी से भी शास्त्रार्थ न कर बाप का सत्य परिचय देना है। 2) तुम्हें बीती बातों का चिंतन नहीं करना है। ऐसा पुरूषार्थ करना है जो फिर कभी भूल न हो। अपना सच्चा-सच्चा चार्ट रखना है। वरदान:- सत्यता की अथॉरिटी को धारण कर सर्व को आकर्षित करने वाले निर्भय और विजयी भव आप बच्चे सत्यता की शक्तिशाली श्रेष्ठ आत्मायें हो। सत्य ज्ञान, सत्य बाप, सत्य प्राप्ति, सत्य याद, सत्य गुण, सत्य शक्तियां सब प्राप्त हैं। इतनी बड़ी अथॉरिटी का नशा रहे तो यह सत्यता की अथॉरिटी हर आत्मा को आकर्षित करती रहेगी। झूठखण्ड में भी ऐसी सत्यता की शक्ति वाले विजयी बनते हैं। सत्यता की प्राप्ति खुशी और निर्भयता है। सत्य बोलने वाला निर्भय होगा। उनको कभी भय नहीं हो सकता। स्लोगन:- वायुमण्डल को परिवर्तन करने का साधन है -पॉजिटिव संकल्प और शक्तिशाली वृत्ति। ब्रह्मा बाप समान बनने के लिए विशेष पुरुषार्थ जैसे बह्मा बाप हर कर्म में, वाणी में, सम्पर्क व सम्बन्ध में लवफुल रहे और स्मृति व स्थिति में लवलीन रहे, ऐसे फालो फादर करो। जितना लवली बनेंगे उतना लवलीन रह सकेंगे और औरों को भी सहज आप-समान व बाप-समान बना सकेंगे। #Murli #brahmakumaris #bkmurlitoday #brahmakumari #Hindi
