Importance of Purity
Celibacy (brahmacharya) is simply ๐ฉ๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐๐ซ๐ฏ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐ฅ๐ข๐๐-๐๐ง๐๐ซ๐ ๐ฒ within the body. This energy we preserve then naturally transforms into ๐ฌ๐ฉ๐ข๐ซ๐ข๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐ฅ ๐ฉ๐จ๐ฐ๐๐ซ, which helps the soul in many ways to enhance our life-journey. We do not teach 'repression' of desires or 'rejection' of the spouseโit is a vow of purity based on ๐๐๐๐-๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐, ๐๐๐๐-๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ & ๐๐๐๐-๐๐๐๐. We also teach respectful karma, non-violence in thoughts/words/actions, and practical wisdom in relationships.
Purity is the original religion (๐๐ก๐๐ซ๐ฆ๐) of the soulโa natural state of ๐๐ฃ๐ฃ๐๐ง ๐๐ก๐๐๐ฃ๐ก๐๐ฃ๐๐จ๐จ, ๐จ๐๐ก๐-๐ง๐๐จ๐ฅ๐๐๐ฉ & ๐จ๐ฅ๐๐ง๐๐ฉ๐ช๐๐ก ๐จ๐ฉ๐ง๐๐ฃ๐๐ฉ๐. When I remember โI am a soulโ rather than identifying only with the body, I begin to value purity in my ๐ฅ๐๐ ๐ฆ๐๐๐ฅ๐ค, ๐จ๐ ๐ฃ๐๐ค & ๐๐๐ฅ๐๐๐ฅ๐๐ ๐๐ค. This inner purity makes the mind "peaceful" and the intellect "clear"โso decisions are guided by ๐ฐ๐ข๐ฌ๐๐จ๐ฆ rather than impulse. Purity is therefore not just about outer discipline; it is a power that protects me from negativity, reduces wasteful thinking, and helps me remain stable and light, even in challenging situations.
Purity is viewed as essential for establishing a connection (๐๐จ๐ ) with the Supreme Soul (ParamAtma/Shiv Baba). Just as electricity cannot flow through a broken wire, the spiritual power of God cannot be fully experienced by an intellect clouded by impurity. Through the practice of ๐๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐จ๐ , a pure mind becomes a clear "mirror" capable of reflecting Godโs qualities, thereby burning away past negative karmas (sanskars). In this context, complete purity is the "key" to transforming from an ordinary human into a ๐๐ข๐ฏ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ข๐ง๐ (like Lakshmi and Narayan), paving the way for the soul's entry into the ๐๐จ๐ฅ๐๐๐ง ๐๐ ๐ (๐๐๐ญ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ ), a world defined by total harmony and viceless living.

Quote of the day
โPurity of the soul is not the absence of flaws, but the presence of truth, kindness, and sincere intention.โ

This quote suggests that a pure soul is not defined by perfection or a life free from mistakes, but by inner honesty and moral clarity. It emphasizes that what truly matters is the authenticity of oneโs intentions, the compassion shown toward others, and the commitment to living truthfully. Purity, in this sense, is an active qualityโsomething cultivated through conscious choices, humility, and empathyโrather than a passive state of being untouched by error.
