Peace and Love
Peace and Love: they are our original, innate nature, the true essence of the soul. Before the mind is clouded by ๐ฅ๐ฆ๐ด๐ช๐ณ๐ฆ๐ด, ๐ง๐ฆ๐ข๐ณ๐ด, ๐ข๐ฏ๐ฅ ๐ด๐ฐ๐ค๐ช๐ฆ๐ต๐ข๐ญ ๐ค๐ฐ๐ฏ๐ฅ๐ช๐ต๐ช๐ฐ๐ฏ๐ช๐ฏ๐จ, we are pure consciousness, inherently peaceful and overflowing with unconditional love. At the Brahma Kumaris, we teach that every person is ๐ ๐ฌ๐ฉ๐ข๐ซ๐ข๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐ฅ ๐๐๐ข๐ง๐ , ๐๐ซ๐๐๐ญ๐๐ ๐ข๐ง ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐ข๐ฆ๐๐ ๐ ๐จ๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ฉ๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐ ๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ฅโeternal, serene, and full of divine love. When we remember this truth, we begin to recognize that "peace" is not something we must chase, but something we must reclaim. Itโs already within us, waiting to be "awakened" through ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐, ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐, ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐.
In a world often driven by ๐ค๐ฐ๐ฏ๐ง๐ญ๐ช๐ค๐ต, ๐ค๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฆ๐ต๐ช๐ต๐ช๐ฐ๐ฏ & ๐ด๐ฆ๐ฑ๐ข๐ณ๐ข๐ต๐ช๐ฐ๐ฏ, reconnecting with our original nature of peace and love becomes both a personal and collective act of healing. In the moments of ๐๐๐๐ฉ ๐ฆ๐๐๐ข๐ญ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง, ๐ฉ๐ซ๐๐ฒ๐๐ซ, ๐จ๐ซ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐ ๐๐จ๐ง๐ง๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ก ๐ง๐๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐, we glimpse this authentic self that feels naturally "loving" and "at peace". This suggests that anger, hatred, anxiety, and conflict are not our true nature but rather learned responses to perceived threats or unmet desires.
When we live from this place of inner peace and authentic love, we become living examples of what humanity was meant to beโ๐ก๐๐ซ๐ฆ๐จ๐ง๐ข๐จ๐ฎ๐ฌ, ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ฉ๐๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐๐ญ๐, ๐ฎ๐ง๐ข๐ญ๐๐. Gandhiโs life embodied this truth: his nonviolent resistance was not born of weakness, but of deep "inner peace" and "boundless love" for all beings. He showed that true strength lies not in power over others, but in the courage to stand firm in truth and love. In embracing our original nature, we donโt just transform ourselvesโwe ripple out into the world, ๐ข๐ง๐ฌ๐ฉ๐ข๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ก๐๐ง๐ ๐ one peaceful thought, one loving action at a time.

Quote of the day
โPeace begins with a smile.โ

This quote from Mother Teresa suggests that peace and love donโt always start with grand actions or global agreements, but with small, human gestures rooted in kindness. A smile represents openness, compassion, and recognition of another personโs dignity; it is a simple act of love that can ease tension, build trust, and create connection.
By emphasizing something so ordinary, the quote highlights that lasting peace grows from everyday expressions of love, reminding us that personal attitudes and actions are the foundation for harmony in families, communities, and the wider world.
