Spiritual Powers For Accepting Change (Part 1)
Change resistance, or the inability to adapt to change, is a very common reason for the life stresses that all of us are faced with. There used to be a time when change was not so sudden as it is now. The modern lifestyles have made change so sudden that we have reached a point where resistance has become a reality in almost every human being’s life. This is because everyone’s desire is to have a smooth life with everything going their way all the time.
➤Also, no one wants changes because human personalities have become complex, and they find it difficult to adjust and mould themselves by changing their inner sanskaras, and also adapt to different people and situations of life. There was once a businessman who was very successful in everything he did. He earned success in his profession, relationships, earning wealth, and everything else. It was all good for him until one day, due to certain circumstances, he began to incur a big financial loss. At the same time, his relationships with his family began to get disturbed because of the ups and downs he was facing. As a result, his positivity and self-respect began to fall. Life was not the same again for him.
➤This can happen to any of us, a sudden change of our destiny and our inner peace and happiness, our health, our relationships, our professional work, and everything else gets affected. Suddenly, one single negative event, only a single change, can change our lives, because we are used to a certain way of living and fixed circumstances and ways of working and going through our daily routine. What should the businessman have done to remain positive? He became extremely successful and then unsuccessful in a physical way as different spheres of his life became negative.
➤He should have changed his perception of his life. And here we also mention the important quality of acceptance. Acceptance of a negative situation comes only after a change of perception, and also cannot take place without a change of perception. It is an emotion opposite to the one which we commonly experience – that of resistance, when we face a difficult situation.

"Thinking well means finding solutions"

Thought:
When we face problems, we try hard to find a solution. If the solution is not easy to find, we have a tendency to think hard. Because we are immersed in the problem we are facing, our thinking revolves around it. When there is too much thinking, it is not possible for us to find a solution.
Process:
To solve problems, it is important to improve the quality of my thinking. It is necessary to keep the mind calm by creating peaceful thoughts. As a result, problems stop affecting me. I am able to think clearly. This brings solutions.
