Talk About Your Joys (not sorrow)
No matter how many things are going right in our life, we tend to talk about those few problems in our health, finances, relationships, and work instead of the good and positive things in our life. Most people often talk about their worries and problems. Discussing problems to get advice is completely different from just talking to many people about the issue unnecessarily, and sometimes to get sympathy. It also wastes our time and mental and emotional energy, and sometimes takes us away from solutions instead of taking us towards them.
1● Check if your conversations focus on positives in your life or negatives. Do you mostly discuss issues and expect people to take pity? Do you believe that you will feel lighter after sharing your problems with others?
2● Repeatedly talking about problems can never solve them. Even if people have the best intentions for you, their vibrations of anxiety, fear, sadness, or stress radiate to you. This energy reduces your inner strength required to resolve the problem. Also, in our discussions and even after they have finished, we go too much into the whys, whats, whens, and hows of the issues causing inner dissatisfaction and leakage of soul power.
3● You have so many things going perfectly in your life. Choose to talk about them. Even if the other person talks about any negative issue in your life, try and change the topic and avoid discussing it with them. If it continues to be discussed, use positive language about yourself and your ability to resolve the issue and achieve your goal.
4● If you really do need to discuss problems, talk only to someone who can help you solve them. When you talk with an attitude of gratitude, goodness, and positivity in life, you energise yourself and people to come out of the toughest situations in life.

"Positive thoughts drive away negative situations"

Thought:
Many negative situations may come our way. They cause suffering, pain, and disappointment. At that time, such difficulties can feel overwhelming and seem like they will last forever.
Process:
I need to understand that the difficulties I face are passing clouds. These clouds that sometimes gather around me are temporary - they will disappear sooner or later. The understanding that no problem is permanent helps me develop the necessary determination to solve my problems. Then, I can easily face any situation.
