2 ● 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐇𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐀 𝐒𝐩𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐎𝐟 𝐇𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 ➤ A very important and easy beginning to making a world full of happiness is to create an atmosphere of lightness and positivity in your home and office. Let’s say, your family members or office colleagues are facing some problems because of which they experience sorrow, share with them positive thoughts of success and determination everyday. The more everyone is filled with positive information, the more everyone’s perspective to life’s different situations will change and they will become more positive. Various beliefs about life and its different situations, which are the cause of many stressful emotions, change when positivity is injected into everyone’s minds regularly. Also, a primary cause of sorrow is remembering old negative experiences that have happened with us in the past. Train everyone at home and office to remember positive scenes of life with lightness and enthusiasm and forget the bad experiences as older negative scenes that have drifted into the past will never happen again.
3 ● 𝐁𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐀 𝐆𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐝𝐨𝐩𝐭 𝐀 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞 ➤ A most important personality characteristic that all of us should imbibe is one of giving and caring and ensuring that everyone I meet is blessed positively while meeting me. In other words, give a blessing to everyone each day. The more we give blessings, the more happy people will feel in our presence. A blessing is a power or quality or a few sweet words of love and goodness. Look at everyone with a loveful and sweet vision and share your inner niceness and good wishes through your smile. Also, give a soft greeting of love to everyone. Become rich with happiness and make others rich with the same. Caring, sharing and giving this way will spread happiness and make the atmosphere around you full of love and enthusiasm and free from worry, stress and sadness.

"The habit of thinking positive finishes negative"
Expression: Just as it has become a habit of thinking negative, a positive habit when created will naturally bring about a change. A little practice and attention to form a habit of thinking positive will reveal its result of creating an influence of positivity. The situations will not change on their own, but the habit that has been formed will bring about a change in the response and will change the situation too.
Experience: Usually it becomes very difficult or sometimes impossible for me to think positive in difficult situations. At that time, although I want to, the response that emerges from within is based on the habit that is formed previously. So when I make the habit of constantly and consciously thinking positive, I then become free from the struggle of having to change my mind to positive in difficult situations.
