Use of Silence

Silence is not an absence but a presence—an open space where the noise of the world softens, and the voice within finally becomes audible. In moments of quiet, introspection unfolds naturally, allowing us to witness our thoughts without judgment and recognize what truly matters.
Silence also becomes a bridge to the divine, however one understands it, creating a sacred pause where awe, gratitude, and humility can arise without words. By returning to silence, we learn to listen more deeply—to ourselves, to the divine, and to the subtle inner-guidance that leads us forward.
