The Play of Maya

The play of maya is a shimmering theater where forms arise and fade like waves upon one ocean, and what seems separate borrows its life from a single light. Freedom begins when we perform our duties with skill yet release the claim on outcomes, letting action (our karma) to lead us to "self-awakening". The dance does not stop, but the dancer awakens: seeing "unity" in the many.
