
Return to Peace

You don’t need to go searching for peace—it’s already within you. Peace is your original state. Life’s situations may try to pull you away from that inner calm—but only if you allow them. Even your own feelings, like fatigue or stress, can cloud your peace and lead to irritability. The key is to stay in charge of yourself. Gently bring your attention inward. Visualise your true self: a radiant, star-like point of light at the centre of your forehead. This is the soul—you—distinct from the body you inhabit. The more you practice this awareness, even for just a few moments a day, the more easily you’ll return to your natural state of peace. Fatigue fades. Irritation dissolves. And your actions become filled with quiet love—both for yourself and those around you.
