Overcoming anger involves recognizing its triggers, ๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ง๐๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐๐๐ฉ ๐๐ซ๐๐๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ง๐ , and consciously choosing ๐ฉ๐๐ญ๐ข๐๐ง๐๐ & ๐ฎ๐ง๐๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ง๐๐ข๐ง๐ over reactive responses.
Anger causes a lot of damage. When someone gets angry, that anger also creates a feeling of anger in others. It takes two hands to clap. Therefore, if someone gets angry, shower him with flowers.
