Overcoming anger involves recognizing its triggers, 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠, and consciously choosing 𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 & 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 over reactive responses.

Anger causes a lot of damage. When someone gets angry, that anger also creates a feeling of anger in others. It takes two hands to clap. Therefore, if someone gets angry, shower him with flowers.
