Exercising the Mind

Whenever we have negative thoughts, we try to stop them. We know they are not good for us, they do not serve our purpose... and they drain our divine spiritual energy, and so we try to avoid them, resist or try to change them. Because we are not always able to succeed in doing so, we begin to accept those kinds of thoughts as part of our lives.

But now is the TIME when we have the knowledge of what is TRUE and FALSE, and we can choose to go towards the TRUTH, toward POSITIVITY, toward SPIRITUALITY.

"Accept" all your thought, only "observe" them as a distant observer... and do not participate or resist them. This is the "easy meditation" that can take you miles ahead in your journey.
