The Way To RajYog Meditation

It is so important to learn the meaning of what we call "RajYog meditation" and it is more so to understand how to practise it in every day life. So here is our official guide that covers the most important points. Through this, you will learn "how to remember Shiv baba and make meditation a way of living."

The following was written in response to a query we received on our Samadhan WhatsApp group in July 2024.

This subject of "RajYog" (meditation) is as vast as it is deep. We therefore, cannot explore all of it here, but surely can give you the nectar-essence that you need to 𝕜𝕟𝕠𝕨, 𝕦𝕟𝕕𝕖𝕣𝕤𝕥𝕒𝕟𝕕 & 𝕡𝕣𝕒𝕔𝕥𝕚𝕤𝕖 in daily life.

★ First Point ★

𝙍𝙖𝙟𝙔𝙤𝙜 (𝙢𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣) 𝙞𝙨 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙖 𝙩𝙚𝙣 𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙪𝙩𝙚 𝙥𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙨𝙚, 𝙗𝙪𝙩 𝙖 𝙬𝙖𝙮 𝙤𝙛 𝙡𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜

The experience of being ONE with god, our 𝚜𝚙𝚒𝚛𝚒𝚝𝚞𝚊𝚕 𝚏𝚊𝚝𝚑𝚎𝚛 (the supreme soul)—is what we call "𝐘𝐨𝐠" (connection)

🌳What we experience during those 10 minutes of meditation is greatly a result of the kind of '𝚛𝚎𝚕𝚊𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗𝚜𝚑𝚒𝚙' we share with god (Shiv baba)—and our 𝕤𝕥𝕒𝕥𝕖 𝕠𝕗 𝕞𝕚𝕟𝕕 during meditation is a result of what we do throughout the day—𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 𝐰𝐞 𝐤𝐞𝐞𝐩, 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐬 𝐰𝐞 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐤 & 𝐝𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐬 𝐰𝐞 𝐝𝐨... So you see, it is not about those 10 minutes, but how you ARE and what you DO throughout the day.

𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲

If you do unrighteous karma, engage too much in the worldly matters or social media, be angry, or speak lies OR if you do not understand the 'knowledge' accurately... then no matter how much you try, meditation with god cannot be experienced. For how will you experience a connection with the 𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐞, 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞 & 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐭𝐡; when your own thoughts & actions are taking you away from it?

🌻It is surely important to KNOW WHO GOD IS in order to have a relationship, isn't it? Just as it is in 𝐡𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧 relationships, the more we know each other, the stronger the bond grows.

🌈Only when your life reflects the 𝗚𝗼𝗱-𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀, will you be able 𝐭𝐨 𝐞𝐧𝐣𝐨𝐲 𝐚 𝐝𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭 & 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 with the father, Shiv Baba. You will not even need to sit and try—because 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙬𝙝𝙤𝙡𝙚 𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙚 𝙗𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙨 𝙖 '𝙢𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣' 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙖 '𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚' 𝙩𝙤 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙡𝙙. 𝙔𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙡𝙙 𝙗𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙨 𝙖 "𝙜𝙞𝙛𝙩" >> and you are now a gift to everyone whose life you touch.

Do you now understand the knowledge? Do you see that we are not God's children for 10 minutes a day, for for 𝚎𝚝𝚎𝚛𝚗𝚒𝚝𝚢... When we behave like God's children, we "experience" the same.

🍁Therefore, pay more attention to what you are 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐝𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠 throughout the day—rather than trying more... This is not difficult. Remembering our father, our creator, is not difficult. It is the most 𝚗𝚊𝚝𝚞𝚛𝚊𝚕 thing we can do.

and you can experience WHO YOU ARE by acting out what you are.
