๐ŸชดThe most important point perhapsโ€”๐๐ž๐ข๐ง๐  ๐š๐ฅ๐จ๐ง๐ž and ๐Ÿ๐ž๐ž๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ฅ๐จ๐ง๐ž๐ฅ๐ฒ are two distinct things. 'Being alone' is ๐š ๐ฌ๐ญ๐š๐ญ๐ž ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ž๐ฑ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ž๐ง๐œ๐ž and 'feeling lonely' is ๐š ๐ฌ๐ญ๐š๐ญ๐ž ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐ (๐ž๐ฑ๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐ข๐ž๐ง๐œ๐ž). You can experience loneliness even when surrounded by dozens of people. Also true isโ€”we can be at peace & feel complete, even when alone.



Real Cause of Loneliness


๐ŸŒปHence, if someone is feeling lonely or depressed, even when surrounded by a family or friends, and the external situation is normal, then ๐ญ๐ก๐ž๐ซ๐ž ๐ข๐ฌ ๐š '๐ฌ๐ฉ๐ข๐ซ๐ข๐ญ๐ฎ๐š๐ฅ' ๐ซ๐ž๐š๐ฌ๐จ๐ง behind it.


๐ŸThe most common spiritual reason is lacking a purpose (a 'motivation' to keep along). It is often overlooked, but ๐šŠ ๐šœ๐šŽ๐š—๐šœ๐šŽ ๐š˜๐š ๐š™๐šž๐š›๐š™๐š˜๐šœ๐šŽ is the most important part of life. Without a motivation/goal, no matter what external resources you have, will not suffice. ๐–๐ก๐ž๐ง ๐ฐ๐ž ๐š๐ซ๐ž ๐ง๐จ๐ญ ๐๐จ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ฐ๐ก๐š๐ญ ๐ฐ๐ž ๐š๐ซ๐ž ๐ฆ๐ž๐š๐ง๐ญ ๐ญ๐จ ๐๐จ ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ก ๐ฅ๐ข๐Ÿ๐ž, the Universe has a way to signal this. This is the reason why we feel depressed not when we are alone, but ๐ฐ๐ก๐ž๐ง ๐ฐ๐ž ๐š๐ซ๐ž ๐š๐ซ๐ž ๐จ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ญ๐ซ๐š๐œ๐ค, ๐ก๐š๐ฏ๐ž ๐ง๐จ๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ญ๐จ ๐๐จ, or nothing interests.


๐ŸŒˆThis is the time of ๐™จ๐™ฅ๐™ž๐™ง๐™ž๐™ฉ๐™ช๐™–๐™ก ๐™ง๐™š๐™ฃ๐™š๐™ฌ๐™–๐™ก... This is the time when the soul goes deep into itself, and start searching for ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ฆ๐ž๐š๐ง๐ข๐ง๐ , ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ ๐š ๐ฉ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ฉ๐จ๐ฌ๐ž... And so this is the time when we come closer to God, as we turn towards ๐šœ๐š™๐š’๐š›๐š’๐š๐šž๐šŠ๐š•๐š’๐š๐šข and the inner being. "We start living simple, speak less & understand more, DO less & just BE more, argue less & love more, and make conscious choices."


๐ŸŒทSo we can sayโ€”"this is the right time" to bring someone to spirituality. Even ๐ ๐ข๐ฏ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ญ๐ก๐ž๐ฆ ๐š ๐ก๐ข๐ง๐ญ would be enough. If they are meant to follow this path, they will naturally be attracted to it. All you need to do, is ๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐ซ๐จ๐๐ฎ๐œ๐ž ๐ญ๐ก๐ž๐ฆ ๐ญ๐จ ๐†๐ฒ๐š๐ง (spiritual knowledge) of BrahmaKumaris.

A simple 'phone call' or 'message' can go a long way. Encourage them to talk openly, as you listen without judgment, letting them know you genuinely care and ready to help wherever possible.

In general, loneliness can become a 'gift' as it gives us the SPACE ๐ญ๐จ ๐ ๐จ ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ง, ๐œ๐จ๐ง๐ง๐ž๐œ๐ญ ๐ญ๐จ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐๐ž๐ž๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ ๐ฌ๐ž๐ฅ๐Ÿ, ๐Ÿ๐ซ๐ž๐ž ๐ฎ๐ฉ ๐Ÿ๐ซ๐จ๐ฆ ๐จ๐ญ๐ก๐ž๐ซ ๐ฉ๐ž๐จ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ž'๐ฌ ๐ž๐ง๐ž๐ซ๐ ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ, and ๐Ÿ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐ฅ๐ข๐Ÿ๐ž-๐ฉ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ฉ๐จ๐ฌ๐ž.
