๐It is truly "one of a kind" question you have asked. Your situation may not be as unique as your feelings/emotions about this situation are.
โค๐๐ ๐๐ โ๐ ๐ฅ๐๐ค: Before we go ahead, may i clarify that we are to show you the larger picture of how karmic patterns shape our life story and how our active choices (decisions) plays the biggest role in what we encounter and experience in life.
โคThis response would have some words with a deeper meaning. I usually refrain from using bookish and ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐, which most people do not encounter in daily life, but today here it is.
๐ธIf you are an old member of Samadhan group, you would have come across many answers i have posted on the subject of "Karma" and how it function in different situations.
๐ผHowever, we do not relate every life event with a "karmic account" >> That is: It is not necessary that it was a karmic account that got settled in those 2 months. Not even necessary that the account was with your father.
You see, the immediate people (family) are surely those souls who shares the longest (or deepest) karmic account with you >> that is the reason you were born in this family. But many times they become a medium (instrument) to make you or help you settle a long held karmic debt (which could not be settled in any other way) >> think about this.
๐ณYour father could have become a medium so that your karmic debt (result of a past karma) could be settled through this difficulty which you faced for 2 months. But here, adding that he became a medium because of his sanskaar (deep habit) or "forcing his will" as you mentioned. If he did not have this sanskaar, he would not become a bringer of this experience to you.
โถ๐๐ธ๐ฝ๐ฎ: We cannot put a surity on anything. This is only my judgement, based on how you described the situation, knowledge, and my own experience & experiments. The law of karma is very subtle and we can only see the consequences of our past karma, but the root cause, patterns are hidden.
๐ทBut what i am sure of, is that no soul intends to harm another soul. And this one is your father for this birth >> he will never intend to harm or dis-serve you, unless there was a past life debt to be settled. In this, there is no fault of any soul. We are bound by nature/Drama to keep a balance in karmic/energy shares.
๐บNow coming to the actual issue >> "weight gain" >> now this is something you should care about.
๐If weight was gained, it means your body was not overweight by birth. It is not in the genes. Then so, regular exercise and more importantly right food/diet can surely reduce fat. Put more emphasis on diet >> eat not what contributes to fat >> and try to burn the extra fat you intake. Eat little less than your tummy desires & burn a little calories by walking, running or doing any work (no need of giving extra time) >> this is the natural way to weight loss. Make it a way of living!
