Before anything, here is an explanation of what "psyhic attack" means:
A psychic attack is a concept related to the belief in 'spiritual energy influences' and the ability of individuals to harm others 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲. It refers to the notion that negative thoughts, emotions, or spiritual entities can negatively impact someone's well-being.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝘆𝗺𝗽𝘁𝗼𝗺𝘀
The following are different symptoms:
𝐄𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐲𝐦𝐩𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐬:
Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, or experiencing unexplained sadness.
𝐏𝐡𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐲𝐦𝐩𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐬:
Experiencing fatigue, headaches, digestive problems, or other physical ailments.
𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐈𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐞𝐬:
Experiencing conflict, feeling misunderstood, or having difficulties with communication and intimacy.

𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘂𝗴𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
Here’s how to deal with a psychic attack—firmly, spiritually, and smartly:
1. 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝘆𝗺𝗽𝘁𝗼𝗺𝘀
Sudden fatigue or anxiety
Unexplained irritability or nightmares
Feeling watched, or like you're carrying an invisible weight
Random negative thoughts that don’t feel like you own
2. 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗔𝘂𝗿𝗮
Visualize a brilliant 𝚠𝚑𝚒𝚝𝚎 𝚘𝚛 𝚐𝚘𝚕𝚍𝚎𝚗 𝚕𝚒𝚐𝚑𝚝 around you, like a divine force field. Imagine it glowing brighter with every breath, repelling any energy that doesn't belong.

3. 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆
𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐭 𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐬: Add sea salt or Epsom salt to your bath to absorb negativity.
𝐔𝐬𝐞 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝: Use a singing bowl, chimes, or even clap around your body to break up stagnant energy.
4. 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 & 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀
Sit on the earth (garden or floor). Breathe deep. Imagine "roots" growing from your spine into the core of the Earth, anchoring you. Psychic attacks lose their grip when you're grounded in your body and spirit with mother Earth.
5. 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗳
Psychic attacks only feed off your fear or attention. When you stand in your light, they fade like mist at dawn. The more "aligned" and "powerful" your soul is, the more difficult it is for negative energy to influence you.
