Sometimes it seems that one has stress due to troubles in office or home. It may be trouble created due to differences with colleagues or boss in the office or with other family members at home. One need to understand that stress, which may be the root cause of several form of pain or discomforts like depression, insomnia, anxiety etc., it comes to tell us that there is something one need to change within themselves, not in the others. All stress is self-created regardless of the circumstances. That’s why some people appear to be emotionally devastated by some situations whereas others sail on through without a second thought. So, one need to bring just a little change in perception.

I had suffered from depression at the time and it stayed for six months and things got back to the normal. Again some symptoms rose in 2017 because of too much work pressure along side lesser food consumption. So how do i first get the confidence to stay/have the power within me to stay stable in situations? That confidence level has become weak.

First of all you must understand that you are a strong person and you can handle all situations of your life. You are blessed with a beautiful family and you are responsible for them. So you have to take charge of your life and stay happy so that you can remain happy and give happiness to others also. The situation demands your stability at first because if you are stable and are able to accept the situation as it is then only you can help your relationship to survive and blossom. You need to be very strong and understanding.
Realize that you are a peaceful, pure and stable being ( SOUL ). Practice this consciousness and then come into action. While you do this, you will create positive vibrations field all around you and it will definitely have an effect on the people around you.
Suffering is always self created so take charge of yourself and transform any such feelings and then you can help yourself and your loved ones.
Always remember that a powerful soul is 'self-controlled', has the awareness that they have a choice in their every situation. They can maintain a calm, positive, stable attitude, regardless of whatever happens around them, even to their physical body.
Also, understand that the cause of many psychological problems like depression is simply negative thinking which has taken root deep inside the subconscious mind. The statement, "As you think, so you shall Become" accurately portrays the pattern of life. Meditation can erase negative thought patterns and enable a person to reprogram his mind. Positive thinking is developed with constant attention and practice. Throughout the day, stop in between for a minute and watch what is going on in your mind, if it is not the right kind of thought- stop and change it. Start talking to your mind gently, guide it and it will listen to you. Whenever any unnecessary or waste thought comes - tell your mind this is not useful for you or for your relationships and change it. Try and look at your mind for at least 1 minute in every hour. In the morning when u begin the day sit in silence for 5 minutes and program your mind with positive thoughts.
1. I will remain peaceful today irrespective of whatever happens today. Anger will not come to me.
2. Whomever I meet, I will only look at their qualities, not weaknesses. I will not criticize anyone.
3. I am a powerful soul, I can do whatever I decide to do.....
When your thoughts are positive, the concentration will be also higher.
