🌱As you mentioned, it is just the fear of some food that is causing the tummy issue. It is not the food iself! Now it is most important to note here... the role of consciousness behind what we experience in the outside world.
🌴The simple solution of this therefore, is to consciously create POSITIVE thoughts right before you start eating >> this is a practise, and making this a daily routine will automatically train your mind >> not to create fear, but '𝚕𝚘𝚟𝚎' and '𝚓𝚘𝚢' while the food is processed. A simple and more natural way to create such positive thoughts is to be 'grateful' for the food we are getting.
Food, like anything else, carries and preserves emotions (vibrations) >> so make sure also that you eat RIGHT FOOD which is pure vegetarian and is cooked in a 𝚐𝚘𝚘𝚍 𝚊𝚝𝚖𝚘𝚜𝚙𝚑𝚎𝚛𝚎 and in a good/positive state of mind. What we eat and keep in our body, does influence the vibrations of our body and the kind of thoughts we create.
🌳The root cause which is causing 'fear' is your sanskar of 𝚘𝚟𝚎𝚛𝚝𝚑𝚒𝚗𝚔𝚒𝚗𝚐... Hence the FIRST STEP of solution is to 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗿 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 anything which creates the feeling of fear in you. This definitely includes not watching news or drama serials while eating. A calm state of mind while eating is what lifts you. Not to mention eating pure vegetarian cooked with a pleasant state of mind does good also to both our physical and emotional health.

👉You should consciously create POSITIVE thoughts about everything: Your life, health, family, situation and hope of a better future. This would be a "conscious practise" to transform every negative thought into positive.
✶𝔽𝕠𝕣 𝕖𝕩𝕒𝕞𝕡𝕝𝕖: If a negative thought comes "what if i fall ill if i eat this", then instantly replace that thought with a positive & powerful arrifmative thought "𝗺𝘆 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁... 𝗺𝘆 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝘆 & 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗳𝘂𝗹"
☝️Do this practise everytime and make it a "𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘢𝘭 𝘸𝘢𝘺 𝘰𝘧 𝘭𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨".
