We all might have struggled to manage emotions at times during overwhelming situations. The persuit of 'peace' begins only when the 'kingdom' of peace & wisdom ends. Emotions are human being's gift from God. But only when they are used constructively, that they can reward us. Negative or wasteful emotions weakens the soul, while an emotional attachment to someone or some-thing traps the soul and limit its consciousness.
The following was our response to a query we received on our Samadhan WhatsApp group.
Guidance on Managing Emotions

🌷Everyone has their own unique personality, which is your collection of behaviors, habits, traits, likings, and cognitions. Some of us are born with more intense emotions, carried forward to this birth from our past births/past lives. We can be of service when we listen our inner voice, even when the world is playing another tune.
🌻Sometimes, when you have a lot going on, it can be difficult to properly process your feelings about certain things that have taken a toll on you emotionally, causing your emotions to subconsciously build up and then spill over suddenly. To manage and heal this regularly, we highly suggest you to take some time during the day to practise awareness, mindfulness, and meditation.

🍁 Rather than controlling your emotions, you should learn how to MANAGE them. We cannot always control situations but we can always control our mood, to NOT get affected by every unexpected turn of events.
🌸Take this moment to see how to master your mood to keep happy and peaceful . We highly suggest you to practise the following "affirmations" every day (morning as you wake up, and before sleeping)👉🏻
☝️ Repeat these affirmation a few times in morning & evening to ensure your inner world is not affected by events in your outer world. Your consistently stable, good mood will improve your happiness, health and harmony.
