Many wants to learn the importance of amritvela time (3:30am to 5am) as they are suggested to sit for a deep meditation (RajYog) and take the maximum benefit that this morning hour offer. We also have a few good videos on YouTube (scroll down) where members of the Brahma Kumaris family (𝙱𝙺 𝚜𝚒𝚜𝚝𝚎𝚛 𝚂𝚑𝚒𝚟𝚊𝚗𝚒, 𝙱𝙺 𝚂𝚞𝚛𝚊𝚓 𝚋𝚑𝚊𝚒, 𝙱𝙺 𝚄𝚜𝚑𝚊, 𝙱𝙺 𝙰𝚜𝚑𝚊) explains the meaning of 𝙰𝚖𝚛𝚒𝚝𝚟𝚎𝚕𝚊 and gives their own experiences of meditation in this early hour.
Amrit-vela (or Amrut-bela) is the nectar time generally considered to be the early morning hour between 3 (or 3:30) to 4:30 (or 5am)
Clarification on Amritvela Yog
During this early morning hour, the atmosphere is most peaceful, clean and spiritually uplifting. As most of the souls around (during sleep) become detached from their physical body, there is least pull towards the physical world. The vibrations become light and peaceful. And hence, it is easier and natural to be able to connect our mind to God.
A pure and elevated atmosphere that the early morning hours offers is a real gift to those who seek to go within and explore the depths of consciousness and reflect upon the deeper secrets of the universe. Therefore, this time is valued by RajYogis (those who practise RajYog meditation)
🌻The literal meaning of word "amrit-vela" is Nectar time (𝗆𝗈𝗌𝗍 𝖻𝖾𝗇𝖾𝖿𝗂𝖼𝗂𝖺𝗅 𝗍𝗂𝗆𝖾 𝗈𝖿 𝗍𝗁𝖾 𝖽𝖺𝗒)
