A newborn mother contacts us to seek help on "𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘵𝘰 𝘥𝘦𝘢𝘭 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘢𝘯𝘹𝘪𝘦𝘵𝘺 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘴𝘴𝘶𝘦𝘴" which were caused by an "emotional shake" after the recent delivery of a baby. This is our guidance on healing 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐦 𝐚𝐧𝐱𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐲.
➤ We explained in this phone conversation "how to control the thoughts" by practising "𝚊𝚠𝚊𝚛𝚎𝚗𝚎𝚜𝚜" and "𝚊𝚏𝚏𝚒𝚛𝚖𝚊𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗𝚜" >> while we also explained "how affirmations work" and how our constant thoughts deeply influence our "state of mind" and therefore shapes our life.
➤ Bringing her closer to God and this spiritual knowledge, we explained about the 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲, 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗥𝗮𝗷𝗬𝗼𝗴 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. We then also suggested the use of 𝐠𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 for practising 𝚊𝚏𝚏𝚒𝚛𝚖𝚊𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗𝚜 and 𝚖𝚎𝚍𝚒𝚝𝚊𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗.
