May we walk upon the path of goodness And keep ourselves far from evil, So that when our final breath comes, We may depart this world with a smile. O Lord, we are Your humble servants. ♪ 𝐕𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝟐 ये अँधेरा घना छा रहा (आ आ) तेरा इंसान घबरा रहा (आ आ) हो रहा बेखबर कुछ न आता नज़र सुख का सूरज छुपा जा रहा है तेरी रौशनी में जो दम (आ आ) तू अमावास को कर दे पूनम (आ आ) नेकी पर चलें और बदी से टलें ताकि हंसते हुए निकले दम (आ आ) ऐ मालिक तेरे बन्दे हम { आ आ आ आ आ आ } 𝘌𝘕𝘎𝘓𝘐𝘚𝘏 : A deep darkness is spreading all around, And Your children are growing afraid. Lost and bewildered, they can no longer see the way, As the sun of happiness disappears from sight. Such is the power of Your divine light That You can turn the darkest new-moon night into a radiant full moon. May we walk upon the path of goodness And keep ourselves far from evil, So that when our final breath comes, We may depart this world with a smile. O Lord, we are Your humble servants. ♪ 𝐕𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝟑 जब जुल्मों का हो सामना (आ आ) तब तू ही हमें थामना (आ आ) वो बुराई करे हम भलाई भरें नहीं बदले की हो कामना बढ़ उठे प्यार का हर कदम (आ आ) और मिटे बैर का ये भरम (आ आ) नेकी पर चलें और बदी से टलें ताकि हंसते हुए निकले दम (आ आ) ऐ मालिक तेरे बन्दे हम 𝘌𝘕𝘎𝘓𝘐𝘚𝘏 : When we are faced with cruelty and oppression, O Lord, hold us firm and give us strength. Even if others repay us with evil, May we answer them only with goodness, And never desire revenge. May every step we take lead toward greater love, And may the illusion of hatred and hostility disappear. May we walk upon the path of goodness And keep ourselves far from evil, So that when our final breath comes, We may depart this world with a smile. O Lord, we are Your humble servants.
