Emotional health is very largely influenced by our spiritual health, which comes from spiritual wisdom and spiritual strength. Spiritual wisdom transforms our belief systems about our life, and we begin to live with a positive attitude, seeing benefit in everything that happens in our lives and with immense gratitude for everything that we have in our lives and are blessed with, as a result of our own karmas.

โžคOn the other hand, spiritual strength creates a positive consciousness, and we become empowered to bring sanskars of all the spiritual qualities and powers in our thoughts, words, and actions. This makes our mindset elevated and away from the influence of anything negative in any human soul or the 5 physical elements or any object, or anything else. An empowered mind leads to good emotional health, with complete control over our thoughts, words, and actions, which gives benefits to our physical health also, and we become protected from various types of illnesses easily or are able to cure them easily if they occur.

An important aspect of spirituality is a pure diet free from any tamsic foods, which should be given to the body. Ideally, non-vegetarian food and any form of alcohol and tobacco should be avoided. People have many reasons for consuming these items. They are primarily consumed because people feel they are good for the body in some form or for temporarily feeling happy and free from stress.

โžคBut, as we are progressing forward in an advanced world, where new aspects of physical health research are taking place, it is commonly being reported that these food and drink items are causing many different types of serious illness and physical and emotional imbalances. So having a pure vegetarian diet with salads and fruits and a good balanced intake of carbohydrates, fats and proteins as well as vitamins and minerals can go a long way in purifying the mind and body and giving you a long life full of activeness, strength and good emotional and physical health.
