Caring For Emotional & Physical Health (Part 1)
We are all human beings i.e., being or soul first, which is our spiritual identity. We play our role through our physical body i.e. we have a physical existence, which comes later. The physical body is made up of the 5 physical elements. That is why it is given the name human, which comes from the word humus or soil. As long as the soul remains in the body, because it is the prime mover or driver of the body, the body functions normally, and the soul performs actions through it.
➤Once the soul leaves the body, the body stops functioning normally and comes to a standstill, and all the different physical systems inside the body stop. So, the soul and body are deeply interconnected, and we need to take care of both of them to enjoy our lives to the fullest extent. Let us see 5 ways in this message, how we can do that –

An affirmation is a set of positive statements that we remember and experience in our mind. Although affirmations can be different in different situations of life, an affirmation for good health should be focused on the well being of the soul as well as the body because both influence each other e.g. it could be – I am a peaceful, joyful and loveful soul … I radiate these qualities to my physical body … All illnesses are getting cured with these qualities.
➤The body is experiencing positivity and good health … This affirmation should be remembered atleast 10-15 times in the day at different times, including in the morning as soon as you wake up, in the day before eating and drinking anything, and in the night before sleeping. When practiced consistently for a few days at a stretch, this will help the body heal itself, and both the mind and body will start experiencing a well-being of high quality.

Message for Today
"A person with faith can overcome negativity"

A person with faith walks through darkness carrying their own light—undaunted by doubt, untouched by fear. Faith anchors the heart when storms rage, whispering, “This too shall pass.” It transforms obstacles into stepping stones and turns setbacks into lessons.
With faith, negativity loses its grip, because the soul knows a higher power is at work, guiding each step with purpose. In the presence of true faith, even the heaviest burden becomes bearable, and the impossible starts to bend.
