We are all living in the modern world, in which there is stress and worry in many people’s lives and peace and happiness are not permanent. When people are asked in the world how happy they are and what is the cause of their unhappiness, there are many different answers to the question. People explain how physical illnesses and issues in relationships, along with financial ups and downs, cause them unhappiness and even make them stressed from time to time.

➤While most people have issues due to their own sanskars, many others experience issues due to looking at others and comparing themselves with others, which causes emotions like jealousy, hatred and ego to arise in families and at the workplace. Very often in many different places we spend time in the day, there is an atmosphere of hurry and overattachment to actions. While living in a modern society, there is very little importance given to keeping a focused mindset with a positive and powerful thought in the mind related to the well-being of the self and the role being played.

➤While we have always heard in Indian wisdom for many years that we should perform actions in a positive and detached state, we do not follow this and instead create a lot of negativity and waste in thoughts, words, and actions. When we create a spiritual consciousness before starting the day and revisit the consciousness again and again in the day, there are fewer mistakes, less hurry, and more positivity in actions. This is the kind of atmosphere we need to create in our homes and offices, which is the key to light living and easy handling of actions and relationships of all types.

Thought:

When we face problems, we blame circumstances or others. We feel that these problems have come to take away our power. We wish that something would happen to change the situation so that we would be problem-free. But the situation seems to take a long time to change.


Process:

The only way I can get out of problems is to create solutions. I need to realize that the situation will not change on its own. My inner strength helps me find solutions to problems. Then I realized that I am more capable than I thought I was.
