10 Ways Of Improving the Quality Of Relationships (Part 1)

We are all human beings with a prime objective of performing actions that involve coming into contact with people and interacting with them at different levels. Sometimes these interactions are positive, and sometimes they can also be negative. Sometimes our relationships are in need of some support, and sometimes we feel they are going well.

➤When we are not happy with people or a certain person, we sometimes look up to God for help, so that He can help us and make the relationship good again. It is very important to remain light and relaxed in relationships of all types. Otherwise, the burden can be difficult to bear for many people, and that can affect their health and work efficiency, and very importantly, their inner well-being. Let us see in this message 10 ways to improve the quality and wellness of relationships:

1● Always see every life situation involving you and others from the other person’s perspective as well as your perspective. Don’t overfocus on your perspective, which can sometimes be biased and give you an incomplete view of all dimensions of the situation.

2● Judge the other person correctly and then make the final judgment of how to resolve the situation. People will not be satisfied if your intellect is not clear and you don’t give them love and respect when they need the same.

3● See others’ specialties and special qualities and give them regard based on that. This will bring them closer and as a result there will be no negative distance between you and others and nor will there be any negative give and take of energy.

4● Talk to people assertively, but be polite and humble with them. By being soft with them, you will be able to touch their hearts and not do anything out of frustration and aggression, which can hurt them and reduce their love for you.

"Those who are content are true servants"

Thought:

Sometimes, we try to fill the void in our lives by doing something good or serving others. But we may be motivated more by the satisfaction that comes from service than by the opportunity to help others.

Process:

Before I can serve others, I must be content with myself. Only when I am content can I serve selflessly in any way necessary. When I am content, I am free from expectations and can use all my resources for the benefit of others.
