Points to think about:
Love gives us the power to forgive. Just as it is easy for us to forgive someone we love, when we truly love ourselves, we can forgive ourselves. Only then can we see ourselves learning and moving forward instead of holding on to past mistakes.
Process:
When I catch myself making mistakes , I remind myself that I need to be able to forgive myself in order to move forward in life. I need to learn from my mistakes. Because I will never do them again.
