Do Love & Pain Go Hand In Hand? (Part 1)

Love and pain are two emotions that touch or move us in life. Both are our inner creations in response to circumstances. With constant ups and downs in life, both love and pain seem like addictions, as we almost always feel either loved or pained. There are 3 deep and wrong belief systems about love and pain, that we need to examine:

1● 𝗟𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗛𝘂𝗿𝘁𝘀
Love can never harm us. People who do not love us back can harm us, but not love us. Losing a loved one can be painful. Separation can be painful. Being lied or betrayed can be painful… but many people feel love is painful. They even decide never to love any human being again. True love never hurts, it only heals.

2● 𝗪𝗲 𝗢𝗯𝘃𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗹𝘆 𝗚𝗼 𝗜𝗻 𝗣𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗔 𝗟𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗜𝘀 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱
Consider the example of a young child who meets with an accident. Being in tremendous pain and fear he could be crying for hours or days. At that time how would he want his parents to be? To cry along with him and add to his insecurity? Or a strong, stable, and brave parent cheering him as – We understand your pain. We are always with you. The best doctors are healing you. Just see how quickly you are recovering. You are the bravest child…

3● 𝗟𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗠𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 & 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗺
Attachment makes us possessive or worried. Love lets people be who they are. Pure love vibrates at such a higher frequency that lower energies like pain, fear, anxiety, and insecurity cannot reach. At a time, either love can exist or pain – not both.

It is important to get our belief systems right because once we adopt any belief, the very way we live our lives will change considerably.

"Right Awareness Gives Power"

"Right Awareness Gives Power"

Points to think about:

We often know what we need to do to make life better or more meaningful. But we find that we cannot make a habit of this understanding. Because it is difficult, we may give up trying after many attempts.

Procedure:

Practicing a powerful thought such as “Success is my birthright” or “I am the master of my life” helps me realize my own power. Every day , as I focus on such a powerful thought, my faith grows. Also, I will develop the power to act as I please.
