"Tapasya"

Tapasya, which literally means “heat”, is spiritual penance understood as the disciplined generation of intense "inner energy" through 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟-𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥 & 𝐝𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, all with an aim to refine our spiritual-character and consciousness.

Tapasya is the source of "self-transformation". The ultimate goal is to master the senses, transcend worldly desires and the ego, and channel the spiritual energy (kundalini) toward achieving profound 𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧-𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘻𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯, 𝘥𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘦 𝘪𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵, 𝘰𝘳 𝘭𝘪𝘣𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯.
