Conserving Life Energy

Conserving Life Energy

“𝘉𝘳𝘢𝘩𝘮𝘢𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘺𝘢 𝘪𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘮𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘭𝘺 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘵; 𝘪𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘢𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘥 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘰𝘧 𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘦-𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘤𝘦, 𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘰𝘸𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘰𝘶𝘭’𝘴 𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘳𝘨𝘺 𝘵𝘰 𝘳𝘪𝘴𝘦 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘭𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘥𝘦𝘴𝘪𝘳𝘦 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘰 𝘤𝘭𝘢𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘺, 𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘨𝘵𝘩, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘩𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘤𝘪𝘰𝘶𝘴𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴.”

Life energy, often called prana or vital force, is the precious fuel that 𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 in our body—from breathing and digestion to thinking and healing. Modern lifestyles constantly drain this energy through 𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘴, 𝘱𝘰𝘰𝘳 𝘴𝘭𝘦𝘦𝘱, 𝘦𝘹𝘤𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘶𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯, 𝘴𝘩𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘰𝘸 𝘣𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘴𝘤𝘢𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘥 𝘢𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯.

To conserve—avoid exposure to any negative media... and cultivate this vital essence, we must adopt practices that honor the body's natural rhythms: 𝐬𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐩, 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 that oxygenates every cell, 𝐝𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐬𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐩 that allows the nervous system to repair, 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 of nourishing foods that don't burden digestion, and regular periods of 𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 & 𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 that calm the mental chatter.
