Free from the EGO

Becoming free from the ego is not about destroying the self, but seeing through the "illusion" that you are only your thoughts, roles, and identities. It begins with the shift from being the 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 in your mental drama to being the 𝐨𝐛𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐫 of it—noticing the ego’s constant need for 𝕧𝕒𝕝𝕚𝕕𝕒𝕥𝕚𝕠𝕟, 𝕔𝕠𝕞𝕡𝕒𝕣𝕚𝕤𝕠𝕟, and 𝕕𝕖𝕗𝕖𝕟𝕤𝕖 without being swept away by its demands.
Spiritual freedom begins when you "observe" this inner voice without attachment, recognizing that 𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 itself is deeper than the DRAMA it produces. In that space of 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠—reactions soften, desires loosen, and a quiet clarity emerges. In this silence, the "I" that we build begins to merge, and the experience of "𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬" (with God and everyone) begins to emerge.
